• Zandile (1/5): Untidy - The location is close to amenities The linen was dirty,the owners are staying in thepremises with kids, there is no peace. In the kitchen there is no proper dinning table,there were only two chairs whereas the kitchen is shared with other guests. The room was dusty we had to wipe the side bed pedestals and the cupboard. The owners are respinsible for cleaning, there is no staff and makes me wonder as other guests mentioned being welcomed by friendly staff.

When we arrived alcohol was not allowed into the premises as we are school kids or something. Pool was dirty, kitchen not clean and empty coffee containers, rusty microwave and kettle. We had to borrow cutlery and plates, which should something standard. Really bad hosting practices. 5 days but very little provision such as one toilet paper roll and small soaps etc

• Travolta (6/5): Very bad, for that please book somewhere else. - Location is good The toilet doesn’t flash well, the blankets are dirty and torn. The chairs, microwave old torn and dirty. Beds looks more like a per hr booking facility. The showers are old and dirty. Everything is old and torn.

The place needs a revamp its a beautiful place but not being looked after. Simple thing as a kitchen kettle was dirty and there are no utensils to use in the kitchen either.They can do better on their service and maybe do research on how to run it properly. The back room toilet not working the fridge was leaking the shower extremely dirty. And staff must remember to be polite as well a little smile goes a long way

Cleanness a place need to be cleaned there were lot of dust all over the place . No dining room for the guest or family, Tv room we had to borrow their staff dining area for dinner and breakfast .

• Yolanda (3/5): Poor - The location is perfect, not very far from the beach 1.I made a booking through booking.com I paid a full amount for a group of 10 ladies but when I arrived I was told my booking was cancelled because I didn't pay. I had all the proof that I paid, but the hosts were very unkind telling insisting that I didn't pay, telling me that I must look for another place and not making any effort to actually look at the proof I'm providing. Eventually their "boss" confirmed that they can see my payment and they let me check in 2. The host (male) would just come in at any moment (no privacy) to "clean" the house and change bins 3. There were no blankets at all. It's in the middle of winter but we were not given any blanket and when we asked for them we were told they removed blankets because people steal them. We had to use very thin ragged bed quilt 4. We opted for self-catering but no catering necessities on sight. Not even a stove. No pots. We were told to "braai" our breakfast when we enquired 5. The kitchen was very dirty. We had to buy cleaning equipment before we could actually use it. The only cleaning they did in the kitchen was to change the bins 6. The pool is filthy, cannot even attempt to use it

Actually we left before the day since we booked two days but we couldn't tolerate the enviroment we left after one night. Firstly it was extremely dirty everything worse the bathroom, their linen was not the one in the pictures. Ooh no their dinning was dirty dishes they serve with were extremely dirty i couldn't even bite one thing with poor breakfast for the money you have payed. Guys I will advice to review before you pay there and dont include breakfast when you book because the service is poor.
