• Clair Louise (8/5): - We picked a room with sea view & hot tub which was lovely. Unfortunately, the balcony was shaded later on in the day & the hot tub didn't warm up enough for us to use it, so we were kindly offered another room for our last 2 nights, which made a big difference as we had the sun all day. The staff were just amazing - always there for whatever we needed. The hotel was in a very quiet area with not much around & as a small property the pool area was never busy. Even though the airport was not far away & we could watch the planes, it didn't disturb us. Breakfast needed to be selected each day ready for the next day which was then delivered to the room around the chosen time. Walk into Kamari & the beach front took about 15/20 minutes. Bus stop to reach Fira about 5/10 minutes walk. Taxis can be ordered & were set prices. We also arranged for a massage in our room. We absolutely loved the hotel as it offered exactly what we wanted - sea view, hot tub, relaxation, quiet property & location. I have rated it 4 stars as I feel it could just do with a few improvements to be rated 5 stars.

• Lois (10/5): - 1000/10 ! We stayed in this hotel for a week and it was an incredible experience. The staff were so friendly & go out of their way to get you whatever you need. Cleaners daily, breakfast brought to your door, options of things to do & assistance for taxis etc. I can not explain how amazing this was, me and my boyfriend’s dream holiday was fulfilled. We will definitely be going back !

• Meghna (10/5): - A beautiful hotel which was clean and very comfortable to spend a week in. The hotel was quite and it had a boutique feel. The staff were great and helpful. We weren't too impressed with the breakfast as you have to select from a list which gets delivered to your room or poolside. Maybe we should have been more specific about what we wanted as we were informed towards the end of our stay that they could make whatever we wanted within reason. If you enjoy a simple continental breakfast then you will be fine. The local restaurants which were around 10 mins walk away were fantastic so we didn't go hungry. For couples or families who want a slow paced quiet hotel, this would be ideal.
• Gina (8/5): - Just returned from our stay at Casa Vitae Suites. I’d booked a twin room but we were put in a double room. With no twin rooms available, I had to sleep on the sofa bed, which was comfortable enough but a bed would’ve been better. The hotel was peaceful & very clean & breakfast was sufficient. It was a good 15 minute walk to the beachfront in Kamari & also to the nearest shop, which is not too far but if you’re not used to the heat a 30 minute round trip can be quite a challenge. Would’ve been nice to be able to buy a few convenience items at the hotel so we didn’t have to venture out all the time & walk back carrying bags. That said, the staff we lovely & friendly & accommodating. Would recommend for the price we paid but personally would have preferred somewhere a bit more centrally located

• Cara Clare (10/5): - Really lovely quiet hotel just 10 minutes walk away from the main town. The hotel staff were all lovely and welcoming - would recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy a relaxed holiday in Santorini.
• NEERAJ (10/5): - This is a great place to stay. The rooms are large, tastefully decorated, and well-furnished. The service is top-notch. One of the best beaches in Santorini is a short 10-minute walk away. They do not have a restaurant but an in-house chef who can cook meals for you, delivered to your room or by the poolside if you want. They will call a taxi for you, arriving within 10 minutes. I would love to stay here again.
• Chao (2/5): Bad experience - Check in service was good but the room is very smelly like old RV . We stay just one night and it got all my luggage smell like the rooom. Very terrible. and there is black stuff comin out of the shower head. When we try to call the front desk at night there was no one answering.

Dimitris (jimmy) and George are who we saw daily throughout our stay offered help and support from advice during our stay to drink service and much more. We will stay here again when we next visit, hopefully that’s not too long away. :-)

• Androulla (8/5): - A little disappointed when we arrived as a long walk from anywhere and has No restaurant so we had to take a cab everywhere No buffet breakfast a tray is brought to your room in the morning We also asked for 2 single beds which was confirmed by Expedia and this was not the case I had to sleep on a little pull out bed

We were most appreciative of Dimitri, Georgino, and Allí (as well as the cleaning staff and breakfast cooks) for all there assistance and were extremely attentive !

• Seng Jin (8/5): - The location was quiet. Very friendly staff. The main pool was very nice, unfortunately the private pool in our suite wasn't as clean as the main pool, but wasn't a big deal to us as the main pool was beautiful
• Arvind (8/5): - We stayed at the property for 7 nights in April 2023. Positives: 1. Great staff who really try their best to help in every way they can. When we arrived the staff provided us with a welcome drink and also helped us to move rooms which was great and very accommodating. 2. Hotel is nice, clean and rooms are fairly modern with a good amount of space. Negatives: 1. Pools are not heated and the in room Jacuzzi’s are nowhere near warm enough even when at full temp. Temps hit 20 degrees some days and the water still was not warm, I think you need late 20s for the pool water to be anywhere near warm enough to be able to swim so maybe only best to visit June onwards if this is something that you want. 2. Breakfast is not the best, limited options and having to order it each am and hand in a sheet to reception is effort that you would rather not have on holiday. Another issue is that there is nowhere to really eat the breakfast in the rooms. There is a table outside but in the am it was cold and therefore sitting outside was not an option. Needs to be thought about. In general the hotel is located in Kamari and this town as a location is not the best in terms of what you expect in Santorini. Taxi’s into Fira are €25 and into Oia €40 one way which is a lot of money for a 5 & 10 mile journey. Santorini itself is a tourist trap with very average food and drinks costing a fortune so be aware of this when travelling here.

• Monica (8/5): - On arrival there was no mention of VIP upgrade and there was no bottle of wine in our room either. We asked about this and the staff member had no knowledge but said they would check the following morning and offered a free drink from the bar.This is disappointing as it is not a great start to a holiday to ask about Expedia promises, it should be a given. The next day a different staff member explained that an upgrade may be possible later on as currently they had no availability, they also gave us a bottle of wine. The rest of the stay was great, breakfast brought to the room everyday, choice was a little limited and lacking local produce such as Greek pastries, but otherwise good. A little cold at night but the staff provided some blankets on request which were very welcome.
• Jovita (4/5): - The property was beautiful to look at but several flaws. The hot water did not get hot. The jacuzzi was a little above room temperature. When we took a shower the bathroom flooded because the sewer line would shoot water up then suck it down. My favorite part was the pornstar drink. That was really good. And breakfast. Overall this hotel needs work. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I also didn’t like that we were held at fault because the plane couldn’t land sue to high winds. The receptionist said it happens often. The hotel should at least allow for partial refunds for this. No one can control Mother Nature.
• Lauren (8/5): - Casa Vitae Suites is a lovely hotel, in a good location near Kamari. Santorini is beautiful. The staff were very helpful, however despite repeatedly asking for the hot tub in our room to be turned on/warmed up - which is controlled by staff at reception - the hot tub never got more than lukewarm and we never used it as it was never hot, which is a shame.

• THANH-TAM THI (10/5): - Due to COVID and our preference for quiet and privacy, we intentionally chose to stay at a property not in Fira or Oia. I am so glad we did! Downtown Kamari is small and close by. We appreciated that it was quiet at night--which may not be your preference--and the property didn't feel crowded or exposed, which so many places in Oia looked to us. (If you don't have a vehicle rented, this hotel may not be ideal for you because it is not as centrally located as others.) The service at this quiet, beautiful property was fantastic and took our wonderful experience to the next level. Each staff member I encountered, including the general manager who called me shortly after my arrival, were extremely helpful and prompt with their assistance: people helped us book local restaurant reservations, gave us tips for visiting Fira and Oia, have laundry done, and more. The breakfast was also excellent. Just be aware that you need to select which breakfast items you want by filling out a form and giving it to the front desk person before the next morning. And if you book a room with a hot tub, you'll need to ask the front desk to turn up the heat at least an hour (it took about two hours for us) before you'd like to use it. This may feel like a nuisance to some, but it kept the bathroom from being too hot and steamy during the rest of the stay. If you're an American and used to scalding hot tubs, be aware that these hot tubs will not be as hot as what you're used to.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Room size the largest i stayed in santorini - beautiful decor. Downside - I had to request my complimentary bottle of wine, the fridge wasn’t turned on, some items on my breakfast missing on both mornings, bath tap needs reconfiguring - it’s at the side (rather than front)which means less space in the bath tub when standing for a shower. My biggest issue was that my king bed was two singles - uncomfortable mattress for a high grade hotel as I could feel the bump in the middle - and each mattress was different. Recommend getting a mattress topper - easy fix.

We wanted to spend our anniversary in a less crowded area and we were satisfied. The rooms are huge, and very well designed. And the personal hot tub was just what we needed to help us relax. The propertly is spotless and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is exceptional. Costas was amazing and very informative! We've done quite a bit of traveling and never has a hotel manager called us to welcome us to the hotel. We only wish we could've stayed longer!

We stayed in a pool suite and the room was very spacious and the balcony/terrace area was huge. The best thing about the hotel though, is the staff. They cannot do enough for you and are so friendly. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

During our stay we had the pleasure to stay in the honeymoon suite and the ground suite with a pool. Both were very nice. The staff were all excellent. They were polite and would help in any way they could. Theo in particular was very funny and extremely helpful. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Finally, the manager Efi was also so helpful and provided our new room a day early with no charge. Every part of our stay was made better by the helpfullness and professionalism of the staff. When I come to santorini again this place is definitely where I will be staying. Thank you for making our holiday so enjoyable.

There also ATV or scooters you can rent near the beach and park at the hotel if you don’t feel like walking all the time. There is a bus stop nearby also to get to Fira which is very cheap. Overall experience was amazing. Highly recommend!

The rooms are amazing and the pool on the balcony was bliss! Wonderful breakfast served in room and the cooked fresh to order food from the pool bar was excellent and restaurant quality. The hotel is quiet and peaceful yet only 10 mins walk to the beach and bustling restaurants and 15mins bus to Thira. I stay in a lot of hotels, this one is special!
• Verified traveler (10/5): - It’s a small property, only 18 suites I think. But the staff was very accommodating, friendly, helpful and went above and beyond what we needed. Boris, Nina, Julia and Nicholas are a great team and made our stay very memorable. The property is in Kamari so away from the crowds and noise of Oia and Fira, which made it pleasant because we would stay at our hotel where it is calm but visit the crowded places in the day. It’s a 10 min drive to the beach which is nice because Kamari Beach has great places to eat. The hotel is clean and the rooms are new and modern and clean. Everyday I see someone cleaning the property which is a nice touch. Would definitely come back.

• Miss SE (8/5): Relaxing, chilled-out trip - Lovely relaxed stay. The hotel is very clean, modern and bright. Good amenities, Wi-Fi a bit slow. Staff are lovely, friendly and generally helpful. Location is good, 10min easy stroll into town. Food at the hotel was nice, not overpriced and they will help you order take-out if you want dinner in the evening. The spa services available are excellent.
• Hannah (10/5): Short stay - We stayed for 4 nights and stayed in room 223 overlooking the pool from the side window and sea view in the distance from balcony. Room had jacuzzi outside. The staff were very polite and helpful. The resort is very quiet and about 10 mins walk from the town. Rooms and hotel was very clean. Towels provided everyday on sun loungers - (not the comfiest to lay on) Breakfast was bought to your room every morning at your selected time. There was a wide variety to choose from. Would recommend.

Hotel is about a 20 min drive to Fira. We liked it since we prefer to stay away from the crowds. It’s within walking distance to Kamari beach which is another plus.

• Jason (10/5): - This newly renovated Kamari hotel is NOT on the beach. It's a 10-minute walk. That was a plus from us because it was our only little private part of the Kamari area--we could easily walk down to the beach and the shops and the restaurants down in the main part of Kamari, OR we could hang out at our amazing hotel, with a great pool area, wonderful, friendly staff, great views, etc. All the staff are great. The breakfast delivered to your room is great. We had a room with its own tiny pool on the balcony and sea views, and I think that's true of most rooms. We would absolutely stay here again.
• morky1 (10/5): Immaculate little hotel - We have just returned from Casa Vitae and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We couldn’t really fault anything, beautifully clean and modern rooms,nice and quiet. A short walk down to sea front which might be too much if you are not a great walker but the girls are only to happy to get a taxi for you. The pool area was also spotless and we really enjoyed breakfast on our balcony. You order your breakfast when you arrive and you can change your order at anytime. Definitely recommend.

• Shamesha (10/5): I’d go back - The hotel itself is great. Rooms were very spacious. Staff was amazing, very attentive. Breakfast was delivered to our room. Complimentary 15 minute massages (they were awesome and we took the bait and paid for 70 minute massages but it was totally worth it). The ONLY drawback is it was a 20 minute plus hike to the beach and restaurants. The hotel is somewhat isolated but If you don’t mind spending on taxis or walking to the beach and restaurants in the scorching heat it will work fine.

The staff at Casa Vitae were so attentitive to our needs, not just from breakfast but taxi's, restaurant bookings and so much more. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Kamari Pro's - Clean space with comfrotable accomodation. Small, secluded property for couples. very private. Con's - 10 minutes walk into Kamari Town centre (eachway), 20-25 euro taxi (each way) to Thira or Oia. after dinner it can be an expensive night.

The hotel was central and had lots of shops and restaurant option near by. Room were very clean and breakfast delivered to you was great. The hotel was clean and well appointed. I would definitely stay again.
