• Marcia (10/5): We love everything about this hotel and would highly recommend it! - Beautiful property, excellent location, the staff was delightful and extremely helpful at all times, beautiful rooftop restaurant and bar with gorgeous views, exceptional breakfasts, which were included. The room was large, had a fireplace, the bathroom has double sinks, and an enormous walk-in shower for two people. The hotel is so close to everything, and there is a lovely park directly across the street. Terrific hotel to stay in San Miguel de Allende. Nothing, we love this hotel!

CB7 staff did not seem willing to track down the root source. 2. A dedicated area on rooftop (which is amazing) for simply relaxing and conversing with a cocktail. They have it 99% dedicated to dining.

Staff at the concierge are very attentive, arranging out transport to and from Leon. They also gave us restaurant recommendations. Breakfast could have been better - often times a long wait for food (even things like a fruit platter that don't require cooking).

Room was done well - everything you could want in a room. The only thing i would add would be a pillow menu as i prefer a softer pillow.Would highly recommend this hotel and will come back
• Marie (10/5): Beautiful hotel - The staff was excellent. The rooms were spacious and lovely. Breakfast on the rooftop was absolutely perfect and the highlight of our stay. I do think dinner and lunch on the rooftop are sadly missing as an option and would be a great plus if available. Also make sure to inquire in advance if they are hosting a wedding at the hotel during your stay….if so drinks on the rooftop bar are not available as it is only available for wedding guests. This leaves other guests no where to go once back at the hotel which was a sad surprise to us during our short stay,

Breakfast was generous with great variety, and the rooftop restaurant had stunning views. Staff even arranged a private car to and from Mexico City—super convenient. Highly recommend!

They are friendly, attentive, courteous, and go above and beyond for their guests both in the restaurant and at the concierge desk. The only negative is that the lighting in the rooms could and should be improved. The rooms are quite dark so difficult for reading. Also it would be nice to have a comfortable side chair. The beds and linens are very high quality and very comfortable.

No mention was made of the many steps to get from check-in to the first floor, and more steps to get to the dining area !!! impossible on crutches or for an old person. The elevator was tiny and accessed only thru going thru a kitchen area, with a mop bucket in full view. Description was not truthful......

Breakfast was delicious and we would absolutely stay here again!
• Verified traveler (10/5): Seamless getaway - This hotel is absolutely lovely. The location is perfect for walking around town, rooms are clean and have more than everything you need, it has a nice rooftop restaurant for breakfast and cocktails, and the staff is attentive without being in your way. We went for a quick three night getaway and even had in room massages. The staff will communicate with you via whatsapp and set up our transport to and from the airport. Everything was seamless.

We were there during rolling blackouts and they kept serving what the could for dinner upstairs. Only complaint is that the room didn’t have good lighting and it was hard to see things in there sometimes.

• Allison (9/5): Understated elegance - What a lovely hotel in the heart of SMA. It was simply perfect. A very understated elegance prevailed with splashes of luxury here and there. We were a group of 5 friends and, because this hotel has no lobby area, found it difficult to find a place to gather other than the restaurant. Also, there was a terrible, foul sewage smell in our room the last 24 hours of our stay. I had hoped management would follow up with me about this since we did notify them.

• Susan (8/5): Great but cold and dark. - The hotel rooms, staff are excellent as well as the location. The only problem is that the lighting in the room was very dark, we had to use a flashlight to see, especially in the wardrobes. The room was on 1st floor that made the room cold and dark. Would stay again only if room is available on second floor where you can get some sun and lighting.

• Elisa (10/5): True boutique hotel, small, great design and exceptional service. - Everything: location, rooms, breakfast, people, design. Rooms were very quiet and romantic. Beds were turned down every evening. Breakfast offered delicious Mexican food options and good coffee. We also enjoyed the rooftop. It offered good food, with wine pairings and great cocktails. Nothing.

• Milija (6/5): - Nice property, centrally located and close to amenities. Two issues during my stay. Firstly, upon arrival we informed the front desk staff we don’t need the cleaning room service. On the same day, in evening and while we were out we had the hotel staff entered our room for cleaning. Interestingly, the room was not clean when we returned which was suspicious. Second concern, the fountain right outside our window was working well into the night making noise. When called the front desk no one picked up the phone. I went down (around 1:30 AM) to ask the front desk to do something about it however, the person at front desk was sleeping and not available to assist.
• Luis (9/5): Great Location - great room in a great location … the On/Off fireplace is nice too. the breakfast was just okay… for the price the hotel charges per night they should offer a buffet breakfast or better selections. They didn’t have juice one day … unacceptable since you can walk to the market in a few minutes to buy oranges. The coffee should be unlimited too. My cousins stayed at Hotel Madi around the corner and their breakfast looked fantastic with fresh fruit and plentiful. I ordered an egg dish that was very spicy and when I asked for tortillas (a Mexican staple every where) they looked at me weird and then brought the hardest tortillas that I have ever eaten.
• Portia (10/5): Luxurious boutique hotel with spectacular views in the heart of the historic city. - Best location in the city. Walk to amazing restaurants, shopping, sight seeing, and artist gallerias. Safe. Secure. Best rooftop views, including sunset and overlooking the plaza with 8 churches in view. Remarkable designer renovation of a historic building. Absolutely quiet. Sparkling clean. Elegant. Luxurious. Feels royal. Wonderful chef-level breakfast, dinner, desserts, and drinks. Helpful and friendly staff. Exquisitely decorated rooms with handmade Moroccan textiles. Comfy bed with pristine linens. Huge spa-like bath. Boutique in every sense. A truly curated experience. Amazing value for this level of personal service and perfection. The key was cumbersome to turn in the room door.

• Adriana R (10/5): - My husband and I were celebrating our 24 wedding anniversary. We love SMA and go almost every year. This was our first time staying at Casa Blanca 7. It was amazing. The staff including Javier, Juan, Edwin and Fidel were top notch. Their attention to detail was amazing and they made us feel like 1M bucks. Thank u gentleman!!

They definitely went the extra mile to help out either on amenities for the room, recommendations of things to do, and or friendly attitude as to making your stay the best experience possible.
