• Manon (10/5): - Die zimmer sind wie auf den fotos, man hat alles was man braucht , umgeben von restaurants , waschsalons.... Wie eine kleine wohnung. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Würde jederzeit wierderkommen. Die frau die dort arbeitet ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ich habe es geliebt .

• Chris (10/5): Quiet and spotless; one of the best after repeated stays - Quiet and spotless boutique hotel/apartment with both short- and long-term rooms. Extremely courteous owner is always available by phone and very accommodating. Key card entry is 24/7. WiFi good. Room well-equipped with fridge, bathtub, and comfortable bed. Quick walk to great Santitham restaurants and a late-night food market. Would be nice if the bathroom had a bright light over the mirror.

We arrived very early time unexpectedly, but the boss allowed us to have our room without extra charge before check-in time. I recommed DewyHouse for long-term traveler because the accommodation is suitable for them. Nothing.

• Andy (10/5): In the heart of Santitham - We were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness, comfort of the hotel and especially the hospitality of the owner and his staff, who welcomed us as if we were guests at his home. Needless to say, the hotel is located in an excellent part of Santitham, which is our favorite part of Chiang Mai, with tons of cheap restaurants and shops all within easy walking distance. We stayed on the top floor and although the hotel doesn't have an elevator and we had to carry our heavy luggage up the stairs, the view from our room was well worth it. Our room also had a kitchenette with a microwave and a large refrigerator, so it's suitable for long-term stays. There's also a 24/7 launderette right across the street which is a major plus. Our stay was too short.

• Sara145 (10/5): Excellent little place - Very clean and comfortable place with plenty of places to eat nearby. The owner is great and very responsive, had a small issue with power going out late at night and he had his staff fix it asap despite the time. The lady working there is super sweet and helpful as well. I would stay here again. It can get a bit noisy outside at times but that is to be expected as it's right in the city.
• Wj (9/5): Outstanding bed, essentials and bathroom! All you need for exploring Chiang Mai with quality sleep - Superb! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay- room was big, like it’d suit a longer stay where you need shelves, drawers, space, windows with shade and curtains, bath supplies, water and excellent bathroom. Love the layout, design and furnishing that enables you to place belongings around conveniently. King size bed and mattress allowed me great rest for being out the entire day, slept like a baby. Small outdoor area with a chair that allows you to air dry clothes. Building interior was super clean, with good security and key card. Rooms are on level 3 and 4 so if you can’t climb stairs or fall sick it may be inconvenient. Thanks Mr Chim for accommodating my early check in time and ease into the start of my 5nights as a solo traveller and new to CM :) thankful. Location: Two 7-11s, vegan food options on your left and right. Didn’t get to walk around at all as I took grab to Old Town/other attractions. Overall: would stay here again for the room and cleanliness once I get a better sense of where to go and how, locals around the area don’t seem to know where the money changer or bus station is. The card machines here also don’t work most of the time (even for local credit cards) so cash is important. Not a problem, there wasn’t any staff or other guests around 90% of the time (non peak period I suppose) so if you need help on something or brand new to Chiang Mai you’d have to find your own way. Would be great if a small guide for things like money changer, atm, pharmacy, convenience store be included somewhere in lobby or room so guests don’t have to spend time checking or asking around - saves phone battery as well if you’d be out for more than 14h a day. Tv wasn’t working, didn’t bother to ask.
