• IOANA (10/5): - This was our second time returning to Fushifaru, and that alone says everything. We loved it so much the first time that we didn’t want to change a single thing. Coming back felt less like a vacation and more like returning home. From the very beginning, everyone went out of their way to surprise us in the most thoughtful ways. The island itself offers something increasingly rare: true privacy. It’s intimate, calm, and beautifully balanced, giving you the feeling that time slows down the moment you arrive. The food is absolutely phenomenal. The live stations are a highlight, not just because of the quality, but because of the people behind them. Interacting with the chefs, especially Shayan, added an extra layer of authenticity and joy to the entire experience. And then there is Jen. Simply wonderful. Attentive, kind, incredibly efficient, and always one step ahead. She has that rare ability to make everything feel effortless, no matter the request. Fushifaru It’s a feeling.

• Edouard (8/5): Good - Small resort, doesn't give an industrial vibe compared to some bigger ones, which is good. - The beach is also nice, with relatively few seawalls - Both the water villas and the beach villas are very nice Arrival/Departure, mostly: - Lack of communication prior to arrival regarding the airport arrival process and seaplane scheduling - For the departure, we were assigned a seaplane that was scheduled too close to the departure time of our international flight; we could have missed it if there had been any more delays due to the wind. This caused us unnecessary stress
• Ksenija (10/5): Perfect place ♥️♥️♥️ - We absolutely loved our stay at Fushifaru Maldives. The island is small and very easy to get around — no need to worry about bicycles or long distances. Despite its size, everything is perfectly designed to ensure maximum privacy. The food was outstanding — truly delicious and high quality. Our stay was made even better thanks to our amazing host, Jen — thank you for taking such great care of us. Our family stayed in two villas: a Water Villa and a Sunset Villa, and it was the best decision. The Water Villas have a nicer lagoon bottom but can be windy, so we enjoyed sunbathing at the Sunset Villa, where it’s less windy and there is a beautiful house reef. Highly recommended!
• Bartosz Dworak (10/5): Dream holiday in a dream location - From the moment we set foot in Malé airport to the moment we took off, everything was perfect. The island is small but it never seemed crowded. The beaches were not huge but very nice and the water perfect. The water villa was of a good size and super comfortable. It was cleaned twice a day and water, coffee and tea were regularly re-stocked. The staff were all wonderful. A particular shout out to Luke our waiter and Tina our host. The food in the buffet restaurant was generally very good and the menu changed daily, so it didn't get boring. There are many activities on offer so you won't be bored. Basic water sports equipment (e.g. snorkeling gear, tennis racquets) is provided free of charge. The one excursion we did (manta snorkeling) was well organised. Note, however, that a lot of the coral on the house reef had been bleached and is only starting to grow back, so although you can see marine life, it's probably not as abundant as it could be. There's a little shop by the reception which provides souvenirs and sun creams. Not really something we didn't like, merely a suggestion: as already indicated to the staff, it would be nice to a have a Maldivian cuisine corner at the buffet restaurant each night.

If we ever return to the Maldives, it will definitely be to Fushifaru. This simply cannot be described in words — it has to be seen and felt. • Damiano (10/5): Eccezionale - Nostra terza volta alle Maldive, stavolta con bimbo di 2 anni e mezzo. Esperienza al Fushifaru molto positiva, nonostante il tempo non ci abbia molto aiutato. Boutique resort in un'isola molto piccola (per noi un pro) ma curata, avevamo una camera Sunset Beach che ci è piaciuta moltissimo, con accesso diretto alla spiaggia che ci ha fatto godere il mare all'ennesima potenza, e annessi tramonti. Il mare è stupendo, la barriera ben conservata (persino due tartarughe quasi sempre davanti alla nostra stanza!), Dive center buono, cibo sempre vario, piscina bellissima. Quello che da una marcia in più è il personale, che ti accoglie e ti coccola come se fossi uno di famiglia! A partire da Jen, i ragazzi dell' Housekeeping, i camerieri che hanno sempre giocato con il bambino, la ragazza della frutta (scusate non ricordo i nomi!), la Dottoressa che ci ha aiutato con nostro figlio...tutti sorridenti, gentili, discreti. • Maja (3/5): Hidden costs & too many negatives - The positives: Our host, Alma, was absolutely wonderful — kind, attentive, and always trying her best to solve our problems. The food quality was very good, especially during the Asian-themed nights, and the grill station consistently offered excellent cuts. The resort grounds are well-kept and lush. Internet connectivity was exceptionally good — something that’s quite rare for the islands. Our escort from Malé Airport to the seaplane terminal (and vice versa) was extremely helpful, ensuring a smooth and well-organized transfer throughout the process. The dive centre team, especially Mahd and Danilo, were outstanding: professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about what they do. We also appreciated having an excellent waiter Shazmyn in the restaurant who served us impeccably without unnecessary chatter, addressing us with respect and not using and mispronouncing our first names, and making no attempts to solicit tips — truly amazing and professional service. The negatives: Unfortunately, we were “upgraded” to Villa No. 120, which turned out to be a disappointment. The terrace doors didn’t close properly, leading to flooding, and the air conditioner was so loud we couldn’t sleep. We also had a clogged bathtub and toilet, along with several smaller malfunctions. After four long days, we were relieved to finally move to the villa we had originally booked. We were also not informed that prices were listed without taxes, and only discovered upon checkout that we had to pay 27% more than expected — something that should have been communicated clearly from the start. These additional fees made the services utterly overpriced. A very serious concern was one of the dive masters who, in our opinion, was not up to professional standards. • A fellow diver signaled he had only 30 bars left, and was told it was “ok” to stay a few minutes longer — a completely unacceptable response. • A fellow diver’s dive computer failed underwater (he was on air while others were on nitrox) and was told simply to follow the same profile as others on his next dive — which is dangerous and shows a lack of proper training and understanding of differences between air and nitrox. • On another dive, the same dive master left the group in low visibility conditions while we didn’t have a surface marker buoy; fortunately, we were reunited before surfacing, but had that not happened, it could have been unsafe for us to surface. Another serious concern - we went to try teppanyaki in Fushifaru’s Raakani restaurant (a $420 dinner) and both my son and I got very bad diarrhoea the same night. In the second villa, the housekeeper didn’t replace bath mats, kept rearranging according to his taste, didn’t spray against mosquitoes (which were relentless and bit us frequently, making it quite uncomfortable at times to use the bathroom), and spent time making sand figures and leaving his business card — a bit inappropriate when basics aren’t done properly.

• Mariia (10/5): Классный отель для неспешного отдыха с очень милой командой - Отдельно хочется отметить как команда отеля сопровождала нас на каждом шагу от прилета, до посадки в аэропорту на обратном пути. По прилету нас встретили в аэропорту, забрали чемоданы и проводили в лаундж для ожидания гидроплана, потом проводили на гидроплан и помогли дистанционно оформить заселение, через приложение. На острове нас встретила прекрасная Алма, которая нас хостила и была на связи постоянно, в ресторане с нами все время ненавязчиво был Хаким и его коллеги, которые заботились, чтобы все своевременно приносили и уносили. В целом, работа команды очень заботливая и не навязчивая, за что им отдельное спасибо, на все просьбы реагировали буквально за пару минут. Еда была разнообразной и все время свежей и хорошей, не знаю как ребята умудряются завозить столько еды и всяких штук на остров в таком объеме. Отель был заполнен не целиком, поэтому везде было супер-просторно. Уезжать не хотелось. На случай если кто-то переживает про интернет, то он на месте и ловит великолепно. Есть бассейн, но мы в нем ни разу не плавали, потому что в океане конечно плавать хотелось больше, хотя выглядит сам бассейн классно и если вы больше любите бассейны, то думаю там тоже будет классно. Виллы просторные, уборка 2 раза в день, у нас на заднем дворе была ванна и это конечно отдельный кайф, когда становится совсем жарко, можно полежать на заднем дворе в ванне под пальмами :) Тяжеловато было лететь до острова с несколькими посадками, но думаю это скорее неизбежность, поэтому таблетки от укачивания и терпение в помощь.

• Elizaveta (10/5): From the moment we landed to the moment we left, everything was taken care of. - This is a very small resort, which makes it feel private and peaceful. The service is truly guest-focused. We had an amazing manager, Alma, who spoke our native language and took care of anything we needed within minutes. For example, we mentioned that we wanted to order binoculars and asked if she could help us, and Alma immediately offered to arrange a delivery all the way from Malé to the island. In the end, we didn’t go through with it since the binoculars wouldn’t have arrived before we left, but the fact that she was ready to make it happen meant so much. It really showed how far they’re willing to go to make your stay special. Very night they switch up the dinner theme — from Arabic and Indian to Italian and Maldivian - so it never gets boring. At the same time, there are always some classic comfort food options if you’re not in the mood to experiment. Nothing

In der Nebensaison muss man klar bedenken, dass viele Angebote nicht eingehalten werden können, da sie eine Mindestteilnehmeranzahl von 4 voraussetzt. Da wäre es sinnvoller, weniger Angebote anzubieten, damit sich mehr Leute für einen Termin finden, der dann auch stattfindet. Mit dem Host muss man Glück haben. Wir haben leider nicht sehr viele Infos bekommen und haben uns an andere Urlauber gehalten, die Infos von Ihrem Host bekommen haben. Allgemein war es jedoch ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub. Der Service war unglaublich. Alle waren stets bemüht uns einen schönen Aufenthalt zu bescheren. Besonders der Service und die Auswahl beim Essen war top! 👍🏼 Viele Ausflüge fanden nicht statt und uns wurde leider sehr kurzfristig abgesagt. Das fanden wir sehr schade, da wir keinen Einfluss darauf hatten. Das nächste mal würde ich mich direkt mit anderen Urlaubern absprechen, um die Mindestteilnehmeranzahl zu erreichen. Dann kann man besser planen, dass man so viel wie möglich mitmachen und erleben kann. Das haben jedoch auch manche Hosts selbst gemacht, indem Sie mehrere Urlauber für Veranstaltungen gewonnen haben, damit diese stattfinden können und alle daran teilnehmen können.

• Owen (10/5): Exceeded already high expectations - Exceptional service, amazing island, great facilities - I stayed at Fushifari Maldives in July and also got engaged there. By all accounts, it was the most incredible resort experience I’ve ever had. A few things truly stood out: Bespoke service: The team went above and beyond to make my proposal unforgettable. They even worked tirelessly on the day to fine-tune the setup. A special shoutout to Lamha for this! Genuine amazing service: Every night at the buffet restaurant, we essentially had our own personal waiter, and our butler Diksha was amazing. At other resorts I stayed, the butler and wait staff where more strectched as they had to cover a large volume of people (making service much poorer), but that wasn't the case here. Intimate island: The smaller size of the island creates a true “retreat” feel - a tropical paradise that’s both relaxing and private. I was initially a bit apprehensive about the size, but Fushifari offers all the amenities of a larger resort, from multiple restaurants and watersports to a tennis court, gym etc. Small but mighty! The food was also amazing - we loved the live stations in particular but there was a lot of variety. Overall, I can’t recommend Fushifari highly enough! It easily ranks above most resorts in the Maldives. A solid 10/10! N/A

Las habitaciones super cómodas, espaciosas y te limpian 2 o 3 veces al día, Mosie la limpiadora siempre alguna sorpresa nos dejaba y la habitación impoluta, colchón cómodo, el tacto de las sábanas y toallas , todo excelente. Por no hablar del entorno paradisíaco, playas , arenas blancas y el hotel sin gente prácticamente una isla para nosotros, si puedo ese volver volvería sin duda! Creo que no hay hotel mejor! Realmente nada, me gustó todo. pero si hay algo que veo peor es el precio de comidas y actividades que son desorbitados. Entendiendo que tienen que traer todo de fuera y hay unos impuestos altísimos. Great, well designed end-to-end experience (from the airport and back). Very small "boutique" island, private/quiet feel, the main bar & infinity pool is a nice breezy area to hang around. All inclusive has everything you want including free "fine dinning" and water sports like pedal, paddle, snorkel etc. Sunset villa was clean, nicely decorated, well equipped and very private (vegetation wall), good for a couple or 2+1 family. For a good reef snorkeling you have to swim a bit more well behind the barriers on the ocean (sunrise) side and around the round life buoys on the sunset side for turtles (frequent occurrence) & mantas (we saw 1) and all the colourful fish. This is our 4th time in Maldives, and N-th time at the tropics, best experience so far.

And finally, Iqbal, who spoke to me in Arabic and brought a personal, friendly touch with his sense of humor and great spirit. Every member of the team made this trip special in their own way. Fushifaru is a gem, and I left with unforgettable memories and deep gratitude. While my overall experience at Fushifaru was truly unforgettable, there is one important point I feel the management should reconsider. I had booked an all-inclusive package, but unfortunately, it did not fully reflect the true meaning of “all-inclusive.” Several items on the bar menu were not included, and many activities came with additional charges — even something as simple as a visit to the sandbank. I believe it would be a great step forward for Fushifaru to revisit the all-inclusive concept and work towards making it more comprehensive, covering not just food and a few items, but truly offering a full, worry-free experience that lives up to the name.

The island is stunning and the service from the staff is hands down the best we have ever experienced in a hotel. Our waiter Hakee - SO attentive, went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and was incredibly professional, my wife in particular felt he made our honeymoon feel so special. One of the chefs - Shayan who made the tastiest masala omelettes for us every morning. He was so kind and made incredible food. Finally our cleaner Nandar - when we say we have never had a better cleaner, we mean it. She left our room sparkling every day and even took it upon herself to clean my wife’s beach towel which she left on the beach by accident. Which was extremely thoughtful of her. • Klara (10/5): We loved it! - As middle-class but discerning customers, we know exactly what we are looking for in a vacation spot: privacy with minimal people around, delicious food, and a pristine beach with no seaweed. We have visited the Maldives multiple times and explored various resorts, some better than others, and one being a complete disaster. However, we finally found the perfect resort that ticks all the boxes: Fushifaru. Fushifaru is a charming and cozy small island, roughly the size of a hand, which you can easily walk across in just five minutes. It is a natural island, meaning no artificial additions, and boasts beautiful white sand beaches all around. Unlike some artificial islands that have exposed sandbags and trash or natural islands where only one side of island is accessible (always check the satellite view when searching for a resort) Fushifaru offers a pristine environment, which is crucial not only for first-time visitors to the Maldives. One of the island's greatest features is its lush greenery. The flowers, trees, bushes, and leaves create natural shade, giving a breathtaking sense of beauty and tranquility. The sea surrounding the island is equally stunning, with a beautiful beach and lagoon that are not found on every island. The level of privacy is unmatched; during breakfast, lunch, or dinner, you will hardly see more than 10 out of the 50 tables occupied. The staff at Fushifaru is incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay truly enjoyable. We spent five nights on the sunrise beach side and absolutely loved it. Our villa was just 15 steps from the sea, which was the cleanest (no seaweeds) we've experienced in the Maldives. There are small pieces of corals by the entrance to the sea, but that is the mother nature. The only disturbing thing were the breakwaters and concrete piers but again - they have the safety reasons, and we got used to them.

The weather was nothing short of perfect for a day of sandy bliss, turning my visit into an unforgettable adventure that had me lost for words! Also, the property exceeded our expectations overall. It featured a beautiful beach, friendly staff, excellent snorkeling, and vibrant marine life. Additionally, it was a delightful experience to spot stingrays and nurse sharks right on the property.

As this was our first time to Maldives, we did not have much comparison to other resorts, but as someone who spends 90+ nights in hotels around the world each Year, I can say the service was great at this hotel. Breakfast and dinner half board restaurant was wonderful - quality, choice, service friendliness. The team made genuine care about their guests. Great quality of sleep, bed, amenities and housekeeping service as well. As we love to spend most days on the beach, we moved as some of the cottages were in the bushes way too much and the beach was taken away by currents, but the team resolved it with moving us. Cocktails at the bar could be improved.

Wonderful staff, amazing food even the buffet was out of this world. Nice and quiet so you can really enjoy it with whomever you go with. Maria our host was just the icing on the cake couldn’t do enough for us. She put us in a Whatsapp group and any time I needed anything I just asked and she responded super quick. It was my wife’s 40th they provided me with some incredible options (private dinner/sandbank/photographer) to make it a wonderful birthday and all at reasonable prices. We also did some private jet skiing and snorkelling with a guide which blew my mind. Again very reasonable prices. I have been on so many holidays but this was by far the best so far! Cannot recommend Fushifaru enough! Nothing.

• Rodion (10/5): It is a very classy and at the same time very cozy place to spend the vacation! - The resort exceeded our expectations across almost all criteria: - People are very friendly and service is exceptional everywhere: room, diving, dining etc. - Snorkeling excursions (turtle and manta quests) are a must have - Buffet food is excellent both in terms of quality and variety with local cuisines themes rotating daily, so we could actually neglect al a carte restaurant (but we didn't and it was a hard choice to decide on what day we want to skip dinner in the main restaurant). - Beach and pool are 10/10 A separate huge gratitude and the biggest reason to choose Fushifaru is our host Maria! She literally made our vacations making sure we remain engaged, informed and fallen in love with the island as much as she has. Some minor details like wifi could be better in some areas

Not sure that they have overall good Batler service, however I was lucky to have lovely Dia. - Gym with seaview - and it was a reason I choose this resort - Some included activities, like paddling, photo shoot - The team is actually trying their best to give good experience. - very poor home reef. Actually the smallest I’ve seen for 5 times at Maldives. And I expected that complicated transportation will bring me to a bigger sea life varieties. - Poor healthy food choice. Of course, with some time and explanation they were preordering some, but it’s not that I saw and taste something new. Even with my persistent notifications for no oil in omelet, chef kept pouring some.

• Mohammed (8/5): Mesmerising Maldives - A place of dreams, we stayed in the premium water villa. Overall our stay was magical, our villa was super clean, the island with its white sand surrounded by turquoise blue ocean surrounding it was just majestic. Sadly most of the coral around the island seemed to have bleached some time ago. Our host Dia was very kind and accommodating a very diligent person always checking in on us and making sure our needs were met thoughout our stay, thank you. Special thank you to, Food service areas, Nazir Lilly House keeping, Susu Alam Spa, Veri Sulis Nopi For your kindness and making our stay feel special. Our all inclusive package included excursions but we were forced to miss out on some as they only go ahead if enough visitors chose the same excursion. This seemed very unusual for a luxury resort like Fushifaru especially if you are a premium paying visitor. If you are of Bangladeshi descent do not make that known as there are so many Bangladeshi male staff on the Island and once they found out the service level from them dropped and became intrusive! my wife found this particularly uncomfortable as staff members kept trying to initiate unnecessary conversation at the end we did everything to avoid them expecially in the Korakali restaurant.This didn't happen with members of staff that were from other regions infact the opposite was true.

It’s a perfect size for a small resort which makes you feel like you’re family. The island itself is beautiful with lots of wildlife and beautiful greenery. The staff are amazing!! Everyone was so friendly, the waitstaff are very helpful and accommodating. And our host for our stay was always willing to help, make sure we were happy and to arrange everything for us smoothly - we loved Diksha! We had an electrical issue with our villa and they were so quick to fix it and then surprise us with a gift for the inconvenience. The views from our villa were stunning and we loved watching the fish swim by and play in the light off the dock at night. The food was also delicious! I loved the. Story at the buffet and the food at Raakani and Teppanyaki was delicious. We did all-inclusive and I highly recommend! We loved that it included so many drink, food and activities. We had a 50-min couples massage included, delicious drinks, great set menu options at the specialty restaurants, and even an excursion! Totally worth it in our opinion! Everything about our stay was wonderful and dreamy! 🤩 we highly recommend!

Dia really made us feel like at home and helped us organize our stay the way on Fushifaru we wanted. • Quokka (9/5): Loved my stay here. Would recommend - 1. The staff were really friendly - everyone i walk past will say hi. The staff i meet at breakfast were super nice and even remembered i like my English breakfast teas in the morning after i ordered the same thing for the first 2-3 days. My host was amazing, answered all my questions promptly and made sure i was ok. I was a lone traveller and was a bit apprehensive that i would be treated differently or stared at by other guests etc (given Maldives' reputative for honeymoons) but i never felt awkward and was made to feel very welcome. I had a wonderful stay here and would recommend to others. 2. The water villa i stayed in was stunning and had everything i needed - toiletries, bathroom, slippers, lifejacket, umbrella, towels for sunbathing, drinking water, kettle, teabags, etc. 3. I used the gym a few times and enjoyed it. Stunning views. Water and towels available. Each time there would only be 1 or 2 other people so i didn't have to wait to use the machines. Airconditioned room 4. The island is cute and small - you can walk from one end to the other in 10 mins. 5. The reception answered questioned promptly on the whatsapp when i has questions on the seaplane transfers. 6. For the free events, i attended the maldivian culture experience and maldivian tea experience - enjoyed both. There are lots of other activities that you could pay for. 1. the wifi is sometimes a bit slow or unavailable 2. not that many tv channels available
• Leyla (10/5): Exceptional - It is a tiny island but it has everything you need for a good rest. I liked everything but the things I remember the most are the welcome drink which was amazing, the shower, the food, the beach and of course the staff, the complimentary tepanyaki dinner at raakani restaurant. In general food was very delicious. Every night we had cuisine of a different country. I want to thank every member of the staff especially Diksha our host and Faisal serving us at the restaurant. You made our holiday amazing.

• Stefon (9/5): Wonderful honeymoon in beautiful Maldive Island - We were upgraded to a beautiful pool room. We loved the outdoor shower and bath space, the comfortable bed and the pool area. We liked that there were two showers we could use and also that there was a tea and coffee station for us. The pool area was very private and great for our honeymoon - we felt we had our own little space. The main pool was absolutely stunning. The island we were staying in is small and perfect for us and the staff were all incredibly friendly and nice. There was lots of activities in the evening during the week we could choose from. The staff were from different countries and we got lots of advice on visiting Philippines and Indonesia from them. A Bangladeshi staff member gave me fresh mango from home in the morning - it was delicious and I felt like I was with family. Purchasing food is extremely expensive so I think if we go again we would do at least half board rather than just bed and breakfast. When it rained there was a lot of water that came into the bathroom area so can be hazardous. We didn’t realise how expensive the sea plane would be - there is no other way on to the island so please be aware it costs 500dollars almost per person for the sea plane!
• Jodie (9/5): A friendly and relaxing place - Had a lovely stay. The villa was very comfortable and we really liked the deck of our overwater villa. What made the island stand out however, was the staff - they made our stay go from great to excellent. They were so friendly and helpful and we loved chatting to them all. Particular thanks go to our host Diksha, our waiter for the week Nazir, and the Director of Operations Jum. The food was also excellent. We weren’t expecting wonders with a buffet but we were pleasantly surprised and it had some of the best buffet food we’ve eaten. We also had a massage which was very nicely done, and we went on a fishing excursion which was a huge amount of fun! Overall we had the most wonderful relaxing stay and would love to come back one day - Thank you all at Fushifaru! We would have liked more sun cover/shade on our deck, for example curtains over the daybed.

From location, calmness, comfort, food, staff behavior, private pool, everything was superb. We requested arrangement for a dinner at 5.8 Restaurant and they easily managed the booking and speed boat for pick and drop. Overall, it was 10 / 10 rated experience. N/A
