Shout out to DJ- he went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. The rooms are extremely clean, with a cozy ambiance, and included breakfast was delicious. It's conveniently located to reach any point in Napa Valley. It instantly became a very special place for us and we will definitely come back to celebrate future anniversaries. Would recommend to all friends and family!

Childhood friends gathered for a wine tasting/catch up trip and we could not have selected a better place to stay. From the furnishings to the front desk staff to the housekeeping team to the complimentary breakfast service…..12 out of 10!!! Treat yourself and enjoy!!!
Peter (9/5): Picturesque comfortable stay in a great Rutherford Napa Valley location. - A picturesque facility with a lot of old world charm, despite being fairly new. Very nice sleeping rooms with living areas. Attractive courtyard with pool and spa. Breakfasts were good, although could have been a bit more generous with the portions. Enjoyed the free evening wine tastings. Great location! See above.

Stephan (5/5): Best place to stay in Rutherford. Realistically, there is only one. They take advantage of that. - Chilled vibe. Very nice rooms, more traditional but stylish, pretty good size. Largely comfortable. People are super nice and helpful. Coffee station is ok. But no particularly generous. Some elements of the furnishings are a bit outdated, but cool. The place, the campus is much smaller than expected. If anything it feels a little claustrophobic. When I walked into the lobby it felt more like a motel than a refined, quite expensive Napa Valley resort. It is right next to an industrial wine processing facility. Beside a small pool and a pretty nice hot tub there are no other amenities. The breakfast is included. That is nice. But nothing to write home about.

Betty was so friendly and engaging as was the breakfast staff! Perfect location, quaint and well appointed, with lovely weekend wine tastings, cozy fire pits, and plenty of space to work or relax. We will definitely be back!

We stayed during the winter and it was rainy and cool, the in room fireplace was such a nice touch. The rooms were oversized and well appointed. The made to order breakfast was great and we don’t usually eat breakfast. Staff was helpful and friendly. Nothing, I would stay again at this location.

The property is warm, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was 100% clean, the bed was perfect, and the facilities were excellent. Breakfast was included and truly a highlight—fresh, delicious, and exactly what we wanted each morning. The staff was outstanding: kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it. 10 / 10
Boabahia (10/5): Wonderful, relaxing escape to the wine country. - As it was when we stayed here last year the staff was super friendly and helpful (shout out to DJ - hope you have a good time in Texas), the rooms were super clean and well appointed. Every morning we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast that was a great way to start the morning. I usually stuck with the scrambled eggs and bacon but will say the sausage was just as good. They offered Peet’s coffee for their Keurig (wonderful as I didn’t have to use my aeropress) and also wine tastings from small, local wineries in the afternoons. We look forward to our return trip (likely this time next year)

I appreciated the attention to detail in the bathroom, like an oversized bath mat, strong water pressure and a ceiling heater. The room was nicely appointed as well. The staff were so pleasant and offered to assist us over text and at check-in. The made to order breakfast offered was very nice and we particularly enjoyed the muffins, pastries and bacon. Yum! Overall, I would recommend this boutique hotel to family and friends visiting Napa 10/10.

We will have to come back soon to try the wine Tastings offered daily which we missed! Close by many wineries in St. Helena! Great service by Sue!

From the moment we arrived until the morning we checked out Sue and the staff made us feel like we were at home and helped with all of our requests. It was nice to be close to all of ours wine tasting and walking distance to Rutherford Grill (great service and food) for dinner. Would recommend it highly. We had Suite 200 which was amazing and we will return. Super clean and quiet (might hear FD alarm) but only last a couple of minutes. Pool and jacuzzi are nice with fire pits for setting around at night with a glass of wine.

Perfectly situated in Rutherford, about halfway between Yountville and St. Helena, it is very close to dozens of top restaurants and wineries. In fact, BV Winery and Rutherford Grill are next door on opposite sides. The hotel is beautifully appointed. It has a European feel with lots of wood finishes. Rooms are large, with beamed ceilings and large sitting areas. All have private patios. There are lovely sitting areas throughout the property. A nice, well-maintained pool, in-ground spa and fire tables add to the ambiance. A tasty made-to-order breakfast is included. Everyone who works at Rancho Caymus is friendly, helpful and professional. All in all, a 5-star experience.

NikkiW221 (10/5): Highly recommend - This was our first stay at a boutique hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The property is beautiful and the staff are just wonderful. The rooms are comfortable and the property has so many areas to sit and enjoy the beautiful CA outdoors. We enjoyed the cook to order breakfast every morning and spent evenings in the pool area. The location is perfect for exploring Napa Valley. I highly recommend this place and will stay here again in a heartbeat.
matthew (10/5): - This property was awesome. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. One of the best we have had in a while. The property is older but has a ton of charm and well kept. I think the location was great being between yountville and st Helena. Rutheford grill you can walk to. The tacos at the Mexican market next door are really good. We will stay here again.

Beautiful and quiet setting in a traditional Spanish style boutique hotel, with literally everything we asked for: large room, beautiful shower, relaxing courtyard spaces, nice pool and hot tub. Could not have asked for more! And the staff was welcoming and went out of their way for whatever we needed. Would def recommend !

Host/Concierge D.J. was tremendous. 2 rather important issues: 1) No available night lighting(Bathroom light immediately turned off after 2 minutes); 2) The steps down to sitting area were a hazard(I took a very hard fall in middle of the night due to inability to see steps because of lightning. Ended up injured rather badly.

Verified traveler (6/5): Imperfect stay - I had two restless nights. The air conditioner is loud and switches on and off frequently. Truck engines were roaring at 2:30 am and 3:30 am, along with trucks beeping while backing up for the vineyard business next door. There was also a loud "air raid-like" signal at 7:00 am. Besides the disturbed sleep, the room has bad lighting (orangey-yelIow bulbs) that made the room uncomfortably dark. Also, I suggest you bring a nightlight. Other than that, the breakfast was good but room coffeemaker makes better coffee. The pool area is nice with some firepits. Plus the parking is free.
izziejake (10/5): A wonderful property-will certainly be back - Everything about Rancho Caymus is first rate. The accommodations are extremely comfortable and very clean. The property itself is lovely, particularly the courtyard/pool area. Breakfast, which was included daily was high quality. All that taken into account, the single best thing about Rancho Caymus is the staff - every person we interacted with during our stay were very focused on ensuring that we were enjoying our stay.

I am a hotel snob and have really really high standards and was so pleasantly surprised. I’ve stayed in many places in the area (and was married at a nearby inn) and I now have to say this is my fave! The power went out one day, but it was the area and nothing to do with the property. Good excuse to go swimming!
