Jorge (1/5): - La ubicación Las instalaciones muy mal, sucias y tienen cucarachas en las habitaciones, las almohadas pésimas, parece que le metieron ropa a unos sacos, no creo regresar, y el desayuno, ya no es bufet te dan una ración pobre de chilaquiles con huevo

Roberto (10/5): Hotel con agradable vista, amplio estacionamiento y desayuno aceptable. - El acceso controlado por un guardia y aunque tiene un solo elevador, cumplió durante mi estancia, la alberca es mediana y al aire libre con temperatura del agua de acuerdo al clima del día. Mi habitación en el piso tres tenia vista a la Lago de Chapala y el estacionamiento es amplio, la recepción esta a 6 pasos de donde dejaba mi auto y ahí mismo se tiene un baño amplio para discapacitados y venta de golosinas. El hotel incluye desayuno americano, es decir huevos a gusto con frijoles y chilaquiles, jugo y fruta, en fin de semana se sirve en bufé, que se sirve en una terraza amplia con una majestuosa vista de la zona y del lago La televisión no sirvió, pero no la ocupamos debido al uso del wi fi que funcionaba bien.

Susan (4/5): - The guest shower did not drain. They provided no kitchen towel, or paper towels, no dish soap. No blow dryer. One Tv in the master bedroom, none in the living room. One cup of coffee, anything over 1 cup needed to be purchased for $3 ea. Pillows and bed were over firm. The guest bed was situated to where you couldn't open the drawers, making the furniture unuseable. Hot water was only available afternoon and in the evening. Ambiance was very stark, and empty. Not a very inviting villa. I was quite disappointed.

The staff were incredibly attentive and kind, always making sure guests felt comfortable and taken care of. It really made a difference in the overall experience. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained, which I truly appreciated. You can tell they put a lot of effort into keeping everything in great shape. Overall, I had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again!

The WiFi was glitchy and slow. However, I was able to place a pool service order directly with the restaurant and everything after was perfect. The waiters and employees were very friendly and helpful. My children loved the pool and arrachera nachos that were absolutely delicious. Will definitely stay at Memora again

I realize we were in Mexico and the language is Spanish but it seemed no one at the hotel could or would communicate with us unless we spoke Spanish. This caused problems with ordering our meals. The property seamed to be running on a very tight budget, to the point were we were only allowed one roll of toilet paper at a time. If you ran out you had to call the desk for more. Only one bottle of water a day per room, if you needed more you had to pay for it.

Mark (8/5): Nice location. - We stayed in one of the villas. The parking was pretty tight. Being built on the side of the mountain can be tough! Had an issue with the water quality but management was very responsive to any issues. Had a kitchen but the cooking equipment was very limited was the only real issue. No corkscrew! The view from the restaurant is wonderful.

Nicole (8/5): Excellent value. But don’t expect perfection. - The villas were beautiful. The grounds are gorgeous. Super pet friendly. The staff was very responsive. The restaurant sort of meh. Breakfast buffet was overpriced. Maids woke us up at 8:50 am to ask about housekeeping- on a Sunday. Too many wasps at the pool to swim one afternoon.

David (6/5): - The casitas were in a different building than the hotel. We had to take the elevator up one flight and then exit the hotel to the casitas. In the morning the entrance door to the hotel from the casitas was LOCKED and nobody was at the front desk! We were locked out of the hotel and car access for 10 minutes until a maid walked down the hall.

Angelina (6/5): - I booked 2 villas online when we arrived they told us they didn’t have any available then the manager overheard this and corrected the receptionist and told her there was a villa available and a double bed room. Checking in became confusing.

Christopher (6/5): - When I got to the hotel, I found that my room was right next to the pool and to make matters worse, there was a bar right outside the room. Like five feet away. My friend spoke some Spanish, but it wasn't enough at trying to figure out whether I could get a room further down the hallway or upgrade to get a room upstairs without a bar. That language barrier negotiation came to them downgrading me to a lesser room for the same price. I was not happy, but I was kicking myself for not learning more Spanish before I came down. The room was okay, the walls are a little thin (I could hear people coughing in rooms around me) but I had no noise problems. The floor could have used a cleaning and there was dirt and dead bugs around the on/off switch on the bedside lamp. The sheets and towels were clean and the bed was fine. The place could use a remodel. Stunning views from the restaurant. From the web site I thought the area was more accessible, but it's tucked on a hillside with a gate and a surrounding neighborhood, so my thoughts of photo exploring were dashed. It's right on the main road into Ajijic, so convenient for that. Not too close though, which might be good or bad depending on what you like. I will stay elsewhere next time.

Sergio (10/5): - It was a pleasant stay. The staff and the room service were excellent. The only thing I would say could be improved are the room’s lcds need to be up to 2024 standards, i.e have Netflix and YouTube options as opposed to HBO, Max etc.. for a more customized experience. Even lacking that, it still deserves the 5 Star rating.

Alisa (8/5): Good option for the weekend - We stayed only one night in this hotel, but we were satisfied. We got what we saw on booking. We had a good, clean room with private bathroom, the restaurant on the top floor was really nice, the pool was smaller than i thought and that it looks on the pictures. But they have a bar there and you can order drinks being inside the pool. The pool was too small.
