• Greta (8/5): Comodo ma molto rumoroso - Il proprietario Marco è stato molto gentile e disponibile Buona la colazione La camera molto ampia Il letto è piuttosto scomodo e la testiera tutta rovinata Il problema principale è che purtroppo l’isolamento acustico della camera è assente, sia dalla strada da cui si sentono molto forti i rumori delle auto/motorini, sia da fuori la camera dove i rumori della signora delle pulizie e degli altri ospiti ci hanno disturbato spesso avendo una bimba piccola

We konden zelfs ons ontbijt nemen op het terras in onze SLK. Niks was hem teveel Grazie Marco and girlfriend!!! Ik zou het niet weten ..

Lift in building which is great when you have hip and knee problems. We liked everything about the property. D.

• Elisa (10/5): - Abbiamo trascorso solo una notte, ma già da subito si è percepito il senso di ordine, pulizia e gentilezza dello staff (Lucia e Marco). Stanza pulita, luminosa e arredata in stile moderno, bagno spazioso, asciugamani puliti e balconcino arredato con tavolino e sedie e stendibiancheria. Letto e cuscini davvero comodi. Casa situata al centro di Licata da dove è possibile raggiungere benissimo qualsiasi luogo di interesse a piedi (pub, ristoranti, porto turistico molto bello e pieno di locali). Che dire.... Perfetto L' unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è stato il tempo che abbiamo trascorso qui, troppo poco per apprezzare in pieno tutte le caratteristiche della città! Ma ci ritorneremo e ritorneremo proprio in questo b&b!

• Alice (8/5): Piccola sosta a Licata - La struttura é situata al terzo piano di un condominio. Si trova piuttosto in centro ed é comodo per raggiungere il centro in pochi minuti oltre a essere a circa 10 minuti a piedi dal porto turistico e dal centro commerciale. La camera nel complesso é carina e con il bagno grande. Unico appunto, il cuscino l’ho trovato personalmente un po’ scomodo e troppo basso per i miei gusti. Il terrazzo è in condivisione con la camera accanto. Fuori dalle camera c’è la sala colazioni e il cucinino dotato di frigo in comune. La colazione preparata da Marco è stata eccezionale, sia salata che dolce e con tanta scelta! Nulla in particolare tolto il dettaglio del cuscino scomodo

• Jlenia (7/5): Carino - Camera ampia … sta in un punto strategico… Trovare al check-in il bagno sporco di feci… dispiace perché davvero una bella stanza e un bagno gigantesco… ma chi è venuto a fare le pulizie le ha fatte alla carlona come si suol dire…. Manca un cestino in camera che sarebbe utile… ecco mi è dispiaciuto che per le prime tue mattine il bello di avere la colazione direttamente in struttura siano dovuti andare al bar perché in struttura era presente una grande famiglia e quindi non c era spazio per noi(ovviamente Marco mi ha rimborsato la colazione)

• Jenny (10/5): - La struttura è a due passi dal centro di Licata e a 15 minuti in macchina dalle spiaggette La struttura è molto accogliente e Marco il proprietario è veramente gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa! La colazione è buona e Marco cerca di accontentare i desideri di ogni ospite. Siamo stati proprio bene!!! La palazzina in cui è situata la struttura avrebbe bisogno di qualche lavoretto di ristrutturazione...

• Umberto (9/5): Camere molto ampie e comode e ben pulite. Ottima la colazione. - Il B&B si trova al terzo piano di in fabbricato abbastanza vicino al centro e alla zona del porto turistico. L’host è molto gentile e disponibile. A noi è stata assegnata la camera 1, che ha una stanza da letto molto ampia con un letto matrimoniale e uno singolo e un bagno privato molto largo e comodo. Le camere affacciano sulla zona colazione e cucina, anch’essa molto ampia, con un frigorifero a disposizione degli ospiti. Tutti gli ambienti sono ben puliti. Ottima la colazione. Il B&B non dispone di un parcheggio privato, ma lungo le strade nelle vicinanze del fabbricato si trova parcheggio abbastanza facilmente, non a pagamento. Assolutamente consigliato. Nulla.
• Livia (10/5): Ottimo soggiorno a Licata - Struttura situata in ottima posizione, vicina al mare e al centro. La nostra stanza era perfetta, con balconcino e bagno ampio. Il proprietario é una persona stupenda, disponibile per dare informazioni sul posto e per altre esigenze. Colazione ottima e personalizzata.
• Julie (10/5): Excellent option for a short stay - Marco went above and beyond to be helpful and communicative. The room was well set up and very practical with a spacious bathroom. The breakfast area was well equipped and cosy. The location made it easy to get around. The water pressure was not good but I suspect this is a building issue outside of Marco’s control.

The apartment is cleaned to the highest standards, modern and secure, beds are comfortable. The breakfast was awesome with a choice of different flavours of freshly made pastries. Thanks Marco!

Accommodation secure, modern and very clean. Bed firm and comfortable, shower and water pressure excellent. Well equipped Kitchen available to use. Licata not crowded at end of May and not too hot. Highly recommend this B&B. Also 11:00 check out. Marco also found us in the street after arriving by bus and transported us. Thank you Marco Nothing to not like
• Christine (8/5): Comfortable stay in Licata close to amenities - Very clean and secure stay with helpful host. Short walk to the Marina and foreshore with good restaurants. Also short walk to local bus terminal where we needed to get bus to Agrigento. Bed was quite hard.
