Suzanne (4/5): Disappointing stay - The size of the room was comfortable The communication with the staff was inconsistent and not accurate. I had called the hotel directly 2 different times before the trip to confirm that the room with 2 queen beds had a walk in shower (no tub). When we arrived, the desk agent told us that was wrong and only king rooms had showers. The front desk staff is poorly trained and blamed their lack of knowledge on a new system from Marriott. The hotel also does not have parking on property and requires you to use a garage in town. Finally, I was double charged for a security deposit (which was not even told to me) and although the charge came off my credit card, the cavalier attitude of the staff was not what I expect from a Marriott property.
Matthew (5/5): See: “what I didn’t like about this property.” - Location. Breakfast. Stayed here several times… This time $179 on a Monday night… in butler, PA? Why? Because a lot of people had no power or heat and you gouged a regular guest, and I’m sure the residents of butler in a time of need. Pillows were flat. No water pressure. Noise all night. No Ice.

Damien (9/5): Overall a good experience - The guy at the front desk was extremely nice and helped me out with some issues I had. The room was pretty clean which is always a good thing. The tvs aren't great. It is overly complicated to get a console working and on top of that they are 4k 60hz (that might just be a me issue but anywhere I've been allows for at least 1080p 120hz). The floor had stains so they definitely need to shampoo a bit more often. And there were stains on some furniture but I don't think you can get those out.

Within 15 minutes of our check-in, we were alerted that we had left the car window rolled down. Security was On. It, which we very much appreciated given the hotel's location when seen at night.. The hotel is not easy to find, especially at night. Our 2024 GPS directed us down a very narrow, dark alleyway, apparently b/c the hotel is located on a one-way street. When we saw the location during the day, it was okay, but at night it was disconcerting.

Robert (10/5): - Great little hotel, walkable to everything in the town. Big, nice, clean rooms. Saltwater swimming pool, decent gym. All around the hotel impressed for its star level and what is it. My only complaint would be that the breakfast was fairly underwhelming with no fruit, and kind of yucky microwaved-like egg options. We just went to a nice cafe around corner instead, so it didn’t really impact our stay.
Rebecca (6/5): Unexpected charges - At check in at first they couldn't find my reservation. Once found they said I would have a $20 incidental fee and it charged my card $230. They could not see an authorization on their end so couldn't fix it. I had to call my bank to dispute it and have it reversed.
Tina (5/5): Rooms are subpar not worth the cost. - There was a breakfast staff named Eli. He was kind, courteous and attentive. Eli made our day start off right. I stayed here 4 years ago and it was quite nice. This time not so much. Our original room smelled of stinky feet and the carpet was damp. The "couch" worn down and smelled bad. We asked to be moved and mgmt was very cooperative the 2nd room still smelled musty but not as bad. The couch was just as bad but we stayed put. Most likely will not choose this hotel our next visit.

The lighting in the room was terrible all it had was one lamp and small reading lights on the beds in a suite no actual lights in the room except the bathroom, the pool is small but for being an indoor pool the water was absolutely freezing and towels were everywhere no one cleaned up the area the main reason we booked it was because the kids wanted to swim and they couldn't because of how cold it was.

aklongo (10/5): Very plesantly surprised - We stayed here for a quick overnight stop during our road trip and were very pleasantly surprised. We book a regular 2 bed room and the rooms we got was HUGE compared to even 5 star properties we’ve stayed at. The hotel and room were very clean and service was quick and easy. Our stay included a free breakfast which was perfect. It had a little bit of everything for everyone in our group. I would definitely recommend this property for a short or long stay.

The suite, the bathroom, and the hotel common areas were clean and modern. Staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't visit the pool. Breakfast was very good - not your typical pre- packaged food. The hotel is located downtown. You can walk to restaurants, a brewery, bars, stores.

I wish there had been a bit more fruit available. The coffee was nice and robust, something you cannot always rely on in hotels. I ended up staying until 9/7. My room was only cleaned twice in the 8 nights that I stayed there. I don't blame the cleaning staff- I am guessing that this was a result of a management schedule. One of the luxuries of staying in a hotel is having your bed made daily and that did not happen.
