- Vanessa (6/5): - The place is peaceful, security is good and it’s quiet. The staff are the highlight of it, very helpful. There actually no Netflix or YouTube or any streaming channels. They just had DSTV with limited channel options. This was disappointing for me, haven’t been to a modern day guest house that doesn’t even have YouTube.My friend and I basically just slept because there was nothing at all to watch on the TV. Also there was not even one bottle of water in the room, also the first guest house I’ve been to that doesn’t even offer at least one bottle of water.

Its was very dirty under the fridge, when you open it you could see it. - Happiness724652 (6/5): Weekend at Waterkloof - The Waterkloof Guest House is in a beautiful setting with a nice garden and trees and nice rooms. But the finesse of the service is just lacking! When we arrived, we noticed that there were only one set of towels and had to ask for another set. There were also no amenities like soap, body wash or shampoo, had to ask for that as well! The next morning when servicing our room, they took away all of the towels although only one was on the floor. We had 2 hand towels left that was hanging out of sight. and later on, we asked for 2 swimming pool towels to use at the pool. We again asked for bathroom towels and that just never arrived. The next morning, we had to use the pool towels after our shower. Small things but it does matter!

Personnel assisting with offloading upon arrival was a big bonus. Thank you. The parking pace was not enough for the amount of guests. we had to drive around hoping for parking on other side. Failing that we came to front again and parked in the delivery area. Other than that there is nothing else to complain about.

No instruction of how to use the hot tub displayed in the bathroom. Tumi did show me quickly but I still had a problem. Enjoyed the hot tub morning before checkout with the assistance from one of the staff, i feel the should be something in place to avoid water getting in the bedroom floor from the hot tub. I did not get much sleep, swooshing or wind sound the whole nigh at the bed side, not sure if its the pump.The aircon was off.

- MNCEDISI (9/5): Relaxing in the suburbs - The location is very good in a quiet gated community . There are shops and restaurants located in a minute walking distance. Menlyn Mall is less than 5 minutes drive away. The property rooms are very clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable and fitted with white sheets. Sufficient white towels were provided. The swimming pool is very clean and refreshing. The room has air-conditioning and a mini bar fridge. The shower glass door hinge is broken, and the door gets a little stuck when trying to open it. The shower is a little on the small side.
