• aus Wien (9/5): - Für die eine Nacht mir köeinem Gepäck, war es ein ganz perfektes Gästezimmer mit allem, was man so brauchen kann. Ein sehr sympathisch geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtetes Zimmer. Viele Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad, ein kleiner Schreibtisch. Eine Kleine Nische mit Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher, Tee und Snacks. Das Bett war seeehr bequem - nicht zu hart und nicht zu weich! Ein angenehmer dunkler Stein(?)fussboden. Ich fand es richtig nett. Im Eingangsbereich gab es eine kleine Küche für alle Gäste mit Kaffeemaschine und Wasserspender. Der Kontakt lief über whatsapp und war sehr freundlich und professionell! Die Lage war einfach super! Nette Lokale in der Nähe und gleich bei den grossen antiken Sehenswürdigkeiten. Würde wieder hier herkommen. Bei einem längerem Aufenthalt jedoch lieber in eines der größeren Zimmer. Im Zimmer gab es zunächst ein tiefes Brummgeräusch (Abzuganlage? Kühlschrank?) das aber später in der Nacht nicht mehr zu hören war. Mein Zimmer war das einzige zum Hof - wie schon in anderen Bewertungen steht, sollten die Fenster eher geschlossen halten werden, wenn man Geräusch- und Geruchsempfindlich ist. Im Haus unten gibt es ein Restaurant, dessen Abluft in den Hof geht und wo lange das Geschirr klappert. Aber die Fenster sind wirklich ausgezeichnet und dichten gut ab. Ich habe daher sehr gut geschlafen.

• Phillip (10/5): Residenza Roma Imperiale is a gem in a quaint area of Rome. - It’s very convenient walking distance to most places of interest and many restaurants and cafes. The property owners, Patrizia and Alessandro, were so nice and welcoming and were there to greet us, and the room was ready a little early. Everything was explained and recommendations were made for a quick bite to eat. The room was wonderful in the quaint older building. Everything was clean and comfortable, and we had a wonderful view overlooking the street to sit in front of the open window with the cool breeze and sounds of daily life. We would definitely stay again should we find ourselves in wonderful Roma. Nothing negative about the property.

Atenciosidades dos Hosters e da hpuse keeper. cozinha fica fora do quarto e comunitaria (e pelo que me lembro, isto não estava especificado no site). Geladeria na verdade é um mini-fridge (troca de calor) e não se consegue gelar uma cerveja (e não tem opção de maquina de gelo). O box do banheiro é muito pequeno, apesar de uma força de agua excelente e temperatura otima.
• Borne (10/5): Wonderful stop over in Rome - We love the location, the atmosphere of the old building with a combination of modern amenities inside. The host was there on hand every day and helped us with suggestions and information about the area. There were stores and restaurants and ATMs all within a block of this location. Really close to the Colosseum and yet accessible to the rest of room by taxi or Uber. There was nothing that I had to complain about or didn’t like about the property

• Kswoop (9/5): Comfortable, calm stay around the corner from the Colosseum - The location is hard to beat--around the corner from the Colosseum, and close to the metro or within walking distance of many sites around Rome. The room and bed were comfortable. Good communication with the host. Very much appreciated the filtered water available in the kitchen area. I was able to store my luggage on the last day. I would definitely stay here again. The room is small but well equipped. Fortunately, the other guests were respectful and kept noise down at night, as the entry door buzzes loudly and noise travels in the hallway. No recycling facilities.

• Jeanette (5/5): - Location I booked for 4 adults and I repeatedly said that it was not for 3 it was 4 the put us into 1 room and put a fold up at the end of the bed, there wasn't enough room of 3 people let alone 4.. they charge me an extra $98 there was no place other than a hanging rack so 4 pieces of luggage barely fit open on the floor. Although there was an area for coffee there were no coffee pods available.

Tu abre o portão com uma senha e depois vai até o andar do Residenza. Ao chegar tem uma recepção e logo após a recepção um cozinha completa a disposição dos hospedes. O quarto é excelente, enorme, com camas boas, televisão smart (pega Netflix), mimos como café, adocantes, chás, biscoitos. Tem guarda-chuva a disposição. E antes de você chegar a recepção já entra em contato com você via whatsApp ou Booking. Adorei tudo! Fora que os metrôs estão pertinho e fica bem pertinho do coliseu. Valeu cada centavo, ou melhor, euro.

All aspects had been thought of, giving those extra touches to make it feel like a hotel stay whilst still having a homely feel. The host Patrizia was very attentive and welcoming, ensuring I had everything I needed for a good stay and provided assistance through out my stay. Would happily stay here again. The only issue was there was limited storage space, however this was not much of an issue for the short stay.

• Dimitrina (10/5): This is absolutely the best place to stay in Rome - This is absolutely the best place to stay in Rome — I can’t recommend it highly enough! The location is just perfect, only a few steps from the Colosseum and close to everything you might want to see or do. From the very beginning, the owner was incredibly kind and approachable. They reached out to ask about our arrival time, which made check-in smooth and easy, and they were always available for any questions we had. Their warm hospitality truly made all the difference during our stay. The apartment was spotless — everything was perfectly clean and well-maintained. I especially loved the coffee machine in the shared area; it was such a nice touch and made mornings so much better. The place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Even though our room faced the street, it was surprisingly quiet thanks to excellent soundproofing. We slept perfectly every night. The owner also gave us great local recommendations for dinner and breakfast — both turned out to be amazing! If you’re visiting Rome, look no further. This place has the perfect mix of location, comfort, and genuine hospitality. We’ll definitely come back!

The room was clean and comfortable and much nicer than the usual contemporary hotel. There was access to a very useful small kitchen area with coffee machines and cold water etc. Despite its location on a busy street, the soundproofing from the double glazed windows was very effective so it was quiet overnight. The owner Patrizia was super friendly and very helpful, arranging transport to and from the airport. Nothing that we did not like.

We were 2 adults and 2 kids one 8 years old who slept right at the feet of our bed, in a small bed.and one 16 who slept on a bed beside us. The room is not so big, but it is tidy and in a great location. The owners are really caring and nice. Not enough place for towels in the bathroom. But other than that it was really nice.

• Cheryl (8/5): Overall its good value for money esp the cleanliness and the newness of place. - I love how new and clean the bathroom was. The bed is very tight but just enough for me. The mirror is weirdly placed and tge aircon was a bit strange for being on without the air coming out but opening tge window was cooling so its not a problem except that it can be noisy outside The ac fan is not coming out so i have to open the window for air. The room is just too tight and the mirror is in yoyr face when u sleep on the right side.
