Breakfast was fine, good enough, room was good, but some details were broken and didn’t work I was supposed to have a call one day when I stayed, but the WIFI did not work properly anywhere. Moreover, the stuff was talking very loud next to me, even though they were aware of the call.

Spacious room and great location for sightseeing. + I especially like the SPA, the pool and the sauna. But hammam is not working. Great place! Highly recommend! - There was no glass wall in the shower, because the floor in the bathroom was always flooded. - The blanket was too short for 2 people. - When you take a shower, tiny worms (linked to the mold) crawl out. My guess is that they came from underneath the tub. They are really small, but I recognize them. Don't worry, worms are really small and I think staff will be soon fix that. This is common for 'wet rooms' in Turkey and around in the World

• Viktoria (7/5): Okay, if you get a good deal. - The location was within minutes of Taksim square. We booked a twin room, which appears to be the smallest rooms and you wouldn’t be able to fit anything but carry-ons. At first we got the room on the first floor which was just dark and a shoe box. We got to move to the 6th floor, which at least had a skylight. The normal window gives you direct wall view. Towels had stains and the rooms weren’t cleaned. They only restocked towels, did beds and (after asking) restocked toilet paper, but no cleaning as you would expect. The spa area is in the basement and very dark, you also need a swim cap to enter the water.

• Bence (9/5): - The crew of the hotel is fantastic, i've arrived early to the hotel, and the early check-in was possible (2 hours earlier). The breakfast is a normal buffet breakfast, scrambled eggs, sausages, sandwiches, coffee, and juices are available. The spa itself is good, turkish bath, sauna, and swimming pool, jacuzzi is there, although the water is not warm enough for a jacuzzi (around 25 degrees i guess). The location is fantastic, only 10 minutes walk from Taksim Square, the M2 metro station. The room is a little bit small. I was alone, but it was hard even for myself to have enough space.

• Roussel (8/5): Bon hôtel, spa particulièrement agréable après de longues visites. - Nous avons particulièrement aimé le spa avec la piscine et le bain turc. C'était très agréable après 24 kilomètres de marche. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. La literie est bonne, nous avons bien dormi. Le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de produits dans la douche. Nous avons demandé du shampoing et du conditionner qui n'a jamais été donné. Il y a eu aussi des problèmes avec l'eau chaude dans tout le bâtiment ce qui fait que nous avons dû nous doucher au spa. La rue aussi est absolument catastrophique mais ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel.

Posizione della struttura per niente strategica, zona lontana dalle principali attrazioni.
• Federica (1/5): Terribile, una continua presa in giro - Pulizia Avevamo prenotato questo hotel a Istanbul per 4 notti, ma siamo stati costretti ad andare via dopo la prima notte a causa di una serie di disservizi gravi. Prima criticità: il servizio transfer organizzato dall’hotel. Il giorno prima della partenza ci propongono un transfer dall’aeroporto al costo di 50€. Accettiamo, ma una volta arrivati ci inviano indicazioni completamente sbagliate (video di un altro aeroporto). Dopo ulteriori messaggi riusciamo a raggiungere il punto corretto, dove però veniamo fatti attendere quasi un’ora, con continue informazioni contraddittorie (“15 minuti”, poi “5”, poi “2”, e così via). Gli addetti parlavano di guasti alle auto, mentre in hotel ci è stata data una versione completamente diversa. Abbiamo perso un intero pomeriggio. Secondo, e ben più grave problema: all’arrivo ci comunicano che non c’era acqua calda in struttura e che sarebbe tornata il giorno successivo. Nel frattempo avremmo dovuto utilizzare le docce della spa. Peccato che: - la piscina (uno dei motivi principali per cui avevamo scelto l’hotel) fosse gelida e inutilizzabile - fosse disponibile una sola doccia funzionante, con una fila interminabile Risultato: non siamo riusciti a lavarci nemmeno tornando a mezzanotte. Siamo rimasti oltre 24 ore senza poter fare una doccia. La situazione è particolarmente grave anche perché uno di noi soffre di morbo di Crohn, condizione che richiede la possibilità di mantenere standard igienici adeguati e continui. Non avere accesso all’acqua calda non è stato solo un disagio, ma un problema serio. Il giorno successivo continuiamo a ricevere informazioni non veritiere: al mattino chiediamo tra quanto sarebbe tornata l’acqua calda e prima ci dicono “tra 3-4 ore”e così nel frattempo usciamo ma poi al nostro rientro nel pomeriggio ci dicono che l’acqua tornerà “tra un’ora” al che ci sentiamo presi in giro e decidiamo di cambiare hotel.

• Raphael (1/5): Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. - Location I had a very bad experience at this hotel. When I arrived, my room key card did not work. I had to go to the reception several times, and in the end they gave me a real key. After we checked in, we wanted to take a shower, but there was no hot water. When we asked, they said there was a problem with the main heating system and it would be fixed in one day. However, no one informed us about this problem before or during check-in. We stayed for four nights, and there was no hot water during our entire stay. We were told to use the only shower on level -4, and we had to wait for our turn every time. The Turkish hammam also had no hot water and the steam room was not functioning! Housekeeping also had problems. They took the used towels but did not leave clean ones. We had to ask for towels every time. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

• Szabo (1/5): No hot water during entire stay, serious hygiene issues (mold, dirt, hair) and unusable toilet – unacceptable conditions - Subject: Complaint and refund request – Endless Art Special Hotel (April 21–25, 2026) Dear Booking.com Customer Service, I would like to file a formal complaint regarding our stay at the above-mentioned property between April 21 and April 25, 2026. This trip was meant to celebrate our 3rd wedding anniversary, however, due to the unacceptable conditions at the hotel, our experience was completely ruined. Upon arrival, we were informed that there was no hot water in the rooms and that the elevator was not working. Our room was located on the 3rd floor, so we had to carry our luggage upstairs. Once inside the room, we encountered several serious issues: - The toilet was continuously leaking and required repair. - The toilet tank failed multiple times and became completely unusable on the third day. - The bathroom was dirty, with visible mold on the tiles and hair from previous guests. - We have taken photos of these issues and can provide them as evidence. The lack of hot water persisted throughout our entire stay, despite daily promises from the staff that it would be fixed “the next day.” Instead, we were instructed to use the spa showers, where approximately 40–50 guests had to share one male and one female shower, which was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. Although the elevator was later partially repaired, it remained unreliable and unsafe. These conditions had a serious negative impact on our well-being. We were unable to rest properly, and the situation caused continuous stress; my wife even experienced persistent headaches due to the circumstances. Importantly, the hotel did not offer any alternative solution or relocation, only repeated promises that were never fulfilled. Had we known about these conditions in advance, we would never have booked this property. Given the above, we believe that the hotel failed to provide basic amenities and acceptable hygiene standards. Therefore, we kindly request a full refund.
• Bilal (4/5): Below average - The front staff did their best to help me I think that’s the best that they could do for the means they hav available If they had a problem with the water and the elevator when I first arrived they failed to tell me they should’ve relocated me to their other hotel rather than making me wait as I had just got back from a 23 hour fight. I was exhausted. the rooms were not clean. The bedsheets felt dusty. Yeah I didn’t rate Then they moved me to another hotel which was also part of the and yeah, very basic they did upgrade my room however I was complaining and I feel like if I didn’t nothing would’ve been done.

• Silvia (8/5): Consigliato vivamente - La gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff, il silenzio notturno, la piscina, e buona la colazione. Ottimo servizio puntualissimo ed efficente del transfer da e per l'aeroporto. E alla fine alla reception ci hanno regalato una bustina molto carina con alcuni oggetti utili, molto gradito il pensiero. Manca un piccolo appoggio in bagno e qualche appendiabito nella camera.

• Fouad (10/5): Après une journée à explorer Istanbul, le spa et la piscine offrent un vrai moment de détente avant une soirée tranquill - J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’accueil et la disponibilité du personnel, toujours souriant et à l’écoute. La qualité du service est excellente. Les équipements sont un vrai plus : salle de ping-pong, spa, sauna, piscine et hammam, tout est bien entretenu,accessible et compris dans le prix ! La chambre était grande, propre et confortable. Le petit-déjeuner était de très bonne qualité, avec une mention spéciale pour les personnes qui prépare les plats, très agréable. Globalement, tout était parfait. Honnêtement, rien de négatif à signaler. Même avec un niveau d’exigence élevé, tout a été à la hauteur de mes attentes. L’établissement est très bien situé, à proximité immédiate du centre-ville et facilement accessible à pied, ce qui rend le séjour particulièrement agréable et pratique

• Andor (8/5): Cost-effective property with good facilities, super staff and preferable location. - I liked the location of the hotel, the breakfast, the kindness of the staff and the spa which was pleasant after a long day in the city. The walls are quite thin and the doors do not seal off the noises on the hotel corridor so pretty much everything can be heard what’s happening around you all the time.

• Branimir (8/5): - The location is great, 10mins walk to Taksim Square, a lot of different public transport nearby that leads to the whole city. The hotel is good, the staff is very very friendly! The room was clean. The rooms are quite small and in our room there was no natural light due to the very close positioned neighbour building. This made the room gloomy amd not very "friendly". The breakfast was okay, but there was not a lot of variety.

Ne au ajutat cu toate problemele si intrebarile pe care le am avut, totodata ne au si sfatuit in legatura cu ce putem vedea in jur si unde sunt cele mai bune preturi. Murat este un foarte bun jucator de Sah, nu am reusit sa l inving, foarte amabil si politicos.

• Amandver (8/5): - Un hôtel charmant doté d une jolie piscine. Le petit déjeuner est varie et bon. Il faut demander une chambre en étage élevé car celles du second peuvent être un peu sonores.
• Tanaïs (10/5): Super! - Merci à Ata pour son accueil et pour son accompagnement, il s’est impliqué personnellement afin de nous offrir le meilleur séjour possible à Istanbul. Il a su répondre à nos demandes et notre volonté de découvrir le vrai Istanbul. Le personnel est très accueillant, et l’hôtel correspond à l’annonce. L’hôtel est à 5min de marche de plusieurs bus et métro, et de la grande place de Taksim. Le petit déjeuné est très correct mais la qualité est à revoir et le choix également.
