Tapas - he was restaurant manager who started shouting at a new hire who allowed my 80 year old dad to eat food. This may be against policy but there are exceptions especially when u have to cater to 80 year old. Second, the new hire didn’t deserve abuse in front of us and entire public. That’s your culture 2. The lady at Reception who checked me in. Extremely non customer focused especially when I asked for twin bed, she said not possible for me..: have no idea what it meant The new hire was empathetic but pretty sure he will leave your job due to bad culture. Trust me, he will do well in life Staff’s attitude towards guests Budget hotel doesn’t mean you become rude Don’t blame on room size because that’s global standards, it’s your cheap staff

Ms. Anjana also from the Front office/Reception helps us out, smiling at all times. Ms. Maltina helped us with our Breakfast and Dinner. Very friendly and very service oriented. I have not seen any young lady working so hard with a smile. During Breakfast, she is all over the place, helping everyone, Never idle even for a minute. God bless them. Good Team. Stay was good value for money. Breakfast spread was not to the level we find in Holiday Inn Properties, maybe as this is Holiday Inn Express. Room size was small, maybe as this is Holiday Inn Express.

The rice was under-cooked and the veggies looked dehydrated . There were false fire alarms which went off multiple times once in the middle of the night .. the management should be more careful and ensure no discomfort is caused.
