• Debra (3/5): Not what I had hoped for booked the room for the pool and hot tub and wasn’t able to use either - The breakfast was very good The hot tub was green and the pool was dirty

• Melissa (10/5): 10 out of 10 recommend. - This is second time we have stayed here, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is absolutely perfect. My 12 year old loves the waffles, my 14 year old likes the cereal options, my husband likes the full breakfast of scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy, sausage. I like the scrambled eggs with the gravy and the bagel option. There is coffee and juice as well. Don't worry they have yogurt, oatmeal, and fresh fruit also. Everyone's complaint is the same, we had to pack up and come home.

• Jean (5/5): Do not stay here - Clerks were awesome. Got the room key but when the door was opened there was a open suitcase and tv was on. Closed that door. Told the night clerk who was awesome (Cody). He said housekeeping said the room was clean and empty. He switched our room after checking it himself. Shower had hair all over. Had to clean it before using. No soap but lots of empty soap bottles. Big stain on the sheets. Fridge had ice all over the back and was not very cold. Had the feeling the owners just want a tax right off.

• Dana (1/5): Nice mgr. but gross, nasty hotel - The manager on duty was nice It was dirty, both inside and out. The room was dirty. There was still trash from the previous guest. The towels and wash cloths were stained and rough and dingy. The sheets had someone else’s dog hair in them. There was no elevator so he had to put us in a room with two queen beds. This really should be disclosed in advance. I walk with a cane and could not go up and down stairs with luggage. It was just gross. Had I not been so tired and it was so late, we would not have stayed

• Star (10/5): - I have always liked to Baymont inn most of the time. There have been times I've been there in the beds of not been very comfortable. They're usually too hard but I would have to say this recent stay I was probably the most comfortable I've ever been while staying at the Baymont inn. Customer service is great having the free water at the time I came in and one for over the night was fantastic. And Cody is very helpful when I came in late on the night I arrived.

• Josh (4/5): - The bed was comfortable and there was hot water fast. The room was cold almost the entire time we were there and the drain pipe under the bathroom sink leaked.
• Rob (3/5): Never again - The bathroom, the light shades, and many of the furniture were so dirty! The air conditioner/heater was pointless. It could either be freezing cold or not on at all.

• A. (4/5): Stay was adequate; room conditions forced us to avoid the room as much as possible. - Breakfast was basic, but fine. Seemed to improve each day. Staff was nice. The sign for breakfast hours had fallen down when we arrived, so we missed it the first day. Not having mold in the room would have been nice, especially since I have mold allergies. Towels that didn't smell like mildew the moment they got wet would have also been nice. It can be difficult to clean out, but I would suggest they try to remove the smell of dog urine from the carpet and cat urine from the bathroom. Additionally, fixing the tub stopper so it works and cleaning the shelves/nooks/lights would probably look better. We found dust, dead bugs, and sprinkles in these areas when we first arrived.

• Lee (10/5): Exceeded expectations! - The guy at the desk made cookies for the guest and very helpful and friendly. Wish the pool was warmer and the hot tub was bigger. 5 or 6 people and its full. :)

• onebirder (10/5): Quiet and comfy place to stay. - For the money, this is a gem. The bed was super comfy and the room very quiet. Of course we are kind of in the off-season and I don’t think the motel was full. Everything was clean except maybe our carpet which had a nasty spot in one place. The breakfast was pretty good. Had all of the usual things, ie. eggs, sausage, waffles etc. And it was all hot. My only other complaint would be that there is no elevator for the 2nd floor. It is by no means newly built but all in all very nice.

The inside of the tub needed repair. The chair needs replacing. It was a cream color and it had all kinds of stains on it.

Room was small but clean and beds were clean and comfortable Granddaughters loved the pool and the breakfast Location was close to multiple eating facilities There was no ice machines that were available Also there was no elevator to the second level where we stayed My husband had trouble climbing up and down the stairs
• sidney (6/5): - The staff is good to us and traveling with dogs, we are given a room close to the door so we can take them out to potty with ease. Breakfast was lovely. I moved the beds and the dust, dog hair and dirt was gross. The handle on our front door was broken and the towels were very thin- seemed bare thread. I was a little nervous with the crew staying in the hotel that night and they kept leaving the back door propped open at the end of the hallway. With two young children, I felt unsafe as hotel staff was not checking this door regularly.
