• Michaela (5/5): Za ty peníze jsem očekávala lepší servis - Snadná dostupnost do centra města, klidná lokalita, snídaně v ceně Pokoj působil dost opotřebovaně. Z peřin jsem neměla dojem, že jsou čerstvě vyprané. Povlečení bylo roztržené, zip na něm nefungoval. Ručníky taky byly otrhaná. Koupelna působila jako někde v kempu a nepříjemně zapáchala.
• Jessica (9/5): Would Stay Here Again! - The location was great! We felt safe and it was an easy bus ride to Old Edinburgh or even walkable if you have the energy. Breakfast was good and the rooms had everything we needed. The keyless entry was great and it was nice that we could leave our luggage at the guest house even after check out while we explore on our last day. Walking distance from Craigmillar Castle. Lots of restaurants nearby. The water system from the sink and toilets were a bit loud if used late at night but it wasn't the end of the world. The TV didn't work super great but we only had it on at night for noise when settling in after a long day so it also wasn't an issue.

• Arjan (6/5): Op basis van reviews hadden we er meer van verwacht. Smeuzelig, onze omschrijving in 1 woord - Grote ruimte, prima locatie Hygiene zou beter kunnen, ontbijt werd naast onze kamer klaargemaakt op een heel vroeg tijdstip. Qua ontbijt zelf was het niets speciaals in feite.

The bus stop, with a direct connection to the city centre, is very close, so access to the centre is excellent even though the house is slightly away from the main bustle. The breakfast was a little modest, but still perfectly adequate.

• Jules (8/5): - Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Super pomocna obsługa, właściciel szybko rozwiązywał nasze problemy (jednego dnia było troche za zimno, nastepnego było już idealnie). Pokój był czysty z super widokiem (na ogród i St Arthur’s seat). Hotel oddalony jest ok. 10-15 minut autobusem od głównych zabytków, a przystanek autobusowy jest tuż za rogiem. Na autobus nie czeka sie dłużej niż 5 minut. Bardzo polecam na budżetowe kilka nocy w Edynburgu.

Lärm der Toilette und des Waschbeins in den Leitungen, auch beim Nachbarn.Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht. Alles ist in die Jahre gekommen. Der Frühstücksraum wirkte lieblos. Das Frühstücksbuffet etwas unprofessionell ausgestattet.

• Anna (5/5): Great potential but needs deep clean - Very friendly and accommodating staff. Great communication leading to the stay, good location near the main buses from/to the city centre. Size of the room was very good, but tiny bathroom. Very disappointed with the cleanliness of this property. It was clear the space hadn't been properly cleaned in a long time, thick layer of dust over many places in our room, pillows with unpleasant smell and toilet which was visibly dirty upon arrival.

• Stephen (4/5): Airdenair don't bother. - Quiet location. Safe area. This hotel is in complete need of renovation. Everything from decoration to new furniture. Not clean or comfortable. I was very disappointed with the whole experience. I would not recommend this place.

• NeMorr (7/5): Clean, comfortable and affordable. - Very good value for money for Edinburgh and close to the city centre. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good with a selection of cereals, toast, tea, coffee as well as a small selection of hot food; sausages, bacon and omelette. Street parking was easy enough too. The manager/host, Duncan, was polite, friendly and easy to deal with. The common areas were a little tired looking but nothing to get overly upset about. Limited eateries in the nearby area albeit the city centre is only 10-20 minutes away by bus.

Zumal war der Kaffee beim Frühstück kalt und den einzigen Menschen, den ich morgens vom Personal gesehen habe, hatte Kopfhörer auf und war entsprechend nicht ansprechbar.

Cały pobyt kawa herbata w pokojach niczego nie brakowalo. Samodzielne bezproblemowe zakwaterowanie za pomocą kodu w drzwiach Nam trafił się pokój z nieszczelnymi oknami było naprawdę zimno i przerażliwie wył wiatr i to było naprawdę niekomfortowe. Bo budynek był bardzo dobrze ogrzany a w pokoju ciężko było usiedzieć dłużej bez okrycia kocem

• Christiane (7/5): Für einen Städtetrip perfekt - Ein einfaches, kleines, freundliches , ruhiges Gästehaus, ca. 30 min Fußweg von der Altstadt entfernt. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist gleich um die Ecke. Unser Zimmer war in Ordnung und ausreichend groß. Morgens gab es leckeres Frühstück, kein riesen Buffet, aber alles was man benötigt. WLAN war sehr gut. Die Dusche hatte wenig Wasserdruck und das Fernsehen hatte so gut wie keinen Empfang . Das war aber auch schon alles zu bemängeln und damit konnte man leben.

• rosalia (6/5): Non lo consiglierei di certo - La vicinanza dal centro, con un autobus preso fuori all'hotel arrivi in centro in 20/25 minuti La pulizia questa sconosciuta! C'era polvere dappertutto anche il bagno era stato pulito superficialmente. E le asciugamani erano più che consumate. Siamo stati 2 giorni ed il secondo giorno non è stata rifatta la camera ma solo aggiunta la carta igienica in bagno.

• Αμαλία Λεβέντη (4/5): - Lovely neighbourhood and beautiful view from our room. The main room was ok (excluding the toilet) and the breakfast was ok but nothing special. The location was ok. The biggest issue was with the cleanliness: 1.Biggest problem was the toilet flush. It didn't work properly.We asked the host to fix it but the problem remained until we left. 2.We stayed for 5 nights, the towles were never changed.I don't expect towels to be changed daily,but I think they should've been changed at least one time during our stay. 3.Toilet was generally dirty and wasn't cleaned during our stay (I hope it was cleaned before we checked in). Other minor issues: 1.WiFi didn't work.We just used MBs. 2.The breakfast was served for only 1 hour and a half (8-9.30).Too little time & it started too late.One day we had to leave very early so we missed it (this is ok) but one other day we had to be on the road at 8.20 and we were rushing to eat and drink our coffees before we go.It could have been served from 7 or 7.30. And also until 10 or 11 a.m. 3.Location.It isn't far from the city centre,it's about half an hour with the bus.But actually we never returned to our room during the day for as long as we stayed there because we'd lose at leat one hour on the buses. Moreover, in the night the buses aren't frequent,so it might take you longer to return.So yes, location is relatively good,but actually wasn't very convenient. 4.Breakfast.Tables weren't cleaned and the food wasn't replaced. I know I booked a cheap room (although there were cheaper options) and I didn't expect much.But with the toilet flush here we're faced with seriously poor hygiene which is unacceptable.We should not be afraid to use the toilet. We should not try multiple times to flush everything.We should not have to wait 5 minutes so the flush refills in order to use it again.We should not return after hours to our room only to find out the flush hadn't worked properly and there are "gifts" waiting for us.These are very basic things that are expected even from the cheapest room.

• Asileli (9/5): Tutto molto bene - Zona residenziale tranquilla e silenziosa. La fermata del bus per Old Town è vicina ma io ho preferito andare a piedi (passeggiata fattibile di circa mezz'ora). Camera singola semplice ma con tutto il necessario. Prese USB a fianco al letto (non è stato necessario usare l'adattatore). Colazione piacevole con vista sul quartiere con uova, bacon e porridge cucinati al mattino; prosciutto e formaggio, pane, burro, marmellata, yogurt, cereali, bevande varie calde e fredde. Mi ritengo soddisfatta!
