Ön bilgiye buzdolabı ve manzara yok deniliyordu ama buzdolabı da vardı balkonu da direkt gün batımı manzaralıydı. Daha fazla da kalınırmış.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Not Good - Overall, it was a very poor hotel experience. The air conditioning is on at the foot of the bed, making it impossible to sleep; it's blowing on your head. There's no shower cabin, the shower head is broken, and the toilet is broken. There's a lot of clutter. There's a serious hygiene problem. The only good thing was the breakfast, which was mediocre on the last day.

- Alexandre (4/5): - Horrible check in with drunken night porter. Room filthy but with nice view on the beach. Beds are a bit hard. For a 2 star it is ok but if you expect a bit more it is not. Thank god we met the charming receptionist the next day who was super nice and helpful which made our stay much better at the end thank god.

The restaurant where breakfast was served, was across the pavement from the Calis beach. The water taxi stop was also just two min from Hotel Berlin. was fairly clean. The staff were friendly, but most didn’t speak sufficient English. Most guests were Turks so the staff serving breakfast didn't know how to interact with a foreign guest. They didn't interact with me at all in the 4 days that I was there. The aircon was working and kept the room cold but I couldn't control the temperature so it would get too cold if on for a few hours specially st night time but would get hot as soon as it was turned off. They didn’t provide a duvet or blanket, just a sheet that was very rough and didn’t feel good on the skin. So I asked for a couple normal flat sheet which i put under their sheet to make feel softer snd also give me protection from the cold at night. The flush button of the toilet was broken so to use it you needed to pick the top part of the water tank for the water to flush, ery annoying. In addition, there were two incorrect information on the hotel details on Hotels.com website. First one it said the hotel had a pool which turned to be untrue. Second one, one of the reviews said tea and coffee facility in the room, which also turned out to be untrue. Tbh I specifically booked the hotel for these two point and was disappointed. Overall, I would not rate it a 3 star hotel.

- Sandra M (4/5): Do research - The bathroom flush did not work. I stayed in marmaris and Bodrum for about the same price. Maybe this breakfast was better but I think the hotel is a bit overpriced for what you are getting. Very noisy area until 2am. Maybe good place for younger crowd. But it was clean. Just the price was high for not a good nights rest. Near the beach.

- Susan (8/5): Hotel Berlin, Weekend Break - Excellent location at the beach, near shops, restaurants and dolmus stops. Pleasant staff. Kettle in the room with coffees, teas, sugar and coffee mate. Stayed 2 nights for a weekend break and the cleaner came after the first night to clean. Also a large bottle of water in the room and a hairdryer. Buffet breakfasts were good.

Odadaki temel eksiklikleri gördükçe tatil vasatlaştı. -Odada mini buzdolabı yok, dolap ücrete tabi olarak ekstradan veriliyormuş. -Tuvalet kağıdı asacağı yok,tuvalet kağıdı rezervuar üzerinde duruyor. -El havlusu asacak yer yok banyoda. -Balkon kapısı zor açılıyor, kapatmak için kapıya omuz atmanız gerekiyor. -Yataklar ortopedik değil, yamuk yumuk şekil almış. -Temizlik vasattı. -Yeri iyiydi ama plaj kendine ait değil, denizi de pek temiz değildi. -Buraya fazla para vermenin bir anlamı yok bence.

Ayrica hayvan oldugu icin ozel bir malzeme ile temizliyorlarmis onun icin ayrica 30 tl ucret istiyorlar oda fiyati 453 tl idi. Mini Dolap istersekde kullanilan gun basina 30 tl gbi bi meblag istediler. Cikis saati icin de surekli arayip hatirlatma yapiyorlar :) yani garip bi otel.

- Mehmet Akif (10/5): Güzel yemek, mükemmel konum - Yemekleri cok lezzetliydi. Tatilimizin sadece bir gununde burada konaklayabildik ama sonraki gunlerde yemek icin tercihimiz burasi oldu. Cok güleryüzlü sekilde hizmet veriyorlar. Gayet rahat sekilde konakladik. Aile icin uygun bir otel. Etrafındaki yildizli otellerden bile daha iyi bir mutfaga ve BB sistemine sahip oldugunu soyleyebilirim.

- Atakan (4/5): Ucuz ve kötü bir tecrübe yaşadık. - Otel'den hiç memnun kalmadık. hotel.com'dan app'den Berlin Hotel'in bulmak için direction adımına tıklayınca google map üzerinden gidilemiyor, oradaki lokasyon bizi çok farklı bir yere çıkardı. Telefon etmek için uygulamadaki numaraya basınca +1 ile başlayan amerika numarası gibi bir yeri arıyor. Otelin telini bilmak için epey bir uğraştık en son internetten numarayı bulup telefon edip whatsapp'dan konum yolladılarda ulaşabildik. Otelin denize bakan kısmı denize çok yakın ama diğer tarafında sabah 10:00'dan gece yarısına kadar müzik, gürültü devam ediyor, uyumak ne mümkün. Temizlik içler acısı, çarşaflar beyaz değil krem renginden sarıya dönüyor. klazet kapağı yerinden oynuyor, düşmemek için denge yeteneğinizi geliştirmeniz lazım. Yumuşatıcı diye dünyada bir malzeme var ama otelde kullanılmıyor, havlular ile yüzümüzü silerken epey zorlandık. Tuvalet kapısını kapatırken çıkan gıcırtı ile sabah uyanmak hiçte güzel değil. en güzel kısmı ise odamızda yatarken gündüz vakti kapıyı açıp içeri giren temizlikçi oldu. Mahremiyet hak getire, kimse varmı diye sorma yok, kapıyı çalmak yok, lambur lumbur içeri girildi. Daha fazla yazamayacağım, umarım bu kadarı yeter. 2017'de 9.4 almış ama neye istinaden almış, şaşırdık.
- Rlena (10/5): Nice hotel just on the beach with friendly staff - This is nice hotel on the beach. Whenever any problems arise the staff solved them. Whenever I needed to call taxi or diving company they did it on my behalf. The breakfast is the buffet with a variety of food to choose from. You can pay 25 TL for a dinner that starts around 8 pm for buffet with reasonable variety of food. They have balconies from which you have nice view. The only thing that they should have is the shelve for the towels. Several times O had to walk wet because towels were on the bed instead of in the showet

I especially love the room with the sea view which we had because it was so nice just to lay down and listen to the sounds of the waves. The hotel location was also right near the beach and close to all amenities. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful even if you didn't know the language. - Yury (10/5): Отличный вид на закаты в Фетхие. - Отель расположен в самом начале пляжа Чалыш, на первой линии. Из номер можно спустить в ресторан, который фактически находится на набережной, и ты уже на пляже. Номера весьма просторные, на балконе есть веревки, где можно высушить пляжное полотенце. В номерах с видом на море можно любоваться закатом солнца. Завтраки проходят на улице, тоже с видом на море. Главный вход в отель - со стороны города. Перед ним протекает небольшая речушка на которой швартуются речные такси, которые могут довезти вас в центр города. Рядом с отелем и остановка долмушей, которые едут на автовокзал и в центр Фетхие. Номер в целом чистый, хотя убирали без особой старательности. Очень много грязи было на кондиционере. Если бы не жара и пришлось бы его включать, я бы этого не заметил. Когда поселился, в ванной было два флакона шампуня (один уже начат) и баночка кондиционера для волос. За пять дней что я жил в отеле этот набор ни разу не пополнился. Пляжных полотенец в отеле нет, но их можно купить в одном из близлежащих магазинчиков. На оставленные чаевые горничная реагирует, но своеобразно: качество уборки не улучшается, а чаевые она отрабатывает тем, что художественно заправляет кровать. На завтрак овощи, оливки ,сыр, колбаса. Повар готовит омлеты в зависимости от ваших предпочтений с разной начинкой. В ресторане висят надписи о том, что курить нельзя, но сами официанты ставят пепельницы на столы и посетители за утренним кофе потягивают сигареты.
- cagla (6/5): Für paar Tage geeignet... - Unser aufenhalt im Hotel Berlin war ok Das Zimmer war von der größe her perfekt aber auf unse Bettlaken waren flecken dies haben wir der Rezeption gemeldet zwar ist jemand gekommen und die Laken erneuert aber haben auch etwas gemeckert, obwohl wir meckern müssten und nicht die... naja das Bad war sehr klein und wenn man Geduscht hat war alles komplett nass. Das fanden wir natürlich nicht gut Unser Balkon war super groß und wir hatten ein Wäscheleine. Wir hatten kein Wasserkocher im Zimmer haben es der Rezeption gesagt ud haben eins bekommen. Das Zimme war allgemein nicht allzu sauber. Das Hotelpersonal im Restaurant ist sehr sehr nett vom Koch bis zum Kellner. Vielen Dank nochmal. Die Herren an der Rezeption sind super nett gewesen. Die Dame an der Rezeption könnte etwas netter sein... schließlich muss man Konstruktive Kritik abkönnen... Wir durften sogar einmal Abendessen vom Haus aus. Dankeschön auch dafür Die Umgebung vom Calis ist ok mit Strand und viele Cafés etc. Parkplatz Möglichkeit ist vorhanden vor der Tür. Das Internet war ganz gut.
