- bokel (8/5): - cafe da manha bom . a localização apesar de ser muito perto do lift (e o lift tinha escada rolante ) a região de esqui e ruim pois tem poucas pistas e como tivemos tempos ruins nao dava para acessar outra regiões pelo lift. não teve nada que eu nao gostasse . o hotel atendeu muito bem minhas expectativas.

- Vincent (9/5): Un super rapport qualité-accueil-prix, comme à la maison - L'Hôtel est très bien situé, juste devant le départ des oeufs et le départ direct pour le domaine de Canillo et Grandvalira, tout en restant proche d'Andorre la vieille. Super petit déjeuner buffet avec beaucoup de choix, qu'on soit adepte salé ou sucré, végan ou protéiné. Un petit plus pour les spécialités de charcuterie Andorannes en libre service. Parking facile soit à l'hôtel soit au parking public en dessous des remontées mécaniques pour moins cher (avec réduction sur présentation du forfait de ski). Belle épicerie de produits frais locaux/régionaux/bio juste à côté, qui fait aussi des repas à emporter (sur les pistes). très bon restaurant à l'hôtel. La réservation n'était pas très précise, notamment en ce qui concerne les lits doubles ou simples. Mais au final quel que soit l'équipement les chambres sont très confortables et surtout très calmes

To begin, the staff and front desk were very friendly. They gave us all information about traversing the ski park, transporting around town, renting skis, etc. and even allowed us to shower with complimentary towels AFTER we checked out and returned from skiing that day. They also allowed us to store our baggage in a locked room for free while we were skiing the last day even though we had already checked out. The rooms were very spacious and clean. They were cabin-themed and fit the style of the hotel well. The complementary breakfast was amazing and fresh. The location of the hotel is perfect - positioned right next to the Gondola. Free ski lockers were included for overnight storage. No complaints

Tem vários restaurantes em volta, um otimo supermercado e algumas lojas. Os funcionários são ótimos e atenciosos! As instalações são antigas mas são boas. Roupa de cama muito boa e conservada. A comida a noite também vale a pena. (Não estava inclusa na diária). Voltaria com certeza. Éramos um casal, e colocaram duas camas de solteiro para nós. Somente isso.

Перед подъемником всегда есть очередь, но она быстро двигается. Спуск с горы тоже через этот же подьемник. На горе есть зиплайн и маджик глисс (спуск на санках по рельсам). По приезду на автовокзал, есть остановки автобусов которые развозят в нужные вам городки, просто подходите к водителю и спрашиваете, оплата на месте водителю. В номерах нет чайника и бутилированной воды (но можно пить из под крана)

- Oleksandr (10/5): Готель чудовий! Ми обов'язково повернемося! - Все було чудово! Особливо камін в лобі, який разом з килимами під ногами створював домашню атмосферу! Сніданок стандартний з хорошим асортиментом, кава смачна! Персонал на вищому рівні, Joan на рецепції — неймовірний і безвідмовний! Локація взагалі супер, до підйомника потрібно лише перейти через дорогу. Ліжка мега зручні і комфортні. Для лиж є все необхідне: шафки, сушарка для черевиків, викрутки для регулювання і т.д. Вечеря дещо не виправдала сподівання, але це абсолютно не вплинуло на наш чудовий відпочинок.

Difícil é escolher o que é melhor… funcionários acolhedores e eficientes, localização perfeita e próxima a estação de esqui (atravessar uma rua), comida excelente e acomodações muito limpas e confortáveis. - Monica (8/5): - mucha variedad en el desayuno y opciones para intolerancias en la cena ofrecería siempre una opción muy sencilla y casera que quizás no vende tanto pero apetece cenar una verdura y una tortilla a la francesa o una cosa muy básica y con fácil digestión
