Shivam (6/5): Great location and good rooms but do not expect a lot. - Helpful staff. Good location. They even gave us the key to open the main door to let baby stroller pass easily. Rooms are big. Tall ceilings. Spacious. Breakfast is basic. I would have rather have had breakfast outside than at the bnb. The bathtub was not clean. I could see bad/ mould caulking around the bath. We especially paid more for the bath tub room but after seeing the condition we decided not to use it. The bidget did not work. And it was a nightmare to get the electric kettle to work.

Luca (1/5): Pessima colazione - La posizione è strategica a pochi passi da piazza Bellini e dalla Metro. I letti sono comodi. La struttura ha i classici difetti di molti B&B : colazione mediocre, stanze anonime, personale assente. In più non abbiamo riscontrato la gentilezza tanto decantata da altri ospiti, se non una certa disponibilità in fase di prenotazione da parte del giovane proprietario. La struttura è abbastanza nuova e si trova al primo piano di un vecchio palazzo con un ingresso piuttosto fatiscente. Gli ambienti sono anonimi. Il personale della colazione e la colazione stessa sono i punti deboli di questa struttura. Un atteggiamento perennemente supponente e infastidito, persino di fronte ad anziani o bambini, alimenti industriali di scarsa qualità e in scarsa quantità : in una città come Napoli è davvero intollerabile. Il primo giorno a fine colazione : “…poi avrei bisogno dei vostri documenti!”. Equivocando avevo capito si trattasse dei nostri commenti, ovviamente negativi! Il terzo giorno arrivando nella sala colazioni alle 9:15 : “hanno fatto tutti già colazione, non c’è più nulla!”. L’ultima giorno rivolgendosi a mia nipote : “hai visto ti ho portato la torta al cioccolato!”. Tutto veniva detto e fatto sempre con toni e modi sgarbati, nonostante i nostri tentativi di essere gentili. Una mancanza di professionalità assoluta e di educazione. Le camere sono abbastanza confortevoli ma la pulizia è frettolosa e manca un po’ di manutenzione.

Grazia Spiga (7/5): - Nice hotel walking distance from metro and funicolar. Large room with convenient TV and fridge and very nice breakfast. A bit of confusion with codes so was unable to get in the hotel and room right away. Staff was very helpful and communicated quickly via whatsapp to fix issue.

Granillo (10/5): Una bella scoperta - Stanza e luoghi comuni molto puliti. Letto e cuscini comodissimi. Posizione eccellente, 10 Min a piedi dalla Certosa di San Martino e Castel Sant' Elmo e 2 passi dalla stazione della metro Vanvitelli per andare dritti al centro storico e al porto/molo Beverello per gite verso le isole. Proprietari disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza; il check in lo si fa in autonomia grazie a dei codici che Manuel o Antonio forniscono via WhatsApp ma è loro premura assicurarsi che tu sia riuscito ad entrare e si accertano che non ti manchi nulla, come dire ...ci sono ma nella completa discrezione. Ritornerò sicuramente, è stata una bella scoperta. Niente da segnalare

Podczas naszego pobytu para mieszkająca w sąsiednim pokoju zachowywała się bardzo głośno. Utrudniało to sen. No ale to nie była wina włascicieli obiektu. .

Ilknur (8/5): Biz 1 gece kaldığımız için amacımıza yönelikti ama uzun konaklamalar için yetersiz - Konumu napolinin kaotik ve kalabalık tarafının aksine daha yeşil ve daha nezih. Tesis otel mantığında işletiliyor. Odalarda yatak, minibar, havlular, küçük sabunlar var. Sabah klasik italyan kahvaltı ve sabah 10 da ayrılmak zorundasınız. 1 saat uzatma talebimiz onaylanmadı ama sorun değil, dışarda inanılmaz yağmur yağdığı için geç çıkalım diye talep etmiştik, odayı boşalttık ve kahvaltı yapılan yerde yağmurun dinmesini beklememize izin verdiler. Tesis cadde üstünde olduğunda. ve oldukça gürültülü gelebiliyor ama Napoli de iyi bir konumda olduğunu kesinlikle söyleyebilirim

Non c'è reception e se si ha bisogno di qualcosa non c'è nessuno a cui chiedere se non la mattina a colazione. In bagno c'è puzza di fogna e i soffioni della doccia sono pieni di muffa....sconsiglio la scelta della camera per la vasca. La colazione molto scarsa nella scelta e di qualità medio/ bassa...insomma, a parer mio, non vale il prezzo molto alto pagato

There are alot of restaurants and shopping in the immediate area. The shower is annoying. There's no room to put any toiletries including the ones the hotel provided.

Divyashree (10/5): Very clean, spacious rooms and Great Stay - Very clean room and washroom. Very big amd spacious room. Bed was comfortable and big enough for 2 people. The breakfast had many options from croissant to cakes to eggs to bread, juice, coffee and fruits. Overall it was a great stay at Certosa. The area is amazing too close to many eating joints and shopping area. Great choice to stay at Naples. Also Antonio is very quick to help you with all questions on whatsapp. Everything is good.

Camere confortevole, materasso comodo, bagno dotato di box doccia confortevole, asciugacapelli. Personale disponibile. Nulla, da migliorare solamente la colazione, aggiungendo qualcosa di tipico di Napoli, per essere veramente TOP, ma il caffè era ottimo.

Daria (8/5): Хорошее место в Неаполе - Отель расположен в хорошем и чистом районе, рядом есть супермаркеты и хорошие ресторанчики. Метро и фуникулер недалеко от отеля, было очень удобно передвигаться по Неаполю. Персонал отеля дружелюбный и всегда помогал нам со всеми вопросами. В номерах есть все необходимое, чашки и чайник, по запросу нам принесли также утюг. Нужно иметь в виду, что это не прям отель, а скорее аппартаменты на несколько комнат с общей зоной для завтраков и наличием время от времени человека на ресепшене. В позднее время заезд без участия ресепшен, просто проходишь в дом по коду, поднимаешься на нужный этаж и также по коду заходишь в апартаменты. Хотелось бы, чтобы в номерах улучшили звукоизоляцию (особенно окон) и дополнили завтраки яйцами, каким-то мясом и овощами, т.к. кому-то может быть привычным более плотный завтрак.

De ligging in een betere wijk van Napels op een paar minuten van het metrostation. Tevens veel eetgelegenheden op paar minuten afstand van Certose Suite.
