The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and warm hospitality. From check-in to check-out, the staff was extremely courteous, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and very comfortable, making the stay relaxing and enjoyable. The ambiance of the hotel is calm and welcoming, ideal for both business and leisure travelers. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. The meals were delicious, fresh, and offered a good variety of options. The quality and taste were excellent, and the presentation was impressive. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and felt truly valued as a guest. I would definitely recommend Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Kota to anyone visiting the city and would love to stay here again in the future.

• Soumya (9/5): Fabulous stay ! - The staff was very cooperative and friendly. In their restaurant Flavia, we were served by Arpita (if I recall name correct!) and Sushant were superb. A special thanks to Arpita! the reception staff was also great! Arjun and his colleagues were also excellent. A great experience although we had a short stay. My 1 year old daughter also enjoyed a lot! Not really that i can say here.

Location is good with the park and all the new malls nearby Breakfast was good but the taste of almost all preparations can be improved. Dosa was thick, omlettes were too greasy...staff is not professional enough... The swimming pool was not functional and the Gym finished before it began with no supervisor and no one to help you to guide you to even switch on the AC.

AVOID Country Inn, Kota at All Costs – Deceptive, Filthy & Utterly Incompetent! - Location was okay Our stay at Country Inn in Kota, booked through Booking.com, was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. This hotel is a total disgrace and a prime example of false advertising and appalling customer service. First, the lies began: Booking.com listed parking and even a swimming pool, but there was NONE on-premises for either. We arrived exhausted after a 600 km drive only to find no one to help with luggage. The room itself was a health hazard. It reeked of urine from the blower, the floor was almost wet with dampness, the table glass was cracked, and most charging sockets didn't work. And despite Booking.com promising a bathtub, it was nowhere to be found. When we immediately requested a room change, it was flat-out denied. The checkout experience was even more infuriating. We arranged a late checkout with reception, paying an additional ₹1000 plus taxes because I had afternoon work. Moments later, another staff member called, demanding we make another Booking.com reservation if we wanted to stay! Fed up, I decided it was better to work from my car than endure another minute in this shithole. When I informed the staff of our decision, they were completely unapologetic. In fact, they had the audacity to ask if we had broken their cracked table glass! Their behavior, even when we were traveling with a child, was truly horrific. I would rather sleep on the road than ever set foot in this place again. Do NOT book this hotel! You'll be duped and subjected to a true horror show.

• Prashant (9/5): Country Inn at Kota review - The restaurant “Mosaic” is amazing . The chefs (Sonveer and Sudheer) and staff (Rubina, Samar and Mamta) are adept at their job and very professional. You will fall in love with the food. The rooms are spacious. If you take “City view” room then the view will be really nice (The other side you will get the park view which is nice as well. We had taken two rooms on either side). The place is clean and very well maintained . It is value for money. The swimming pool is for namesake. It is not covered so you will be under the scorching Sun. Lot of pigeons have made it their playground so their will be bird droppings all around . The Gym again is for namesake. If just three persons enter the Gym then there is no scope for the fourth persons . There is no equipment for legs .
