- Laura (6/5): - No coffee in room. Coffee grounds left in pot. Chewing gum in soap dispenser in shower. No soap in dispenser.
- Quinn and Mary (6/5): - Room did not have the toiletry amenities you usually expect in a motel. No complimentary shampoo/conditioner no hand or body soap, and no Kleenex. The bath/shower dispensers were empty. There was toilet paper. There was no view of the outside because a large poster was glued or taped over the window. Liked the space the room had and the remodeled laminate floor and vanity mirror. Trash can way too tiny for overnight stays. Had to ask for a second key card as a couple. Bed was comfortable.

- Amber (10/5): - The staff was amazing! The ac in the room worked great! The bed was also super comfy. I really enjoyed the stay. The only downfall was ants in the shower but other than that the room was great for an in town adventure at the Lea County rowdy and fair.

- Mayna (10/5): - The check in was easy . The breakfast is Continental which is cereal, Danish, juice, and coffee but that is to be expected. The rooms were freshly renovated and it was not a bad room for the price.
- Khandi (4/5): Not a fave - They charged $200 for my pets when they told me that it was $25/ pet per stay, not per day! The mattress had a cover on it to keep the bed bugs and blood from them in. (It was visible outside of the mattress cover). The bathroom door was put on upside down and was pieced together. There was a parking lot party (that included management) on Friday until late (after 11 pm). It was so loud, reminiscent of a Tejano concert.

I have stayed there previously and had access to take my dog outside of the property conveniently but this time the gate was inaccessible I had to walk all the way around the building and it was very cold outside. The shower head sprayed out from the connection of the waterline. Not enough towels.

- Teresa (2/5): Pillow slobber - If like to sleep in someone else’s slobbery, this is the place for you! The sheets and pillows were not clean, the coffee from the prior guests was still in the coffee maker, no worries, there was no coffee. 2 towels, 1 washcloth, no soap or shampoo.

- Harvey (4/5): - Some of this was understandable because the hotel was undergoing major renovation to the rooms. However, I wasn't told that before I booked the reservation. That non-mention alone negated any trust I had. I won't book there again. The shower was horizontal. At only 5'7" I had a hard time with it. The AC was too loud by far and didn't cool (probably the filters need to be cleaned). The beds were hard, the carpet wet and filthy. The old fridge worked, but the new one didn't. No coffee pods in the room. It was basically a flat place to sleep and a roof under which to get out of the sun..

The exterior is cluttered with tires, construction materials, and drug/alcohol paraphernalia. I demand a full refund immediately. Failure to comply will result in escalation to American Express and the local police. Sincerely,

I would never recommend that anyone stay at this hotel and I’ve never left a poor review but this hotel prompted me to do so.

- Esmeralda (4/5): - Horrible!! Arrived, receptionist “argued” about giving me a smoking room. When he finally gave it to me he asked me to go outside and smoke as much as possible. Got to room only to find there was NO WATER. If he had told me this before I paid I would not have stayed. Water was turned on after a couple of hrs. I could hear several men yelling across the parking lot that they didn’t have water either. They were not happy about it. I put a chair under the door knob for security. Did not feel safe. Then it took about 3 hrs for hot water. It was midnight before I could shower. In the morning I went to turn in key, was told there was no breakfast available. Will not ever stay there again. Will drive the extra 60 miles round trip to another town.

- Hard (6/5): - Room was very clean and spacious, but tub was missing parts and plug covers were missing. Parking lot and "picnic area" are littered with trash. With nightclub attached, it does get a little lively on a Friday night.

- Debbie (6/5): Thumbs down. - The bar / lounge appeared bigger than hotel. We returned for the evening. To find all the parking taken up by bar patrons. Music was loud until 2 in the morning. Then we listened to drunks and vehicles for a while. Bathroom was ok. But tile was falling off. Holes in the tub. Furniture was stained. Wishing I had taken pictures.

- Arion (6/5): It was okay - We had to get a different room because the first room smelt like water damage. Not mold just water damage. The carpets were wet too the point that it felt like a wet sponge. Then they had a live band at the bar area across from the parking lot indoors that sounded like they were in our room.

The door lock for the key card in our room was duck taped in place, and the room was not clean. I also asked for a king single and was given two queens. I won’t complain so much about the beds, as they were all the same price.

- Daniel (8/5): Nice motel - We had no problems, It was quiet. Room was nice. It was a little older than the newer motels, but served irs purpose to sleep and relax. Breakfast was good, they let us bring it back to the room for a small charge but was very good.
