- DanielH2459 (2/5): Awful company awful service - a scam - Location scruffy and insecure. Apartments a plain white box with the bare minimum furniture all cheap ikea furniture and fitting, all old and worn out. Mattress worn out, duvet thin and worn out, pillows completely had it. Fixtures in bathroom hanging off the wall. Black mould all over the bathroom ceiling as the ventilator looks like it never worked. Toilet stained yellow. Kitchen poorly stocked for example on plate. This was not cheap. I would not wish this on anyone. We lasted one night tried to contact the company fobbed off, contacted booking.com and told not their problem. Left with no offer of recompense…not a penny. Last insult - they gave us dish soap in the bathroom as body wash. If this is an executive serviced apartment then I must have been in the matrix for the last 30 years.

- Long (6/5): - I liked the location of the property; it was very close to the train station. I did not like how there was no person at the help-desk and the customer service was conducted strictly through emails with no phone number to call and they took hours to get us our entrance code while we waited in the cold.
- 527subhadipp (2/5): Pathetic experience - 26 June: Booked 2 rooms. Checkin date 14 July. I received email from the host asking for photo id proofs, I shared on the same day. 12 July: Got email, asking for photo id proof. I replied them mentioning my previous mail, but no reply from them. 13 July: Called them to confirmed that they received. The usual checkin time is 15:00, but I am arriving in the morning at 8:00. So the request was to allow early checkin between 8:00-9:00 booking.com says property host will contact about this special request. I didn't get any answer from the host, l assumed it was accepted. On 13th they simply denied me any early checkin. They insisted on extending the booking from 13 July. Rooms were available, but they didn't want to give me early checkin. 14 July: First thing I noticed, that the fan in the room has a broken blade. It vibrates and sounds horribly as if all parts can come out any time. It was warm afternoon around 28°. I called them. They nicely apologised and said they can arrange one till next day 10:00. I had a 24+ hours travel and needed to take a good rest. Explained the situation to them. They shifted me to another room which had a fan and in good condition. Meanwhile, my colleague from other room reports there is no fan. Informed the same to host. They shifted to another room, but no fan.. again to another room and still no fan. Now they started giving excuses. Finally, they didn't arrange anything, leaving my colleague without fan that night. 16 July: Evening 9:30pm the door lock denied my access code. After 1 hour fight over phone they unlocked it remotely and I could enter. A technician visits after an hour but could not fix. Now if I move out, it locks and would require the same fight. I was inside room leaving my office till next day 11:30 when they shifted me to another much smaller room. One bathroom basin was chocked during entire stay and was reported on day 1, they never fixed. Verdict: I am going to blacklist this apartment from my company.
- agnes475 (2/5): Not safe - Do not by any means stay here. Someone entered my room and went through my things while I was away from the apartment. The criminals did not even care about the video camera which was filming everything. They simply switched if off and erased the videos.
- Victor_Merkussen (10/5): Fantastic location and pleasant design. - Have stayed in these apartments for 5 nights from 10/11/21-15/11/21. Was very impressed by cleanliness and location. Just everything what you need is within walking distance: shops, restaurants, old town, beautiful lake and railway station. The room is a kind of studio flat with nice kitchen and all utensils including fridge/freezer, coffee making machine, hair-dryer, iron etc. Beddings and bedlinen of good quality. Bathroom ,6 towels just very good! Viktor.
- James (2/5): Worst experience, it's torture, &horrible mgmt BAD - This is the worst travel stay ever experienced, HORRIBLE!!! There was no front desk, you have to use email, communication horrible...When getting to the room, it was SO HOT, there is no AC, no Fan, nothing for cooling down..I emailed them ask help, but no response. Ironically I walked out to the street and it was much cooler... the first night, I had to stay outside longer and then went back to hotel hoping it would cool down, but still very hot, unbearable, without a fan it was like an oven....worse, when I tried to sleep, there was mosquito... I did not get to rest properly at all first night, and second day(Saturday), finally get an email saying they can bring a fan on Sunday, what a joke, I am checking out Sunday...and they did not mention any solution to deal with mosquito... (I had to went out bought a mosquito spray Saturday. )That day (Saturday) was even hotter, can't do anything in room, you try to sit or work and will be sweating...I had to go out that day as it was much cooler outside, basically oven in the room. Saturday evening when I went back to room, it's still hot as hell, over 85F, I tried to rest, but about 1:30am Sunday morning felt so itchy, &found out 3 big mosquito bites on me, obviously spray not useful, need those mosquito lamp or incense..The hotel management is not working per basic ethics, they do not do anything to help customers, only find excuses or lies. Turns out they knew hot &mosquito situation, but didn't put fan&mosquito lamp or incens

- Karina (10/5): otimo custo beneficio - apartamento pequeno mas completo,cama confortável, decoração clean e aconchegante, chuveiro bom, a cozinha tem tudo,menos forno convencional, somente microondas, o código de acesso,funcionou perfeitamente. não cheguei a usar mas a lavanderia do predio esta disponível gratuitamente, com maquinas de lavar e secar,precisa somente do sabão. Enfim só achei o check-out muito cedo, 10h da manha, sendo que a entrada e as 15h. o código para de funcionar apos esse horário então cuidado pra não deixar nada. não ha recepção.

KEIN ENTGEGENKOMMEN !! Im Vorfeld falsches Apartment inseriert. ...was gar nicht zur Verfügung stand..... Zugangscode musste man tel. anfordern weil auch das NICHT automatisch erfolgte. Fazit .....Nie Wieder ......
