• Sulah (6/5): it is close to Bolhão Market,but quite far from the bridge. - private place, cleanliness, very fast communication with host. easy to pick up the key. the location. it is not too far from almas cathedral but if you stay more than 3days here, it must be annoying to climb up to the property every time. it is quite too far. and the room was too cold even though i stayed the beginning of May. as well as the hot water was not stable. if someone had shower earlier than me, it is not guaranteed to use hot shower afterwards. so first day i was extremely tired but had really cold shower. the day after, we had managed it. (left some time in between)

There were some issues with the window coverings in the main bedroom. The host offered to come and fix them, but we declined. Tons of natural light, cozy furniture, and a nice small kitchen table for meals and work The location is perfect for visiting the city, with the major attractions, metro lines, restaurants and shops nearby. The host is a professional agency who goes out of their way to make your stay comfortable. A special touch is a free luggage compartment in their offices which is included in the reservation, so even after you check out they take care of you.

• Slocum (10/5): During my 2 week Portugal stay in 3 cites, this place was the best. - The arrival and check-in process went smoothly. The only problem was that I was pulling on the front door and not pushing and thought the code wasn’t working. I sent a message and called the property contact through WhatsApp and the staff was immediately responsive. Everything about the apartment seemed very fresh, clean, and well maintained. The television was a good size and the ability to access Internet based apps, such as Netflix, was a wonderful plus. The Internet connection remained stable throughout my stay. Regarding the washing machine, it worked well, there is no dryer, but fortunately, less than two blocks away there was a laundromat where I was able to take the wet clothes to be dried. Not much could be done about the location, it was a 15 minute walk from the rail station and mostly slightly uphill. I arrived doing a rainfall, so that sucked.

Litterie confortable, idéalement situé proche du coeur historique de Porto, nécessaire pour cuisiner disponible (y compris fonds d'armoire) mais le top du top c'est le service disponible H24 pour tout problème. Ils sont très à l'écoute d'une réactivité incroyable. Conseil: parking proche mais à éviter car très cher (105€ pour 3,5 jours) le seul point noir c'est le bruit des unités extérieures de climatisation qu'on ignore en journée mais qui devient assez présent dans l'arrière court une fois la nuit venue. En dehors de ça: RAS.

L’appartamento al secondo piano, con una bella sala con angolo cottura, due stanze da letto, un bagno ed un servizio, è molto grazioso, ben arredato e dotato di tutto quello che serve, molto silenzioso e con letti davvero comodi. Be very careful when booking through this company. The booking was frustrating. I chose the apartment as I was looking for 2 bedrooms. When I booked the room by selecting 2 beds and the reservation was confirmed, the photos confirming my reservation showed 2 beds. It was not until 4 days before check in that I received another confirmation with a photo of a studio apartment with 1 bed. I was informed that I would need to pay an additional fee for a unit with 2 beds. This was really frustrating.

• Taylor-Marie (10/5): - This place was perfect for me as a solo female traveller. Lovely, clean apartment with everything you need to “live” in Porto on your trip! The area felt super safe and everything was 25 mins or under to walk, I hardly needed my metro pass. Rafaela was super helpful with coordination, as was the rest of the staff, and Hugo helped me in the middle of the night when I made the (very silly) mistake of forgetting my key! Could not recommend the unit, or this company though.
• Bruce (8/5): - Location a little out of CBD but no problem and the location clear on booking site. Clear instructions for contact less entry but good to have access to property mangers. Happy to recommend. 3rd floor no lift. Difficult with luggage.
• Michael (8/5): Great location and facilities, easy access. Comfortable stay, but noisy upstairs neighbours at night - Ground floor apartment with thin walls meant we could hear people coming up and down the stairs regularly, as well as noise from the neighbours above at all hours.
