Verified traveler (6/5): - The property is a gated community and you feel like it. Check in can take time as you have to wait for someone to drive from who knows where to check you in and give you keys. We rented 4 units and we alerted the representative day 1 that we had no hot water in one of the units and we stayed 5 days. We were told it would be handled and it never was. Imagine being on vacation taking ice cold showers every single day. We asked at check out if they would do something for us since we had to take ice cold showers everyday and she said no. It's also out of town aways, so unless you rent a vehicle it is not easy to get around. Also instant coffee is your only option and the water is heavily bleached so bring bottled water.
Verified traveler (6/5): - Nothing wrong with the property. Decent place, good staff and above average experience but I would not have bothered and opted for a hotel if I knew it was a full villa. All I really wanted was a room for the night. I guess I did not see the "villa" in the name.
