- Hoat (7/5): Uncommitted management to open in winter ...may effect hotel future - Good location big.. quite pricey for uncommitted management to keep operating in winter...poorly maintained hotel. Common room no heating...no body stays except two of us that night. Room side racks full of dust...room water heater not hooked up (feeling the whole building boiler not working this winter) Poor breakfast for the price of hotel. Shower box drains very slowly.
