• Farzana (6/5): Great location, lovely room, but sleep was broken by a lot of noise - The room was really nicely appointed and the location was fabulous for attending an event at the Roundhouse. It was very difficult to sleep due to noise. The corridors ought to be carpeted and the rooms given thicker doors, as every time someone came past my room I could hear the noise really loudly, as though they were in my room. It was a shame as otherwise the room was really nice.

I checked out after one night and the hotel has refused to reimburse any prepayment. - The Reception staff were polite and seemed accommodating but provided information that turned out to be false and misleading. The room was very noisy. There was a bar downstairs and loud conversation until after midnight on a weeknight. Additionally, the bed was pushed against a wall so that the person nearer the wall had to climb over the other sleeping occupant to reach the facilities during the night. Information provided by Reception that there would be no penalty for early checkout turned out to be false, since management refused to refund any part of prepayment after early checkout.

The basics were all covered The room was too hot with no way of turning down the heat, and there was a constant humming sound, I'm assuming from the heating or generators or something similar. As a single female occupant staying in London I don't want a hotel window open overnight, I should be able to control the temperature within the room.

• Carolyn (9/5): Now my 'go to' for accommodation if attending events at The Roundhouse - It was my second time staying at this property for an event at The Roundhouse, Camden - absolutely perfect location right across the road from the venue, 2 minutes walk from Chalk Farm Underground station and only a few minutes walk to Camden High Street. The member of staff we had on check in was so welcoming - very cheery. The room (in the building opposite the reception) was small but had everything you need for a comfortable stay & was spotlessly clean. The diner attached to the hotel is very good, too. It's not a huge menu, but if you're good with their style of food (breakfast burritos / pancakes / breakfast sandwiches; BBQ & burgers for dinner, etc), the standard of food and service is pretty good. This is definitely not a complaint about the hotel and it's not something that bothered us, but it's worth a note of caution about environmental noise for people who prefer quiter places. The close proximity to amenities means you're almost right on Chalk Farm Road which is very busy, and rooms in the 'overspill' building next door are above a busy pub.

• Ingrid (6/5): Bien...mais manque de transparence - La chambre est agréable, grande (appréciable pour Londres), sans moquette et très bien équipée. On est accueilli avec des bouteilles d'eau. La chambre sent vraiment bon. C'est juste en face du métro et il y a des restaurants et supérettes/magasins juste à côté. L'hôtel est au-dessus d'un pub qui ouvre jusque minuit en semaine et 1h du matin le week-end. Cela ne devrait pas poser souci car l'hôtel indique très clairement que les chambres sont insonorisées. Qu'elle n'est pas ma surprise quand je constate que j'entends très clairement mon voisin de chambre faire pipi (oui j'entends couler dans la cuvette) et la musique du pub jusqu'à sa fermeture. Ce que je n'ai pas apprécié, c'est de mentir sur l'insonorisation de la chambre. Les clients font un choix en fonction des informations données et quand un service annoncé est inexistant on se sent dupé et cela gâche tout le positif par ailleurs. J'ai choisi cet hôtel pour son emplacement et l'insonorisation. Il faut que la mention de cela sur le site soit changée. C'est de la publicité mensongère.

• Preston (10/5): The Camden Enterprise Hotel was located in a very good spot to access the city of London. - It is located in a good area, very close to Chalk Farm Tube station. The bed was comfortable and the shower and facilities were clean and well kept. The stag were all very pleasant and I was able to drop my luggage of early in the day. I may have missed that there are two separate buildings. If you are a bit confused like I was when I arrived, I just had to turn around to find the reception desk was across the road directly behind me.

Si sentiva molto il rumore della porta per entrare nel corridoio delle camere. Non mi ha comunque impedito di dormire bene.

• Anna (8/5): Decent standard for London - A comfortable bed and a decent standard for a London hotel room. Great location near the Tube, supermarkets, Camden and Primrose Hill. I also appreciated the air conditioning. All the staff I met were nice and friendly. Expensive and on the small side, like everything else in London. There was hardly any room to move around, as the bed took up almost all the space. The key card for the corridor where my room was located only worked intermittently. The windows (and the door) were not soundproof, so it could get quite noisy until the pub downstairs closed at night. There were also some noisy doves outside my window. I also had to listen to Spanish radio playing outside the door when housekeeping had it on while I was trying to take a nap.

• OdelleC1 (10/5): Saves the trip - After arriving at a hotel which wasnt what we expected 20mins away from Camden we searched frantically for accomodation & booked the 'Enterprise hotel' very last minute unsure if we were going to be suprised again with a room that wasnt clean. The Enterprise did not dissappoint. 24/03/26 we were welcomed by a lovely receptionist who was friendly and, presentable and approachable, who assured us the housekeeping was brilliant and she wasnt wrong. Good Housekeeping is top of my prioritys when staying anywhere and i could not find any fault and was impressed by the levels of standards the housekeepers kept not only the room but the building in a whole. Including leaving a birthday note which was a nice touch. The room itself was exactly what we needed, warm, with different lighting options, shutters over the ceiling for night & day, and the shower was roomy and powerful. I fell in love with Camden and we will be back and booking this hotel again that took us right onto the door step of everything we needed including the sub-station. • Paul (10/5): Good place to lay your head - Everything. Perfect for what we wanted. Bed was comfortable, shower and toilet were clean. Coffee and tea in room. Nothing really. Everything was good . Windows kept the noise out. The police passed around 2am which woke us but it was not the hotel's fault.

We booked through booking.com for the deluxe room with a city view - we were put on the top floor where the only window was a skylight. I don't know whether the water system noise was just for our room on the top floor (when other people used bathrooms) or whether it was a more general issue. We would stay again if going to a Roundhouse concert because the location is so good.

We had a few issues when we were there (Feb) and while the one staff member on duty was always helpful , issues were "dealt with" but not resolved for the duration of our 4 day stay (Lift out of action, heating not working more often that it was working ). Also to note while rooms are quite nice, they are very small and minimally decorated/furnished. We enjoyed the stay as we have family around the corner so location was key, but felt it to be very expensive for the size of the rooms and quality of the fit-out.

A fürdőszobában a kézmosónál nagyon nagyon lassan,hosszú időt kellett várni hogy a víz lefólyon! Gyorsan megtelt egy kézmosásnál már megtelt! Így nem igényes,veszelyes, hogy a padlóra kiömlik! A szobában poros volt a padló,biztos érkezésünkre sem frissítették fel,nem volt porszivózás de felmosás sem!

• Keith (8/5): Good value, good facilities and very conveniently located. - The room was fine with all the facilities required. The headboard was a little scuffed, but all the same the room was clean and tidy. The bedding and towel were clean, but did have the smell of a commercial cleaning company, compared to larger brand hotels, where laundry items smells as your own at home. I have stayed at he hotel previously, so I knew what it was like and that all said, the location was perfect for my needs. The headboard was scuffed and the bedding/towels although clean, did had a musky smell.

• louise (6/5): Great location - The location was fantastic. The check-in process easy and staff very friendly. Our room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and bathroom adequate. No where to hang clothes properly. We had an event to attend and couldn’t hang our outfits. There wasn’t an iron so we couldn’t iron our clothes. Also no mirror I could use while drying my hair. We came back hoping to get a night cap in the bar at 10.30 but were told the pub was closed even though the opening times are advertised as being much later.

• JamesC20202020 (6/5): This hotel is only ok. - The hotel is clean and the bathroom is nice. The bedroom was located over a noisy pub so difficult to sleep. Also the double bed was 2 single beds pushed together but as they weren't clipped together the beds kept sliding apart if anyone lay in the middle as the beds had wheels attached to the legs. Fell down between the beds a few times.

• S38DFdenisew (8/5): Weekend visit - It’s expensive , but I always stay here when I can as it’s a simple bus ride from Paddington station & the high room prices are off set by not using taxis . Obviously the pub is noisy, but also very handy. My only negative is the lack of working lights in the room. And for me personally the space wasn’t studying friendly - no real desk type space. There was no natural light coming in but for a short weekend in London it doesn’t bother me.
• 953lisem (10/5): Lovely hotel - I was in London for a family move. I was very impressed with the staff, cleanliness and location. The staff were very accommodating. The location is across from Chalk Farm station and easy walk to Primrose Hill and Camden Market. The bus to Hampstead Heath is right outside. My only complaint was the noise on Friday night from the pub, but the manager moved my room so that was not an issue going forward.
• Sparkylang (10/5): Overnight stay - Fantastic stay, lovely welcome, friendly and welcoming staff, room lovely, beds really comfy, immaculately clean, shower amazing. Great food if you decide to eat here. Great location in Camden 😀

• Bethan (10/5): - We've stayed at the hotel before and were keen to come back, the staff are great, welcoming and friendly. The access into reception and the one bar is a bit awkward for a wheelchair user.
• Terra (9/5): Great hotel in a great location. Very comfortable bed and it was quiet. We like the late checkout! - Location was amazing- the room was clean and comfortable Would have liked a door hook to hang coats
• Phil (8/5): Perfect location, clean room and friendly staff. - The location was perfect, just a short walk from chalk farm station giving easy access to the rest of London while Camden and Primrose Hill were just a few minutes walk away. The room was on the small side with limited facilities but as we were using it as a base from which to explore London this didn’t bother is at all.
• Zoe (6/5): Disappointed - Cleanliness and location We stayed at Ferdinand street opposed to above the pub. The room was immaculate spotlessly clean. However the room was cold - heating didn’t work despite telling staff. Bedding was awful, duvet was so thin I had to ask for another so slept with 2. The mattress was awful - you could feel the springs through it and dipped throughout. Is says the room is soundproofed but the noise level of a night was terrible as the bar beneath closes at 3am therefore you have disturbance. I mentioned this to staff and they said what to I expect being in Camden!! Was not value for money!!! It felt like a glamourised hostel in fact. It’s a great location , very clean but I was very disappointed:(
