• David (8/5): Aanrader voor Hanoi - Het is een ruime kamer met een fijn balkon, een goede airco in rustige straat in de nacht. De locatie is prima. We konden na de nachtbus vroeg in de ochtend inchecken, om 07:00. Dat was erg fijn! Hele vriendelijke mensen ook, ze hielpen zelfs met de tas tillen. We hebben er een fijne tijd gehad. Een detail: het hek gaat al om 22:00 op slot en de voordeur gaat dicht. Om weg te gaan, moet je op een bel drukken. Dit werd ons alleen niet verteld, dus de eerste avond waren we opgesloten in het hotel terwijl we nog moesten avondeten... Bij appen, bericht via Booking en meerdere keren bellen geen reactie. We hebben ook iemand gehoord die wel 40 minuten lang aan het bellen was, maar de deur bleef dicht. Niet handig en wordt nergens verteld, maar is een punt dat ze makkelijk kunnen verbeteren met bijvoorbeeld een cijferslot aan het hek, ipv een fietsketting... ;)

• Gladys (10/5): - The location is conveniently close to major tourist spots. The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. The owners and staff were friendly and accommodating throughout. The property also felt very safe, as the gate is locked at night and staff are available to let guests in when needed. I would definitely book here again.

C’est vraiment une des meilleures qu’on a eu de notre séjour de cinq mois en Asie. La literie est bonne, la superficie de la chambre est énorme. Nous avons pu louer des vélos gratuitement pour visiter les alentours de la ville. Je ne peux que vous conseiller d’aller dans cette Homestay si vous êtes de passage à Hoi An !! Il n’y a absolument rien à dire de négatif

L’emplacement est idéal car situé dans la vieille ville mais au calme, les chambres sont d’une propreté irréprochable, des vélos sont mis à disposition gratuitement pour aller découvrir les environs ou se rendre à la plage. Le must : le service est juste incroyable ! On aura même le droit à un gâteau d’anniversaire de la part de la propriétaire… Rien

• Teresa (9/5): We very much enjoyed our stay at Qua Cam Tim Homestay and would recommend it. - The room was spacious with a little wardrobe to hang up our clothes. The location was very central to everything. The host was very friendly and we had the use of free bikes. The breakfast was nice with different choices. I don't normally eat bread, but I had the Bahn Mi once, the bread was fresh and crusty. She gave us a whole bread roll, together with the omelette, I was full until lunch time! We enjoyed a nice massage at the massage place right next to the Homestay. There is no power point near the bed but we used the power outlet on top of the wardrobe by unplugging the kettle to charge our phones and powerbanks. It would be nice to have another power outlet near the bed area.

• Luck.c (9/5): Will definitely stay again! - - Strategic Location: Away from the busy and noisy streets, but still walkable to the old town (5 mins walk). - Delicious Breakfast: Must try madam's free breakfast (Reco: Bánh mì). - Great Hospitality: The host was awesome. (Help us to refill the empty water bottle every morning, and arrange airport transport) - Some constructions are happening nearby during this period (May'25), hence it might be slightly disturbing in the morning.

There are bikes you can use for free , which we did and had really nice cycle to the beach on the safe bike path , I very much recommend using the bikes. Lady owner is very nice and friendly , she organized us taxi to the airport which was cheaper then Grab. Place is super clean , you need to leave your shoes when entering the building but it pays off with clean floors.Room was nice , good aircondition , comfortable, really big bed , balcony. Good breakfast eaten in the outside veranda. We liked everything

Very close to the night market and old town shops, restaurants and bars but not noisy. Well except for some bad karaoke ( but that is everywhere) and stopped at 10:00 pm. Free bikes and easy ride to Tra Que Village and An Bang Beach. Hostess arranged transportation to our next stop.
