- Vickie (7/5): It was ok but i will choose another hotel next time - It was off the interstate. Staff was nice We had a room right by the stairs. Other guests were too loud running up and downstairs. Staff did address the issue though. There were guests playing cards in the lobby and they were way too loud! i’m still waiting on my refund of the “charge “ they place on your card. Room was clean but the bleach smell was overwhelming every time you entered the room and the air conditioner was way too loud.

- Joel (8/5): Good place for weary travelers and close to restaurants! - Coffee and breakfast were good! Lots of selection! Check in was easy. Staff was helpful and friendly. Close to good restaurants. Could have walked except for the weather! Very strong cold wind that day. Price was a little bit high! Breakfast was good but could have been better. WiFi was okay but could have been faster!

- Kricket (3/5): - The hotel lobby had an overpowering perfume smell, almost like they were trying to mask something unpleasant. When I got off the elevator on the third floor, it smelled just as bad. The room itself reeked of cigarette smoke, and the breakfast was mostly prepackaged items. Overall, very disappointing — I would not recommend staying here.
- Debra (7/5): All we wanted was a good nights rest. - Mattresses were awful. Amenities were poor quality. Trashcan liners were not inserted in the cans. Limited TV channels. Netflix was not free. No premium channels. Air temp was set at 65. Normally that would not have been too bad but it was raining and we had to park at the back in one of the last parking spots. One left, so needless to say we were wet( yes we had an umbrella) and we were cold. This was at 9 pm. We adjusted heat and went downstairs to eat in the dining area even though there was no lighting.

The queen beds and pillows were comfortable just like at home. Nothing, we were very pleased with our stay.

- Happiness577231 (2/5): Horrible Customer Service Mold in Handicapped Room - PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION! I was initially given a hotel room of lower quality than I had reserved and paid for. I made the front office agent aware of this, and I was told that I would be switched to another room in the morning (which is today) as they were sold out last night. Upon entering the room, I noticed mold in the bathroom and a severe musty smell throughout. Due to dealing with the lack of customer service, I contacted Marriott Bonvoy Customer Service phone and shared my experience. I was told by the Marriott Bonvoy that I could contact a manager I called the front desk again this morning to speak with a manager, and I was told that the manager was not in but would arrive at 930 am. I asked the front desk agent if I could switch rooms, and they informed me that they had available rooms. The manager would be happy to assist me with the change. I informed the front desk agent that I had a meeting, but I would return around noon.
I arrived back at the hotel at 1215. I stood at the front desk waiting for Shanta (Assistant General Manager) to address me as she sat idly at a desk in an office behind the front desk counter. She came out of the office, addressed a man walking back into the hotel, and then returned to the office. I asked her if she was a manager, and she replied yes. I told her my name, and she said, “We don’t have any rooms, and you will not get a refund. I saw your case”. I told her that I won’t be staying in any room with mold, and I was told twice by two separate agents that I can switch to another room due to the mold, and she said, “Oh, well, the rooms we had are gone, and here is your receipt”. She placed my receipt on the counter, but it flew off onto the floor. Given that I am not an animal, I did not pick it up off the ground.
As a Gold Elite Bonvoy Member, I have never experienced this type of behavior from any of the Marriotts that I have stayed in here in the United States and internationally. It saddens me to receive this type of treatment because it is not indicative of the Marriott Brand.

- mmarisko (2/5): Do not stay here! - Probably the worst Marriott property I’ve ever stayed in. Ac not working in the room - in south Ga. The room was so humid there was a film of moisture covering every surface. The wallpaper is even peeling due to the amount of humid moisture in the room. If that wasn’t bad enough the room smelled like smoke. The only solution offered when I let the front desk know was to spray air freshener. You cannot eliminate smoke with air freshener. I was told I could not change rooms and my only recourse was to check out but I would not receive a refund. It was late on a Monday night business trip and hotels are few and far between in this area. The smoke was so bad I woke up with a sore throat from breathing it in all night. There is a sign out front with 100% satisfaction guarantee - they do not honor that. Valerie was the only pleasant employee I encountered. The GM Christine Pate will tell you one thing and do another. I would dispute this charge on my credit card but unfortunately used points to book. Ms Pate promised me she would refund a minimum of half of my points used - she did not. Do not stay here. Find another hotel!
- Saul (8/5): - Hotel was good. The was only a few things that I will point out not as a critical but it would make a big difference for their business. The rooms A/C (P-tac) units are in need of service, a good cleaning and maintenance. The drain were not working properly and holding too much water making the room musty and smell a little funky. The was the pool. Water was cloudy and very clean. And third. There were stray cats around the hotel and pool area making the clients uncomfortable.
