• Dilini (10/5): I enjoyed my stay at your hotel. Safe place for solo woman travellers - Very clean and comfort rooms. Service quality is great! Friendly staff. Great location . To the Messe and one direct bus. Placing and refilling the coffee plate was great after a heavy day as snowy outside . Room cleaning every day and it was a nice stay. Its better if you provide extended check out time considering the flight time.

• Levente (6/5): Mixed feelings - OK for one night but wouldn't recommend for longer stays - I have mixed feelings about this hotel. On the positive side, the customer service is excellent both online and in person. The receptionist was helpful, polite and welcomed us with a smile. Our room was decent size, clean, and we appreciated the little goodies (Haribo and tea). However, the hotel can be quite noisy due to nearby traffic and the airport, and the breakfast was also a major disappointment. Although the staff tried to accommodate special dietary needs, the selection was extremely poor. There were no juices or teas available, no milk for cereals, and the savoury options were very limited with barely any vegetables (some 5 tiny pieces of cherry tomatoes). It didn’t seem there were many guests besides us, so perhaps they are better prepared when operating at full capacity. Unfortunately, for us, the overall experience was somewhat disappointing.

• Andersch (9/5): Top Hotel - Super schönes Hotel, self checkin ist vorhanden und super einfach. Wir haben für unser Baby ein babybett mit hinzugebucht war super süss hergerichtet sogar mit Bettwäsche, Handtücher und wickelunterlage fürs Baby. Das Zimmer ist super gross und bietet genug Platz hat einen Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher mit drin. Bett war bequem und auch der Fernseher ist gelaufen. Am ersten Tag war eine super Liebe ältere Dame beim Frühstück da, wirklich mehr als Aufmerksam und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt am zweiten Tag eine jüngere Dame leider ist hier das Frühstück sehr sporadisch ausgefallen und es gab auch nur einen kleinen Kaffee..... wirklich mit Sympathie hat sie nicht gepunktet ! Dafür aber das Zimmer Personal und wie schon erwähnt die ältere Dame wirklich alle herzig. Wir können das hotel definitiv empfehlen auch im Hotel war es trotz der zentralen lage sehr ruhig. Und die kostenlosen Parkplätze vor der Türe sind super. Ausser die jüngere Dame am 2ten morgen wo das Frühstück eher sehr sporadisch ausgelegt war gab es wirklich nichts auszusetzen.

The self check in was a bit annoying and tricky, asking to fill in all the same data I submitted for the reservation. The location is next to a hookah lounge so patrons got a bit loud and obnoxious last at night. The A/C unit was not fully functioning.

Das Frühstück war nicht besonders umfangreich, aber alles, was angeboten wurde, war von guter Qualität und hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Der Service war aufmerksam, freundlich und einwandfrei. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Nichts!

Zimmer klein, aber sehr gut / sauber / ordentlich und eigentlich ausreichend für ein WE oder bei Messe bzw. Veranstaltungen. Late-checkin hat prima geklappt. Alle Anweisungen vom Hotel diesbezüglich sehr gut und hilfreich. Da Frühstück erst ab 8h am WE ist, wurde Wurst/Käse usw im Zimmer-Kühlschrank bereitgestellt, dazu Kaffee Maschine usw im Zimmer. Auch waren glutenfreie Brötchen auf Anfrage im Zimmer. Prima 😊 Bei Rückfragen war Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit via Email und auch Telefon. Parkplatz auch vorhanden. Kostenloses Zimmer Upgrade.

Zo ook bij een vliegtuig die overvloog gingen er honden blaffen. - insect(en) wat rondkroop in de kamer - op de molton vele haren - vloer niet volledig schoon, spinnenrag in de hoeken. - geen koudwater uit de kraan

• Christoph (8/5): Praktisches Airporthotel - Ordentliches kleines Hotel mit guter Ausstattung, sauberes Zimmer. Nahe zum Ortszentrum. Die Lage in Echterdingen ist bedingt durch den Flughafen und die Hauptstraße natürlich nicht ruhig, das muss man einfach wissen. Ab 6 Uhr morgens fliegen die ersten Maschinen direkt am Hotel vorbei, aber das betrifft im Grunde die ganze Umgebung dort.

• Kl (10/5): Sehr geschickt gelegenes Hotel - Sehr geschickt gelegenes Hotel. Das Zimmer ist schön groß, sauber und verfügt über einen kleinen Kühlschrank sowie eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Parkplätze sind kostenlos, was in dieser Gegend außergewöhnlich ist.
• Jupiter (8/5): Very good - Was quiet and easy to access. The rooms were too warm in a quite end of winter. Not possible to lower the room temperature, then we had to open the windows.
• Todd (1/5): Would not recommend - The only redeeming quality of this hotel was the day manager, Barbara, who was apologetic regarding our stay. Per this hotel's own published information, a front desk person is to be on-site until 2000. On our arrival at 1940, no one was at the front desk. The self check-in process was not smooth. We ended up having to call for help as the system would not recognize our reservation number or credit card. Our room smelled like sewer gas. I called staff, who told me the room was cleaned earlier and did not smell. I asked for another room and was told no others were available but that I could upgrade rooms for a cost. I said I wanted to upgrade for free because our room smelled so terrible. I was told no. I asked what the cost of the upgrade would be. Staff member said she did not have that information in front of her, and she could not guarantee that the upgraded room would not smell as it was next door to our original room. I asked if we could just check out with a refund and was told this could not be guaranteed. By the time these conversations concluded, it was close to 2200. We ended up staying due to the lateness. We left our belongings in our car as we did not want them to pick up the terrible smell. Of course, we did not sleep well. The next morning, we discussed with Barbara, the hotel manager. She was apologetic, saying a couple of rooms do have an odor if the area has a big rain as the sewer system is overwhelmed. It had rained heavily the day before, and she said she left thinking, this was not good for the people who had booked those rooms. She gave us a 20% discount, which at least was something. Besides the smell, beds had only 1 pillow a piece. Breakfast was adequate but by no means terrific. The room "balcony" was large enough for one small chair.... certainly, 2 people could not sit out there comfortably. A chair in the room had a large stain on the seat. Also, the air conditioner could not be adjusted as the controls did not work. Overall, this was a bad experience.

• Daniel (7/5): Sleepless night due to crying child in the next room - I had the luck to receive a room next to a family with a baby who was crying extremely loud several times during the night making sleep impossible. Walls are thin barely isolating any noise. This is of course not the fault of the hotel. Accomodation itself was OK and clean, if you have an early flight to catch this is a possibility to consider. No reception staff, check in using a terminal.

• Petrus (9/5): Great value for money, with a great room to relax and work. - The facility is a bit older, but the interior is up-to-date and modern. The room had good natural light, a balcony, and ample space to do work or relax. The breakfast had ample choice.
