• todd (4/5): Great location, rooms need an upgrade. - Although the location of this hotel was great, I found the rooms need some work. There was no light or light switch next to the bed. You had to walk through the room in the dark if you wanted to turn the light on. Also, there is no batteries in the safe so you had to lock it with the key and take the key with you. My safe got jammed up and they had to bring in a technician to get it open. With such an awesome location, I don’t understand why they don’t do some upgrades on the room. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to friends.

• TANZAN (6/5): - 今回2回目の宿泊になります。 予約1ヵ月前に他のホテル探したのですが、旧正月なので量が上がっていたため、他が見つかりませんでした。 メイン通りにとても近く立地は最高です レンタルバイクの総合駐車場があるので、夜中中バイクの音が響きます。何度も目が覚めます。耳栓は必要です。それが我慢できれば良いと思います。

• John (8/5): Patang beach in phuket. - Hotel was okay for value. Water heater and lock box weren't working. Employees were friendly. Close to main bangala Road. It was like $25 a day. I don't know it's good or not in Thailand. By American standards, it was good.
• Kevin (10/5): Pleasantly surprised at reception experience - Was warmly greeted at reception: like a family member expecting to be home. Smiled and shook my hand. Friendly experience checking in. Was handed my key and advised that my room was on the 2nd floor with a balcony.

Rusty & not working safe, no stool or chair, no table - just cement stab serving as table, housekeeping not that good - once forgot to put kettle in room, once did not refill free coffee sachet. No TV reception for 3 nights. Kettle in room has short wire that u have to hold it in yr hand to boil water. Some electric sockets not working. Asked for room change, had to pay extra. OK if u r anything goes kinda guy. The only thing good is location, very near beach and walking street. 5/10 is my final grade.

• Kyle (8/5): - I enjoyed my stay here. I'm traveling around Asia and needed a convenient place to sleep at night that was close to the beach and all the festivities PaTong has to offer. The Alley way in which it is located is safe and usually populated by the surrounding shops and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and will come by to clean your room once or twice a day. The room was nice and quiet and you get what you pay for. The AC kept the room nice and cool as well. I'd recommend this to solo travelers who are looking for an affordable roof over their head while they explore the Island.
• Brian (2/5): Dangerous. Understaffed. No elevator. - Top floor. No elevator. Substandard room. Staff gone at 7pm. Near very unsafe touristy area in the back of an alley. Never stay here.

• Ronald (6/5): Basic hotel in a great location - This four story guest house is comfortable and has good AC. The bad: The bathroom's shower is next to the toilet with no divider, so the entire bathroom gets wet. Our window faced the wall of the next building a foot away, so there was little light I was very annoyed by constant AC drips falling to the concrete a few stories below. Closing the bathroom window would alleviate the noise, but the window was stuck open. This four story building has no elevator and no breakfast. Hotel reception was staffed 50% of the time during our 5 nights, so communication was difficult due to staff's limited English and no phone in the room. The good: Housekeeping understood my request for beach towels retrieved. The location of this basic hotel is excellent and is it's best draw. It is only two blocks from the public Patong Beach, where two chaises and an umbrella can be rented for $5 per day. Drink and food service are expensive there, but a convenience store is located on the beach and you can bring things back to the beach. Bangla Street, where there is so much going on night and day, including live music, is two blocks away as well, and a huge, unique mall is another block away. Although the area is noisy with non-stop action, this hotel is tucked away on a side street and we heard no outside noise. It is a pretty basic hotel, but prices are higher in Phuket. Transportation is readily available, and across the alley is an amazing Italian restaurant.

I would not stay there again, BUT it is like super cheap and in good location, so if you are not picky and looking for good accommodation, then this is for you :)
• Alexandre (6/5): Close to Patong , rooms clean but a little awkward - The good thing about this hotel is that it is located a few meters away from bangla road and Patong beach. Very good location. However, the hotel and the rooms are pretty basic. There was a window in my room but it overlooked a cement wall that was 5 cm away from the window glass... So no air or no view at all. The shower is splashing all over the bath room and on the toilet as there are no separation between the toilet and the shower. The A/C is right above the two twin beds put together to make 1 king bed which makes it hard to control the temperature in the room and the one you feel on the bed. Also, the bedsheets are very short and you find your feet sticking out or your neck is not covered and it could be anoying. Finally, the safety box is a little thin metal box that is very light and not fixed anywhere... So anybody that gets in your room could easily take away the little metal box and open it with a few kicks on the thin door. Anyways... It is an ok place to stay if you want to be close to the action and get a good price.
