Lovely experience would recommend - Beautiful building with an interesting history, particularly the theme regarding the liberation of France of WW11. The busiest g is showing signs of being tired, but the experience of the stay far outweighed the condition. Lovely continental breakfast. None

Acceuil expéditif, on réserve une chambre dans un château on se trouve dans une cabane, pas de clim, pas de TV, pas de sèche cheveux, pas de téléphone pour rejoindre l'accueil en cas d'urgence, invasion de frelons asiatique dans la chambre et chaque soir on a un bal dans les fenêtres sauf que le personnel le savaient mais ne le disent pas à notre arrivés. au contraire ils vous demande d'ouvrir la fenêtre de la salle de bain pour prendre la douche sachant qu'ils savent du problème des frelons. Pas de clim et vu la présence des frelons impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres . Les lits inconfortables et qui grince à chaque fois qu'on bouge un doigt. là serrure de la porte qui se ferme et qui s'ouvre difficilement,encore une autre fois ils le savent mais ils ont rien fait . Le WiFi médiocre, le petit déjeuner pas terrible. Vu le prix payer, je suis déçu franchement cette établissement est à fuir.

Personalen var mycket vänlig och hjälpsam och erbjöd flera gånger att hjälpa till med väskorna uppför trapporna. Enkel, men god frukost. Tyvärr var restaurangen stängd när vi var där för vi hade gärna tillbringat mer tid i trädgården, men vi fick bra rekommendationer till andra restauranger i närheten av den trevliga personalen. Sängarna var relativt smala och hårda och rummet litet, men det var rent och trevligt. Badrummet och duschen rätt trång. Vi bokade med väldigt kort varsel och det mesta var fullbokat så ändå väldigt nöjda med att vi hittade det här boendet och kan absolut tänka oss att åka tillbaka.

We hadden gedacht van in een chateau te mogen slapen (op een gezinskamer) maar we werden verwezen naar de barakken (stapelbedden) . Op Booking.com geen melding /foto's van te vinden!

- Berry (8/5): Mooi chateau - Wij zijn hier 1 nachtje geweest, voordat we door gingen naar een andere plek in normandie. Fijne plek, dichtbij de Dday stranden, een canadese begraafplaats en meer geschiedenis. Het park om het chateau is netjes onderhouden. De pod waar wij in sliepen was nog super nieuw, schoon en netjes. In juni 25 geplaatst. Wij hadden 3 stapelbedden. Het leek net een schoolkamp met het gezin. 😅 Wel helemaal gezellig! Het personeel is heel vriendelijk. We hebben er lekker gegeten s avonds buiten voor het chateau. Het ontbijt was binnen in een zaaltje, heel basic maar goed en vers. Het chateau zelf hebben we verder niet van binnen gezien. 1 stapelbed kraakte heel erg

The host was friendly and responsive, which made the check-in process smooth. The only small downside was the absence of chairs and a table in the room, but overall it was a great place to stay.

Chambre petite et salle de bain minuscule et mal agencée , chambres sale ( mon fils avait du sans sur l'échelle du lit superposé à notre arrivée, alors que la chambre venait d'être nettoyé ( soit disant) et murs abîmés , pas de télé dans la chambres , rideaux avec brûlure certainement de cigarettes , deux lits jumeaux pour un couple ( pas génial franchement) un vrai lit double aurait pû être mis . Aspirateur très mal passé dans la chambre ainsi que dans les couloirs, l'entraînement laisse vraiment à désirer. Aucune wifi sauf dans le bar et devant le château, sinon aucun réseau , pour le coup déconnexion totale 😅😕 . Et pas assez d'activité dans le parc du château pour les enfants sauf la table de ping-pong . Chère pour les services proposés c'est dommage , il pourrait vraiment être au top .

Das Badezimmer war recht alt und die Dusche funktionierte in dem einen Zimmer nicht richtig. Die Verbindungstür zwischen den beiden Zimmern quietschte sehr laut bei jeder Bewegung.

- Diane (5/5): On arrival staff very friendly, the Irish lady at breakfast very helpful. - Beautiful grounds, comfortable bed good nights sleep, good value for breakfast Toilet set broken and chipped, dirty toilet brush. No left stairs difficult to manage with luggage.

- Henri (7/5): - Le cadre est beau, et le logement est plutôt spacieux mais ça s'arrête là Logement très mal insonorisé, sans âme, salle de bain digne d'un centre hospitalier avec un miroir dégradé. Une bouilloire avec un fil trop court, vous êtes obligé de faire chauffer l'eau à même le sol. Bref cet établissement beaucoup trop cher n'a vraiment pas les moyens de jouer dans la cour des grands.

- Mustafa (5/5): - L'endroit et le placement est magnifique. Pas de télé dans la chambre, ni sèche cheveux, dans la salle de bain pas de place poir se retourner.

- David (9/5): - Excellent location for a stop off on the way back to the UK from further south. Very good value for large families like ours. Very comfortable beds, and lovely breakfast. The children enjoyed learning the history of the place as well.
