- KAORI (6/5): - キャリーバッグが入るサイズのロッカーがない、シャワー室の珪藻土マットのカビがあり、吸水しない？遅い？くらいです。 1人で泊まるならいいかもしれない。
- Yoshiaki (4/5): - ２階に泊まりましたが、とある部屋のベッド内にゴミ袋を山積みしている方がおり不衛生でした。とても不衛生でした。また、リビングのテーブルで初老の従業員？がテレビの一番見える場所を占領。コーヒーなどの私物を置きっぱなしにしていてあまり良い感じではなかったです。風呂は扉のふちに水アカ、風呂マットの珪藻土は黒カビ、ベッドの茶色染み、なにより20◯Aの部屋の大量のゴミ袋。それ以外は良かったです。改善されたらまた来たいです。

- Makoto (4/5): - ドミトリーとしては普通かと思いました。時期的なものかと思うけど価格に対して清潔感はイマイチだと感じました。 というのも、枕やマットレス、掛け布団へのカバーかけは自分で行う必要があるのは許せる範囲ですが、その中身はシミと黄ばみだらけだったのでそこは改善してほしいと思います。そういったことが気にならない方には普通に宿泊できる所かと思います。
- Cristina (6/5): - Cannot use the tv in the common are, one man from staff clipped his toenails in the area you eat and cook! - 2 of the 4 toilets not working. The rest of the staff was very nice.
- Spensor (2/5): For the love of all things holy do not stay here - I have no idea why this hostel has a high score on this site. It is absolutely disgusting. Black mold in the showers. Bed sheets and mattresses have visable disgusting stains. The bathrooms have the same smell as camping site public bathroom Its also completely unsafe. I woke up at 3 am to use the bathroom only to find a homeless man cleaning himself. The front door of the hostel is unlocked at night meaning anyone can come in. Sure the hostel is close to the jr station. But given option of staying here again or a safe clean hostel 15 minutes away from a station. I would choose the cleaner and safer hostel every time.
- Elias (10/5): - Very nice hostel! Very close to tsuruhashi station, and there's a convenience store right next door. Check in was quick and easy, and the areas are bigger than the pictures make it seem. Everything was clean and comfortable, definitelly recommend!

- MASATO (8/5): - 今回初めて宿泊。駅から近くコンビニも近い。 共有スペースにはそこそこ漫画があり、一人旅には使いやすい。気になったのはシーツ類は自分で支度する必要があって、枕の汚れが見えてしまうため気になる人は気になるかも。

- Kenneth (8/5): - Very nice hostel. All the beds come with curtains. The common room is big and has a kitchen/fridge/microwave but no cooking stove. The bathrooms are kept clean. A few stains on the carpet/chairs but nothing serious. Overall a good hostel and i will come back :)

- Beom-Jun (8/5): - 좋은점 - Family Mart (편의점)이 1층에 있다. - 공용시설이 타다미방으로 깔끔하게 구성되어있다. - 귀중품 보관소가 따로 마련되어있다. - TV, 만화책 등 편의시설이 잘 되어있다. 아쉬운점 - 침대 커버 등은 직접 교체해야한다 - 공용 샤워시설 발판 등이 다소 지저분하다 몇가지 불편한 점을 제외하고는 저렴한 금액으로 비교적 깔끔하고 편하게 쉴 수 있는 공간이었습니다.

- Siddra (8/5): - We booked a private room for 2, it was very nice. It felt very safe. The location is great , 3 min walking distance from tsuruhashi station. There is also a convenience store downstairs open 24/7. You are not allowed to eat /drink in the room. Also , you have to be quite in the room since its a dorm. The biggest con is that there is no elevator, we had a huge bag to carry up to the second floor! You can always ask help if needed.
- YU-RUNG (10/5): Phenomenal stay - Our first time to Japan and we couldn't have found a better place. Conveniently located near the metro stations and ticket discount store. Onsen and Life super market 10-15 min walk. Friendly staff.
- Chee Sheng (8/5): Acceptable dorm hotel - This is a dormitory style hotel. If you want you can interact with new faces quite a fair bit. Most of the rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors, but there isn't an elevator. However, if you are backpacking it shouldn't be that much of a problem. The nearby facilities are pretty okay. Food are just a few steps away. And the premises have a washing machine + dryer, makes it convenient for travellers that are staying for long period of time.

However I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Sun Village as it has all the necessary facility to make my short stay comfortable. The best part is there is a Family Mart under the hostel which makes it convenient to get any midnight snack or drinks when hunger strikes! ;-)

- Verified traveler (8/5): リーズナブルで駅近です - 3度目の利用です。鶴橋駅からすぐで立地は申し分ありません。施設は新しいのですが前回より清潔度が落ちている気がします。 靴箱を開けたら匂いが気になりスリッパも匂いが臭かったです。 バス、トイレはまずまずでした。ベッドもカーテンで仕切られ個室感あります。一日中換気扇が回っているので音は気になります。耳栓は必須です。換気扇が回っているわりに室内の空気がこもっているので、空気の入れ替えもしてもらえるといいと思います。全般に気に入っていますので清掃だけ頑張ってほしいです。しかしながらリーズナブルな料金なとであまり贅沢は言えないかなとも思います。

- JEONGHEE (10/5): 다시 오사카를 방문한다면 꼭 갈것이다. - 우선은 호스텔 내부가 전체적으로 깨끗했으며, 일인용 샤워실이 무척이나 마음에 들었다. 나를 포함한 4명이서 이용하였는데, 4명이서 함께 쓰다보니 짐을 안전하게 놓고 다닐 수 있던 장점도 있었다. 호스트를 관리하시는 분들도 매우 친절 하셨으며 친근하게 다가갈 수 있었다. 역에서 매우 가까워서 전철을 이용하는데 어려움도 없었다. 제일 마음에 들었던 점은 자고 일어나면 창밖으로 보이는 전철이 다니는 풍경이였다. 전철이 다녀도 시끄럽지 않고 조용한 분위기의 방이여서 편안하게 푹 잘 수 있었다.

- Matsumoto (10/5): 駅チカで綺麗なホステル - かなりの数のホステルを泊まり歩いております。 こちらのホステルは鶴橋駅から歩いて２分ほどの距離で新しいホステルでございます。 店舗の看板横やホステル内に宣伝もあったのでパチンコ屋さんの運営だと思います。 チェックインの２分前に予約したのですが、直ぐに反映されており、ホテルドットコムのスピーディさにビックリでした(笑) フロントには女性がいらっしゃいましたが、親切な説明で好感が持てます。 ワンフロアのみの運営ですが、フロアが大きそうです。リビングにはテーブルや炊事場があり、全てがフロントから見渡せるようになっており安心です。 ドミトリールームに入る際もカードキーが必要でセキュリティ万全です。 フロントも２４時間体制みたいですね。 寝室も寝心地良かったです。 チェックイン後に鶴橋駅周辺で食事をと思い、歩きましたがかなりの数の飲食店があり、かなり多すぎて迷います。 結局、牛串屋から鮨屋に行き、最後はラーメン屋とハシゴし諭吉が２枚飛んでいきましたが、どの店もたいへん美味しく満足です(笑) ホステルの下がファミリーマートというのもGoodですね。 駅チカの最高の立地で、新築で清潔で快適なホステルで大阪でも上位にランクインするホステルでございます。 皆様にも自信をもってオススメ致します！

- Verified traveler (10/5): 快適です！ 時期的に風邪に注意！ - 凄く快適なので、６泊延泊しました。清潔です。スタッフの方もとても気さくで丁寧です。新しく快適です。当然ですが、ドミトリーなので、いびきや深夜の会話、早朝の会話が聞こえてきて睡眠を少々妨げますので気になる方にはオススメできません。アットホームなゲストハウス的な外国人の方との英語を使用した交流は自身が率先的でないと全く望めません。単純な宿泊客同士の挨拶もありません。スタッフの方が機械的に最小限の接点しか持たれませんので、ホステスらしい交流は無く、アジア系、イスパニア系、欧米系と団体での纏まった集客が高く、その方たちの身内感で盛り上がる事はありますが、そこに交流を持つ事は中々至難の業なので、単純に泊まれて清潔なシャワールームを使ってそれだけに要点を置けば何の問題も無く快適です！ 一点、気になる事は、連泊するとずっとタオルを使い廻さないとなりません。 連泊で毎日同額決済しようとも、新しいタオルは与えられません。 そして、現時点ではお客様に咳込む方がめちゃくちゃ多いので、パンデミック的に風邪が蔓延しそうです。しています、多分。確実に風邪がうつります。 室内は超乾燥（エアコンを付けっぱなしなので仕方ありませんが、加湿器も現時点では設置されていませんので、乾燥室内空調で菌が蔓延して多くの方が咳き込んでいます。自主的な対策で対応しないとなりませんが、マスクをするぐらいしか出来ませんので、確実に風邪をひいてしまいます。 これは、ここのホステスに限られた事では無いと思いますが、今後ホステス運営側の大きな課題で対策としては風邪をひいている方やインフルエンザの恐れがあるお客様にどう対応していくかは、集団で宿泊する施設の使命と柔軟な対応が試されると思われます。せめて加湿器を設置して過度に多湿にして蔓延を抑えたりする対策は必要かと思います。 でも、それを除けば本当に快適なので、時期やタイミングを考慮して体調の自己管理を最大限に配慮しながら宿泊したいと思います。
- Gary (10/5): Super Clean, Great Location, Friendly Service - I love Sun Village. First of all, the service is top-notch. Everyone at the front desk speaks good English and is so welcoming. Special thanks to Masa and Megumi. The cleaners also do a great job. The place is pretty much spotless. The bathrooms are bright and clean. The rooms are cool and comfortable. The public area is okay. I just wish they had a dining table. Lockers would be nice too. But other than that, everything is perfect. It's super close to the subway and Osaka loop line. Plus, there's a Family Mart next door. I'll definitely be back.

- Verified traveler (8/5): 편리한 교통, 합리적인 가격에 묵을 수 있는 게스트하우스 - 두번째 숙박이었습니다. JR츠루하시역 오사카 환상선, 긴테츠 츠루하시역, 지하철 센니치마에선에서 도보 5분으로 접근성이 좋습니다. JR레일패스 이용자는 간사이 국제공항에서 하루카에 탑승, 텐노지역에서 환승하면 금방 도착할 수 있습니다. 본인 또한 JR 간사이와이드패스를 이용했기 때문에, 교토를 갈 때도 오카야마를 비롯한 신칸센 연선의 역으로 이동할 때도 편하게 이동할 수 있었습니다. 대형 냉장고가 있어 JR모모다니역 앞에 있는 슈퍼에서 도시락, 음료수를 비롯한 식재료를 구매해 보관하는것도 가능했고, JR덴마역 앞에 있는 드럭스토어에서 아이봉, 파스를 비롯한 쇼핑물품들을 타 드럭스토어보다 싸게 구매할수도 있습니다.(아마 오사카 시내 최저가가 아닐까 싶더군요) 숙소 자체로도 이만한 가성비를 갖는 숙소는 좀처럼 없다고 생각합니다. 나홀로 여행에도 그렇지만 두명, 네명을 위해 따로 공간이 마련되어 있습니다. (침대는 다른 2층침대와 동일, 칸만 쳐져 있음) 단, 게스트하우스 특성인지는 모르겠지만 숙박 기간동안 침대 주변에 대한 청소는 이뤄지지 않은 것 같아 그 점이 아쉬웠습니다.
- Verified traveler (10/5): 広めのドミトリーで綺麗なホステルですよ！ - ５日ほど泊まり、居心地がよかったのでもう５泊しました。 室内は足もしっかり伸ばせるし、スプリングの効いたマットは寝心地がよかったです。 団体予約があるときは、ロビーに人が溢れていましたが、それ以外の平日などは１人のときも多くゆっくり過ごせました。 少し歩けば１００円ショップや飲食店も多くありますし、大阪駅へのアクセスもいい場所にあるためおすすめです。 一泊１５００円程度、平日はそれ以下なので旅費を節約することもできるでしょう。 最寄りの鶴橋駅周辺は、古い商店街もありとても味があります。 We stayed for about 5 days and we were over for 5 days because it was comfortable. The interior was able to extend the leg firmly, and the spring mattress was comfortable. When there was a group reservation, people were overflowing in the lobby, but other weekdays etc were able to spend more slowly when alone. There are many 100 yen shops and eateries if you walk a little and it is recommended because there are good access to Osaka Station. Since it is less than 1500 yen per night, on weekdays it can save traveling expenses. There is an old shopping district around the nearest Tsurubashi station area, which has a good touch.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - 鶴橋駅から北へ線路沿いの道を歩いて3分ぐらい。ファミマの入る建物でわかりやすく便利。周りの環境は良いとは言えないが、線路沿いのに歩けば問題なし。 新しいので共用スペースやトイレ、シャワー室は快適でした。 基本バックパッカーの宿。世界中の若者で溢れていた。ベッドは2段で自分でシーツを敷き翌朝自分で外しかごに入れるスタイル。
- Osh (8/5): - フライトの遅延で終電が無くなり、急遽宿泊となった。ホステルは自分でシートカバーやフトンカバーをしなくてはならないので面倒。少し割高でもサウナ付きのカプセルホテルの方が良かったかと思った。
- J (6/5): - This is a very large hostel in a section of Osaka that seems to be filled with Pachinko places. It is next to a Family Mart on a pretty deserted street. The room, bathroom and shower were extremely clean. The beds were very large: no locker but a thick privacy curtain. No rowdy guests while I was there (1 night) so I had no problem sleeping. Because of the size it felt rather impersonal- just check in and out and not much info from the staff about anything else. I asked for directions and they did their best to help though. The hostel is on the second floor and there is a flight of stairs to go up with no elevator. However, the staff will help you carry your luggage if you ask them. So safe, clean, close to the metro line and a good price. As long as you're not looking for charm, character and homeliness (that sort of thing) it is a good deal.
- Rui (8/5): Good location - It's very near tsuruhashi station, quiet environment. It's very near to Family mart, therefore you can always grab a bite before you start your day. It will be better that they provide lockers for storage of important belongings. Overall its a good experience.
- Dominique (10/5): Friendly,fun, spacious - I was a little skeptical at first because it was my first time staying at a hostel. But due to my surprise, it was a great choice. The beds are very spacious, plenty of room to move around. It’s quiet inside the dorms, along with a note to remind the guests to be considerate of others to also be quiet. The staff is young,helpful & sweet,very kind. The common room is also spacious. I came across many solo travelers which was very nice & comforting to meet. Not crazy or rude, everyone being kind to one another, and respecting everyone,so nice environment. I’m very sociable so it was nice to be in a sociable environment. I also enjoyed the fact that it’s directly next door to a family mart for a quick bite before planning a big day, and a two minute walk to the station. I can’t wait to come back next year! :) hopefully I’ll know more Japanese to speak with other tourist/locals in the area 😅 I thank you all so much staff at Sun Village. You all are awesome 😁

- Markos (10/5): great hostel on the Osaka JR loop line - Near to exit 5 Tsuruhashi subway or North exit of JR Tsuruhashi. Clean, friendly staff, quiet, neighbourhood filled with cheap by Japanese standards eateries, and a boon to those who have JR pass as you can use it to travel Osaka loop line
- Satori (8/5): Staff only available 10AM till 10pm - Arrived almost 9pm; was lucky cause at 10pm there wont be any staff anymore. The door to the hostel is always locked. In order to get inside is either with the key or the staff let you in. So for the check in just never get later than 10 pm or called in to let the staff knew about it. The location was great cause it got convenience store and close to lots of restaurants. I just found there's not a lot of English speakers
- SH (8/5): Cozy and quiet hostel - The building looked new and was not far from the transit station. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The front desk offered multilingual service which included Korean and English. The staff was very kind to me, but it's too quiet for making new friends or hang out with your roommates. I'd recommend this hostel to those who travel alone and want to be quiet when you take a rest.
- Changhan (10/5): Recommended this place to money-saving backpackers - The 4-nights stay in Sun Village (鶴橋店) was amazing and satisfactory in the end. - Staffs are friendly to guest whenever asking some questions for routes to tourist attractions. - Everyday housekeeping around the late morning, keeping rooms & toilets clean - Has large toilets & shower booths accommodating many guests at the same time - Easily accessible to the property from JR TSURUHASHI station (鶴橋駅) by 5 min. walk - Has a small kitchen with kettle, microwave and fridge for keeping & making some simple foods - Has a blackout curtain beside a bed so that privacy was kept while sleeping.
