- Sue (9/5): On the whole excellent and I would return - Excellent location, close to Courtney Place, CBD and 5 minutes walk to the waterfront. Very reasonable pricing. The Apartment was spacious and I was pleasantly surprised by the upgrade. Good facilities, very clean and quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff. The couch was stained and not very comfortable. Some of the furniture items were worse for wear.

- thepatty (10/5): Excellent CBD Hotel - Location was very central - close to so many cafes and easy to walk around the city to explore. The room was huge. Plenty of space to relax. The blackout curtains were amazing and we had an incredible sleep. Reception employees were wonderful and kind. Highly recommend. Reminder to bring your room key when you leave the room as their main door closes around 5pm - there is a back entrance which is not an inconvenience at all.

When we booked the King Studio, we did not notice that this room, despite being called a King Studio does not have a king size bed and only has a double. This was very disappointing, and while it is a detail that I missed when booking, I feel it was misleading advertising to have a room called a King Studio without a king size bed.

Short car trip from the airport and to other attractions in Wellington. Also having the bonus use of the gym across the road with your stay as well. They also had the option of luggage stowing when you check out which was nice. I really liked that after hours access was The room we were placed in wasn't very clearly signposted and got a little bit confused as it was in the corridor for the fire exit stairs but otherwise no major issues.

Appreciated the separate bedroom from living area and was nice not to separate bathroom. Easy to communicate with staff and rooms cleaned daily. Washing machine in rooms was good. Curtains and bathroom were tired and needed deep cleaning. Annoying and wasteful having mini everything just need full size dish wash soap ect. Would appriciate coffee plunger and real coffee would've been good, also need more than 2 of everything, were traveling with family and friends and only 2 wine glasses coffee mugs ect. Asked repeatedly for rooms on same floor but all 3 rooms on separate floors, meant couldn't spend time with each other in rooms as can't access other floors between 5pm and 9am and one family had baby so were stuck in their own room. Need a way to give access to other floors if group is split across them. Also we had split into 2 beds but the arrangement meant we couldn't use the wardrobe.

Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen. Sonst alles gut.

Washing machine had no door - reception said they could arrange for laundry elsewhere but would have been nice to have had that communicated. How to get in out of hours was communicated very late. Would be good to have the day before. Bed making was weird. So many sheets and an uncovered duvet. Everything got tucked in in a way that was impossible to sleep under so I had to remake the bed every time. I was in the accessible room for some reason but I doubt anyone using a wheelchair could actually get to the bathroom - the gap between bed and wall was quite narrow and there’s a big TV hung on it.

The apartment is spacious, clean, has comfortable furniture and good lighting with big windows and views of the city. We were so comfortable here and would absolutely stay again!
