The first through booking and the second when we were paying the deposit. They told us that this should be solutioned within a few days, but more than 15 days later we are still waiting for the refund

Très grande chambre avec espace nuit séparé du salon. Salle de bains grande et propre. Nombreux placards et espaces de rangement. La télévision de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas et celle du salon avait une image violette. La plaque de cuisson ne fonctionnait pas non plus.

I’m not from the city and when I booked with this hotel I did not anticipate how difficult parking may be and he made the entire process so stress free and smooth. We pulled up really late, bust street, bustling traffic and he kindly approached us and offered the valet service- he said that it would be his pleasure to make sure our vehicle is safe during our stay and to help us get our luggage to our room. It keep saying I’m 48 hours early for early check in online. So, when we arrived the receptionist kept saying the room will be ready within 30 mins and we waited for 2 hours. It’s okay if She could have said waiting hours is 2 hours .

- Daniela (9/5): Klasse Stadthotel, würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder buchen - Ein klasse Stadthotel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und sehr groß. Die Betten super bequem. Küchenzeile vorhanden, geräumiger Kühlschrank. Frühstücksraum war angenehm. Es sind einige Restaurants in der Umgebung, wir waren im Ristorante Partenope, die Pizza war hervorragend, die Nudeln auch. Reunion Tower ist fussläufig machbar ( bei uns war es halt seeehr heiß), man kommt am Pioneer Plaza vorbei mit dem Cattle Drive und das Sixth Floor Museum ist auch in der Gegend ( leider hatte es bei uns geschlossen) Von der Strasse her ist es nachts halt etwas laut, was bei einem Stadthotel meist der Fall ist, bei uns war gegenüber leider noch ein Ventilator, den man gehört hat. Valet Parking viel zu teuer, wir haben hinterm Hotel auf dem "Premium Parking" geparkt für 20 Dollar, man darf nur nicht übersehen, tägl. einen neuen Parkzettel zu machen ( entweder per App oder auch mit License Plate Eingabe möglich)

- Marie (8/5): - Room was large with a small kitchen which was very a benefit as the food in most places in America was not good. Staff were all quite friendly and helpful even got a late check out for free. Breakfast was ok better than most places, however they didn't offer a sugar free muesli (all cereals were loaded with sugar.

- Melanie (4/5): - Our overall stay was great. However, the atmosphere and surrounding areas were a bit much. The nightlife around the hotel was wild, loud, and had all the outside/lobby entrances of hotel smelling like marijuana. The area/location was honestly not what I was expecting. The homeless population downtown seems to be a problem as well. Now to actually Hotel/Service I can say was on point. The rooms were very clean and overall 10/10. However due to all the stuff mentioned I wouldn’t book again or recommend. Also keep in mind that this Hotel is also connected to 2 other hotels all in one. Making parking limited and Hotel Portion divided by three different hotels.
- Eric (10/5): Our last day. - Our stay was nice. For the most part front desk was nice and friendly. Our last day we went down to have breakfast and asked the front desk if breakfast is still available. unfortunately we were 10mins past the serving time which was fine, but as we were sitting down having coffee, the lady at the front desk escorted a man to the closed breakfast area to grab some food. Never did she ask if we would like to grab some food. My thoughts are if the kitchen is closed, then it should be closed for all. Smh...

- fingest (10/5): Decent hotel right in city centre - Really nice hotel, modern, friendly staff. Centrally located for the grassy knoll etc. Room even for five adults was spacious and well appointed. Good breakfast too.

- Emmerald (10/5): - It was a pleasure staying at the Residence Inn Dallas Downtown. Their entrance might be a bit. Confusing because it’s right next to two other properties but other than that the experience was spectacular. I requested two beds and got them. Rooms were clean when I got in. It’s quiet even though the property is downtown. I never got the chance to walk outside at night but during day time walking to the DART felt pretty safe. Breakfast was great. They do have limited number of laundry machines but is open 24 hrs. Stay here, you won’t regret it. Staff were amazing too although I really didn’t have that much interaction with them.
