• 翁 (9/5): 人生地不熟都能詢問服務人員，他們服務親切都會詳盡說明 - 環境舒適，窗戶鎖壞了，會溫馨詢問是否出門擔心打擾到我們，他們有跟租任公司合作免費到租任公司租車喔。 因為面海，還有陽台可以舒服在哪坐著享受著海風，拋掉煩惱頭腦放空的好去處，想要動一下就去游泳吧！二樓服務人員會注重隱私卻又能重視你的安全喔 靠海邊潮濕也一定會有，不想吹冷氣就能感受到潮濕的不舒服感

The rooms are very noisy. You can hear people walking above you and people talking next to you. New hotel with poor construction. No barrier for noise.

• Christopher (10/5): Exceptional - The front desk staff at Kadda made our stay. They were all so friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make sure we had what we needed and were comfortable. The hotel is set up for bicycle tourism and had more than what we needed. Good breakfast options with a variety of foods. The rooms were good sized and comfortable. Kids enjoyed the pool. We would definitely stay here again.

• Mei (6/5): - 1. View: This is supposed to be an ocean view hotel and I booked the ocean view room with a balcony. However there was construction right next to the lot, in fact right next to my window, the noise is huge. I opened the door to the balcony for 5 seconds and shut the door immediately. Nobody can sit on the balcony for even one minute with that noise. The view of the ocean is partially stained by the sight of the construction digging machines. My entire stay was during the construction. 2. Room: there was no writing desk level surfaces in this room. Bed side were two wooden blocks at the height of your ankle. Under the TV was a metal "shelf" like surface at the height of the knees. If you need to use a laptop you must sit on the floor or sit on your bed and place your compute on your lap! 3. Staff was super nice and friendly. Bedsheet was clean. My room was big.

The room, complete with a panoramic balcony, is both simple and fresh and its small area goes unnoticed. Everyone gets a view, so no negotiation necessary. I loved being here
• Yong (10/5): Best service ever - Very interesting hotel with a bike theme. The included breakfast was great. Service amazing. Bike rental was included. It was really great value and made you feel good being there. The associated restaurants are good too. Right next to the beautiful walk (also a bike path) by the ocean. Room has a nice ocean view as well.

• Jasper (3/5): Really disappointed. - The staff were friendly - During the whole stay construction work was beginning at the beginning of the early morning and would wake you up in the morning with the sounds, no notice has been made concerning this. - The shower would not provide hot water, the shower head would hang towards the wall not supported, and the stream is very minimal. - We asked to clean the room (twice) in the morning, we came back in the evening to a unserviced room.

• Shuheng (9/5): Highly recommend for cyclists! - We stayed here for one of the pitstops during our round-the-island ride and were pleasantly surprised at how bike and biker-friendly this hotel was. The bike-centric decor was definitely a big plus. There were holders in the room to store your bike and the hotel also offered bike rentals for you to roam around town. The staff was super friendly, and the breakfast was probably the best of our stay.

The shower was way too cold! If you like a hot shower you will be gravely disappointed. For a hotel at this price you think they would have better hot water. The bathroom in general is kind of gross. Value for money may be questionable given the price of other hotels in the area.

There was the blue light from the TV that was bothering us at night and we couldn’t unplug it 😅, for the rest, we had a wonderful stay.

The staff is remarkable- they helped us arrange a personal driver to Taroko gorge, helped us order taxis daily but also walked out with us to communicate with the driver to make sure they understood where to go, the free bikes helped us bop around the town for free and the infinity pool on the second floor is amazing. Rooms are great and the beds are comfortable. Nicky at the front desk and Vivian the manager are specific call outs. I highly recommend!
• Meera (10/5): An excellent stay with very friendly staff - We had an excellent stay at Kadda hotel. The staff took such good care of us, and they were always friendly and welcoming with a smile. The hotel is bright and spacious with a good swimming pool and gym. They have a good selection of bikes if you don’t have your own. This is a perfect base to explore the many bicycle routes nearby. The only thing we didn’t love was the breakfast, as we found local Taiwanese food to be much tastier! But there is enough choice and you can still eat a good breakfast here
