- natashanH1927JS (10/5): Comfortable Stay with Great Service at TzL Suites - We spent 3 nights at TzL Suites and were very pleased with our experience. Our 1-bedroom suite was spacious and cleaned daily to a high standard. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the blackout blinds ensured we slept well. The shower was excellent, and toiletries were provided, which was a nice touch. The kitchenette was helpful for light meals, although it was minimally stocked with cutlery, crockery, and utensils. Filtered water was available via a special tap, which we really appreciated. The Wi-Fi worked just about well enough for browsing, and Netflix streamed pretty much okay (with some glitching but it was watchable). Breakfast was a Turkish-style buffet with good hours and adequate fresh options. The location is convenient, with local supermarkets nearby, though there was some traffic noise from outside. We’re used to main road sounds, so it didn’t bother us much. What really stood out was the staff – they spoke excellent English, were polite and friendly, and went out of their way to help us, including arranging a late check-out. Overall, TzL Suites offers comfort, cleanliness, and great service. We would happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting this part of Istanbul.
- Nomad58885975175 (10/5): Quite and amazing experience - The hotel’s room, facilities, and service were all amazing. The staff was great and very tentative for our needs and inquiries. Fatin (Guest Relations Agent) was exceptionally amazing with her support and availability for whatever issue we had in Istanbul. She elevated our whole experience. The rest of the staff was great too. Did not face any inconvenience during my stay.
- MShedeed1 (4/5): Not recommended - Had a terrible experience there, very high construction noise, curtains are terrible so rooms are full of light at 6am. Painting’s glass exploded because of the construction vibration and the hotel charged me 840TL because they believe we somehow broke it, which shows how cheap and they are, you pay 1000 euros and the hotel is too cheap to pay 840TL to fix their own mistake, I was told that “the supervisor doesn’t believe you”. The hotel is on top of a hill so it’s not wise to go there if you have kids or if you’re accompanying old people.

- sgozek (10/5): Clean and Safe - Hotel is in Nisantasi, this area has narrow streets and very busy. But hotel is in quite place. It is close to Nisantasi main famous/shopping street, it is approximately 8-10 minutes by walking. Hotel is nearly new and has free car parking, rooms are clean. Sales Manager Merve she is very helpful and looking after customer satisfaction. Thanks to her. We will come back.

The room was VERY impressive - a suite w/lots of room, the bed was perfect, everything sparkling clean, and the whole team super. My only complaint would be the lack of a coffee maker (espresso and Amercano) in the room - had to order with room service. I paid for breakfast but did not use it......... so can't comment on that. This is where I'll stay always in Istanbul.

- Road61172609704 (8/5): Everything is good but check in and check out process - This is a good hotel to stay specially for longer period as most rooms are like apartments with kitchens and laundry room etc. there is no pool which is needed in the summer months. The big problem is checking and check out because their credit card system is not the same as the U.S.A and they required a pin which we don’t have so it took them about an hour to figure out how to pay and also they take a deposit and they have to physically check the room upon departure to give you your deposit back which delays the checkout process. Also it’s very far with traffic from all the tourist sites but it is in a good upscale residential area.think of it as an upscale AirBnb with a restaurant.
- Navigator30943859209 (10/5): Peaceful luxury Hotel in Tesvikiye - This is an ideal hotel to stay in if you are traveling to Instanbul for surgery. The hospital was just across the road. It was so peaceful night and day and within easy reach of the classier restaurants and shopping centres in Instanbul. Every single staff member was polite and helpful. Fatine was like a friend to us throught our stay. Nothing was too much trouble and despite us asking her a million questions every time we saw her, she was always smiling and went above and beyond to look after us. She is a credit to your hotel!

- 765trenad (2/5): Overcharged by 1 night and hotel refusing to refund - My initial week and a half stay at this hotel was great. The hotel was clean located in a nice area and staff friendly. This prompted me to extend my reservation. Unfortunately, my experience deteriorated significantly after this. First, a loud party was held directly above my room, with music so intense it caused the room to shake. More importantly, when I extended my reservation in person, I explicitly stated multiple times that my checkout date was Monday. Despite this, the hotel charged me for an additional night and, after a month and a half of communication, refuses to issue a refund. This frustrating experience has completely overshadowed my initial positive impression. I must reiterate that there was no 'early checkout.' The checkout date I provided upon extending my stay was the date I departed. My flight from Istanbul remained unchanged, making an additional night's reservation illogical. The hotel's assertion of an 'early checkout' that I was told is a misrepresentation of the facts. The hotel has even admited to a miscalculation on their part, in a response to another rwview, but a refuses to refund the resulting overcharge. Despite being told in person that I would be refunded at chackout, and trying to continue to communicate with the hotel they not only continue to refuse the promised refund, but have stopped responded to my messages on WhatsApp.

While we usually stick to conventional hotel brands like Marriott and Hilton, we wanted something different for our trip to Istanbul. After some research, we came across TZL Suites and decided to book based on its excellent reviews. It turned out to be a great choice. The rooms were spacious and truly suites, complete with a fully equipped kitchen and amenities like a dishwasher and washer-dryer. Everything was modern, clean, and incredibly convenient. The restaurant downstairs served a great breakfast, adding to the overall experience. What stood out the most, however, was the exceptional concierge service. We reached out for help with airport transfers, a hammam booking, and a dinner cruise on the Bosporus. Every request was handled seamlessly, with clear communication from Fatine and precise follow-through. Even when we faced a slight delay with one of our pick-ups, a quick call to the hotel resolved the issue immediately. TZL Suites delivered five-star treatment while maintaining the warmth and charm of a boutique hotel. Well done, TZL Suites!

Everyone there was very kind and professional. Thanks to the whole team, Matt and Fatine.. They also sent us a goodbye fruit platter and a very kind note. We will be back again for sure.

- Sebnem Leyla (2/5): - *Welcome is bad and very very slow *Last time we stayed with a dog, we were given a room with a terrace (since there was an additional fee for the dog!). This time, although an additional fee of 60eur was charged for 2 toy poodles, we were given a tiny room. We could not understand why the additional fee of 60eur was charged. VERY BAD reception and room management.

- Verified traveler (2/5): - One bed was not made upon our arrival at 00:30 at night ; it took them 30 minutes to send somebody up to prepare the bed and he made a mess. The other bed was queen although I had agreed before my arrival to a change to a king bed.
- Poorang (8/5): - We stayed there with our little baby , the accommodation was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped but we did not cooked anything. Staff and their service were great. Nice breakfast. Location was also great. We will definitely choose this hotel for our next trip to Istanbul.

- Fatima (8/5): Поедка в Стамбул - Останавливаюсь в этом отеле 4 раз, очень вежливый персонал на ресепшн, отличный вид из окна гостиной, очень хорошо продуманная планировка в номере, единственное огорчает качество уборки, раньше было намного качественней.

- Fatima (8/5): - В данном отеле останавливаемся уже 3-й раз, удобное расположение, хорошо оборудованные номера, персонал доброжелательный, знают своё дело, кроме некоторых сотрудников которые занимаются уборкой номеров. Жили изначально на 6-м этаже, там убирались идеально, были всем довольны, а после переехали на 7-й этаж, а вот там могли что-то не протереть, что-то забыть пока сама не напомнишь, на что девушка извинялась и говорила, что якобы совсем забыла и это не смотря на то что чаевые она забрать не забывала и в последний день отъезда когда меняли постельное белье поставили наволочку с приличной дыркой. Отель достаточно не дешёвый и соответсвенно когда видишь дырявую наволочку не приятно.
