• ANA MARÍA (9/5): Calidez y tranquilidad. Espacio rodeado de naturaleza y con sentido social - Tiene desayuno sabroso con buena atención. La alberca con plantas alrededor es muy agradable. Los espacios son muy amplios para estancias apacibles en pareja o familia; son excelentes para actividades grupales (reuniones, graduaciones, talleres) Recomiendo que el personal tuviera más claridad sobre los pagos con tarjeta (ej. cuando la terminal falla o en las reservas Booking). En algunos cuartos, sería más funcional otro tipo de lavabo.

• TATIANA (8/5): - Уютный отель очень близко к автостанции ADO. Красиво стильно уютно оформленный. Очень старательный персонал. Завтрак мексиканский. 1.Главным недостатком и бедой данного отеля является соседство с клубом/рестораном. Там ежедневно в 20.00 включают очень громко ритмичную "музыку" что совершенно невозможно отдыхать, стены трясутся. Вчера "музыка" закончилась после двух ночи. Что будет сегодня - не знаю. Беруши не помогают. А ведь забронировал отель и потому, что было написано, что тихо... 2. Возможно особенность номера: вчера в душе не было горячей воды, сегодня тоже. Но, как потом выяснилось, если долго-долго держать открытым кран с горячей водой, о горячая вода пойдет 3. Не встречал англоязычный персонал. Пока первая главная проблема не будет решена, данный отель, увы, не рекомендую.

• Guest (8/5): Buen hotel. - El personal es muy amigable sobre todo el recepcionista matutino que me dio tips turísticos y me ofreció el servicio de guardaequipaje, el desayuno es un plus. La tarifa se me hizo super accesible y me sorprendió que incluyera el desayuno. Las instalaciones son espaciosas y tiene alberca, no pude usarla porque no tenía tiempo pero se veía bien. Podrían mejorar sus amenidades, no había papel de baño, afortunadamente yo traía en la maleta.

• Edgar Joshua (8/5): Adecuado, pero le falta Aire acondicionado - Escogi ese hotel por la ubicacion, soy observador de aves y el estar a un lado de un parque y un rio me dio lugar para mi actividad, y el estar tan cerca de la estacion de ADO me permitio transportarme facil a San Cristobal. Si esperaba tener aire acondicionado, y los zancudos fueron molestos, por lo demas la habitacion estaba adecuada y sirvio para mis fines

Cuarto sin aire acondicionado, tenia ventilador de techo que hacia ruido al girar, había muchos mosquitos en la habitación, ya que la ventana del baño no tiene mosquitero, la cama pequeña, tenía un plástico como funda que al moverse hacia mucho ruido. Esta muy bonito el hotel, pueden mejorar.

• Vitus (9/5): Superb - The hotel is nice and big, but very cozy with all blocks of one store, viel of greenery, pool. Room was spacious, a bed comfortable, no a/c, but enough a silent ceiling fan. The location near river and walking path and also several min from ADO bus station, what was important to me as I arrived and midnight. The location was good for arriving late by bus, but far from town center

• Eva (6/5): Ok for a night in Tuxtla - I only stayed here one night. It was very windy, and all night long, the metal door of the room would be bouncing against its frame. The bed was not super comfortable. The room was very bleak and could have used some decorations. I liked that it had a 24 hours reception. However, the man who attended me in the morning and whom I asked how to get to San Cristóbal by public transport was of no use at all. The breakfast options could be a bit more varied, especially regarding vegetarian options. As it was quite cool, I did not use the pool. Also, the hotel might be close to the central bus station but having a lot of luggage, you have to take a cab anyways which is quite expensive. Because I didn't know that you can go directly from Tuxtla airport to San Cristóbal, more comfortable, cheaper.

• Elin (9/5): Superb - Very nice room, garden, everything. 100% recommend. The breakfast was ok on a weekday. It was some fruit, scrambled eggs with ham, beans and tortilla. The pool was out of bounds at the time. That was not a dealbreaker for me, but if it is important to you, double check this before you book.

Beautiful patio and garden - a lot of green. Very close to ADO bus station - 5 minutes walk. A little noisy music in the evening.

The room was clean but smelt mouldy from the outdated Aircon, paint peeling off mirror cracked tiles cracked, the list goes on

• Nichola (10/5): A rare find! ☺️ - The location and the hotel itself is wonderful! It has a real community feel about the place. The hotel has a lot of open space where local people will walk around the gardens and there is some local project work there too! It’s a lovely place to stay. There is a park right outside for a great walk. I’m a female, solo traveler and I felt very safe here. The hotel is about a 30 minute taxi ride from the airport (it didn’t cost a lot). The concert that played until very late! However, this is not the fault of the hotel. If I wasn’t so tired from travelling, I would have gone along to it! These concerts are not very often though!

These heartless people even tried to throw me out which is against the law. This is supposed to be a foundation to help people. I’m really disappointed about their management how they treat their guests.

• Blucrz (9/5): A Lovely Oasis, not far from the Plaza Las Américas and the ADO bus station. - Loved the location by the mall and the ADO bus station. Was next to a very large park and a river so was a lovely area to be in. Weekend buffet was great! Room was a good size. Grounds were large and clean, with some nice places to sit There was a nice pool I didn't like that the bar down the road was SO loud on a Saturday night! Even ear plugs didn't help!

Also noise from nearby live concert venue and rooftop bar. So prepare to have not so much sleeping hours or bring earplugs. Penetrant bleach odor coming from bathroom.
