The restaurant was very pleasant with a good menu for the evening meal. The breakfast was exceptional with a fantastic choice of fresh, cooked and cooked to order food. A little bit pricey but it is a very good quality hotel.

Deze kwam uit de douche drain. Ik heb er kletsnatte handdoeken op moeten leggen om te kunnen slapen. Op het toilet heb ik 4 zilvervissen weggehaald.

Hôtel de grand confort proposant, massages, remise en forme etc.. - La chaîne Van Der Valk est toujours excellente en : qualité, services, personnel attentionné, grand confort de la chambre, les restaurants, le buffet exceptionnel du petit déjeuner qui est vraiment unique. Les piscines, dont une avec surf. Idéal pour se rendre au Luxembourg, visiter la ville et les nombreuses excursions à faire dans le pays luxembourgeois.

- Harrie (7/5): - Mooie comfortabele kamer met een prachtig uitzicht. Dat we niet automatisch een tafel in het restaurant kregen ondanks dat we een kamer hadden geboekt. We hadden dat ook moeten reserveren gelijktijdig met de kamer. Het werd overigens uiteindelijk wel opgelost maar het gaf een wat nare bijsmaak.

- Sandrine (9/5): Je choisis toujours la chaîne Van der Valk lors de mes séjours. Le personnel est toujours gentil, attentionné et respect - La vue, le calme et l’amabilité du personnel. Juste un panneau plus explicite qui indique la route en venant d’Arlon. Il y’en a un, mais il n’est pas très visible.

- 367jacquesv (2/5): I'll never return - The hotel is situated along a motorway but no direct access to the hotel. We were told to enter a next door Mercedes garage but the gate between both garages was closed. No one was willing to come and help us, instead we were told to try another Metcedes entrance. We did but no luck either. On the way out we had to rejoin the M way to Brussels adding a 25km to the trip to return to the hotel. We did this for about 3 hrs. Then aroun'd 7pm we were told to try one more new ent'rance of the Mercedes dealer. Agreed to do it one more time but warned that if unsuccessful we would have to continue our journey to Brussels and seek another hotel and that we would not accept any debit on our credit card. No reaction. We eventually had to continue our journey and spent thenight in Ibis Wavre. Yet this hotel debited our card for 165€, room and breakfast!!! We complained but no success, sent a registered letter to the hotel mgr. demanding reimbursement. Never a reply!!! Stay well clear of this hotel

- Duco (1/5): - Locatie Er kwam iemand de kamer in midden in de nacht. Zo vreselijk geschrokken dat ik ben vertrokken. Personeel deed niet veel behalve sorry zeggen. Ik verwacht wel refund
- Eric (3/5): Bonne nourriture. Personnel gentil. Manque de propreté. Manque de confort - Le personnel est gentil et accueillant. La nourriture du restaurant est bonne, ainsi que le petit déjeuner. La localisation Manque de propreté dans les chambres mais aussi au Spa/Piscine (cela fait plusieurs fois que je le signale, mais rien ne change). Alors qu'on a réservé une chambre à un prix relativement élevé, si on veut accéder à la piscine/spa, il fut payer 25 euros en plus ! Manque de confort !!!! Je demande systématiquement un grand matelas et une grande couette (je mesure 1m90 pou 110 kg), et SYSTEMATIQUEMENT j'ai un matelas Twin avec 2 demi couettes. Et quasiment lors de chaque check out, soit l'ordinateur tombe en panne, soit on ne sait pas imprimer la facture, ... TRES grand manque d'attention aux détails et à la qualité du service. Bref, je suis de plus en plus décu ! C'était ma dernière visite.

- Marco (9/5): Modernes Hotel mit super Qualität. - Modernes und schönes Hotel, wo nichts fehlt. Der grosse grosse Parkplatz, die Bar und das sehr schöne Zimmer überzeugt. Wir legen gerne wieder einen Stopp ein. Die Zufahrt zum Hotel ist auf den ersten Blick nicht so klar. Auf Google-Maps ist diese Adresse nicht hinterlegt! Vor Ort wird klar, dass man bei einer doppelspurigen Strasse bis zum nächsten Kreisel fahren muss und auf der Rückfahrt abbiegen kann.
