• Toromanovic (10/5): Ehrlich oke und hell gestaltet. Die Dusche war cool. - Mein Mann und ich haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment wirklich sehr genossen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Bett – es war äußerst bequem, sauber und gepflegt, was unsere Reise nach Bonn deutlich angenehmer gemacht hat. Wir haben so gut geschlafen, dass dieser Aufenthalt für uns zu einem der schönsten zählt. Vielen Dank für alles – wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen! Nichts negatives aber das Check in und Check out war für mich neu. War simple.
• Larissa W (7/5): Zentrale Lage aber eher rustikal - sehr gute Lage, Check In hat gut geklappt Die Sauberkeit war okay, aber nicht überragend. Unter dem Topper des Betts waren einige Haare. Die Toilette war eher merkwürdig: beleuchtet, mit warmer Klobrille und Piepsen. Haben es nicht geschafft, das Abzuschalten.
• Franck (8/5): Alles gut, besser als erwartet - Online check-in war einfacher als erwartet, Zimmer komlett renoviert und Einrichtung neu und sehr sauber, alles sehr ruhig. Kühlschrank war ein weiteres Plus. Der Fernseher hat kaum Programme, die Eingangstür ins Gebäude war nicht verschlossen und ich würde deshalb empfehlen, dies zu prüfen und ggf keine Wertsachen im Zimmer zu lassen.

• Milcho Duli (1/5): A clean place in a good location, but extremely unsafe and poorly managed—definitely not recommended - The location was good and convenient, and the place itself was clean The accommodation felt very unsafe. The main entrance door was broken, so anyone could enter the building without a key card. There was no reception or direct contact with management—only an email and an AI phone system that never connects you to a real person. We were a group of students staying in six rooms, and unfortunately, there was a robbery during our stay. We contacted the police and tried to reach management but received no response. The police later caught the burglar inside the building, which highlights how insecure the property is. Additionally, since payment is done through a self-check-in machine and not Booking.com, there is no support available from them either. I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone. Avoid it if you want to enjoy your stay in Bonn. If you are looking for stress and an unsafe experience, then this might be for you.

Der Preis ist relativ günstig Es sollte für Probleme, z.B. mit dem Checkin-Automaten eine Telefonnummer geben, bei der nicht nur eine KI am anderen Ende ist, sondern ein Mensch, dem man etwas erklären kann. Für das elektronische WC sollte eine Bedienunganleitung vor Ort sein.

• Ekkehard (5/5): Bonn zentral - Einrichtung war o.k. für ein Zimmer in der Innenstadt und in einem Altbau - renoviert! - Toilettenpapier war fast alle und es gab keine weitere Rolle. Das wäre wichtiger als die Zusatzfunktionen an der Toilette. - Waschbeckenablauf und der Ablauf sind fast "zu" (verstopft). - Der große Duschkopf ist so verkalkt, dass das Wasser überall austritt, nur nicht auf die duschende Person. - Kaffee: zwei Kaffeekonzentrate. Nett, aber kein Zucker und/oder Milch.

Anreise und vor Ort problemlos mit ÖPNV, für uns jetzt und auch zukünftig ideal für den Besuch von Bekannten in Bonn

• DIANA MARIA (4/5): Una ubicación excelente pero un alojamiento decepcionante - La ubicación es fantástica, el baño de la habitación era amplio e iluminado. Es completamente desatendido, tiene una máquina a la entrada para hacer el check-in y check-out, tuvimos inconvenientes con la puerta principal que se bloquea y no hay nadie que te pueda ayudar, hay una línea que solo tiene atención en alemán, no se podía comunicar en inglés. La habítación demasiado pequeña no guarda relación con las fotos y no tiene servicio de limpieza o para cambio de toallas y demás. Solo recomendaría por su ubicación para muy corta estancia.

• Urucu (9/5): Schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinen Macken - KLEIN ABER FEIN! Ruhige Lage zum Innenhof. Sehr gute Innenstadtlage. Unkompliziertes Checkin durch Automat. Klappt aber sehr gut. Detaillierte Rechnung wird ausgedruckt. Kein Personal vor Ort.(Nur für die Reinigung sieht man eine freundliche Dame) Sauberkeit gut. Am zweiten oder Drittentag neue Handtücher und Kurzreinigung. Einrichtung und Zimmer wirklich wie auf den Foto und recht neu. Zimmer klein aber fein! Funktional, gut ausgestattet mit Minikühlschrank und Wasserkocker. Einrichtung hat kleinen Macken, die zwar den Aufenthalt aber nicht sonderlich stören, aber leicht beseitigt erden könnten. Insgesamt ein schöner, sauberer und guter Aufenthalt. Einrichtung sah neu au, war aber wackelig und müssten z.T. repariert werden: 1 Griff Duschkabine ist abgefallen. 2. Matratze zu wirklich extremst weich!!! Beim Versuch auf den Bett zu sitzen sinkt man ein und fällt runter. Man kann sich so kaum zum Anziehen aufs Bett setzen 3.Vorhang ließ sich nicht richtig ziehen. 4. Bidetfunktion der Toilett ging nicht. Bei der Spülung läuft das Wasser weiter. 5. Ausser einem kleinen einzigen Hocker keine Sitztmöglichkeit.( Doppelbett, also Zimmer theoretisch für zwei). Eine schmale Bank oder Banktruhe am Bettende wäre zum Anziehen und Sitzen nicht schlecht. 6. Zu wenig Toilettepapier. 7. Seifenflüsdigkeit war leer. Nicht barrierefrei. Recht steile Treppen und kein Aufzug. Was aber damit zu tun hat, dass das Haus in der Altstadt liegt und in einem anderen Jahrhundert gebaut wurde. Alles in allem: Nur kleine Macken, die man beheben könnte. Trotzdem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

• Maksim (1/5): If you're lucky, you'll get check-ined, otherwise, stay away - It was impossible to check in and property representatives wouldn't respond. I managed to reach the call-centre operator, but she couldn't help and wasn't able to connect me with a property representative. The check-in is via the self check-in machine, which wouldn't accept the payment, although we tried 3 different cards, EC-cards (girocards) and the bank allowed the payment. I dialed the given phone numbers - there's an automated AI-response system, but I managed to get through to a human, who couldn't help us immediately and said that a property representative would call me. But nobody contacted me. We spent almost 2 hours in front of the check-in machine outside, all our multiple check-in attempts failed. We couldn't wait any longer and had to look for another hotel. The property (dingdong) sent me a message at 1 am (!) suggesting we tried checking in once again (no apologies at all), seriously?!
