- Pradip (10/5): Amazing Stay - We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is centrally located and charming, and is a short walk to both the lake and some of the quieter streets in the old quarter. Our room and all the facilities (including the gym and daily breakfast!) were all excellent and very comfortable.
- Sarah (10/5): Wonderful Service, great location - The service was always friendly and very attentive. My wife loved the decor of the hotel. We found it to also be in a great location for everything we wanted to do and see, the area was very walkable. The service was fantastic right up to them walking us safely across the street to our grab and staying to wave as we drove off. The service didn’t stop there they even reached out to us to make sure we arrived at the airport safely. I’m not sure how we picked this hotel from all the hotels in Hanoi but I’m sure glad we did.

Ngoài ra có bellman thì luôn mở cửa cho mình khi rảnh tay. Có một mình a thấy cũng tất bật lắm ấy. A thường xuyên phải xách đồ cho khách lên xuống. Ks đang làm tốt việc này.
- Hisaki (10/5): Top-notch service in a perfect location - Such an amazing experience to have the chance to stay here. All thanks to Antony, who was super warm, welcoming, and attentive. He always checked in to make sure we were comfortable, asked about what we wanted to eat, and paid attention to our needs. The room was also clean, spacious, and had a lovely vintage interior. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the old quarter, so it’s easy to walk everywhere. The hotel also provided us with a map highlighting the must-visit spots in hanoi, which was really helpful. Definitely will recommend and will be back.

- Muhammad (10/5): Excellent Stay - We had a wonderful stay in Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa . Our room was soundproof even with a window , which allowed us to haver a resful sleep. The A/C was much needed during a heat wave where temperatures reach 40 . The complementary breakfast was excellent with a la carte food/coffee and a buffet . The staff were excellent .

As soon as I booked, I received a message from their sales executive (concierge), Mr Antony Nguyen. He was so helpful I can't thank him enough. Before we left home, he helped in arranging tours, hotel transfers, airport fast-track, and made all necessary changes when our outbound flights were canceled. He also helped with itinerary suggestions and bookings once we were on our way to central and Southern Vietnam. I feel like I have a new friend in Vietnam! The hotel is small but perfectly situated and with pleasant rooms, bathrooms and a lovely koi water feature in the check-in area. The restaurant serves a very nice buffet breakfast that will set you on your way for the day. It is easy to recommend this hotel and its helpful staff.

The Great room was the highlight of my trip. The food was ok . - Massimo (10/5): Perfect Place To Stay In Hanoi - The hotel is located perfectly in the Old Quarters so close to all attractions, we walked around the neighbourhood and felt safe. Staff are friendly and attentive always asking if they can assist with anything. The bed was king size, buffet breakfast choices were western and local food. Perfect place to stay in Hanoi.

- Yumiko (10/5): Amazing experience in the middle of old quarter - We had an absolutely amazing time at the hotel. The entire staff is exceptional and took care of everything for us. The location is amazing as well - right next to everything in Hanoi - from night market to train street to the lake - everything is walkable. The rooms and amenities were amazing, our entire stay was amazing and we would highly recommend everyone to stay here for the lovely hospitality. The spa experience was amazing too. Definitely recommend having a relaxing session here.

Everyone hopes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need for your visit to Hanoi. The beds and linens are very comfortable. The breakfast Pho was the best I have experienced in all of Hanoi, and I did visit the Michelin star pho restaurant.
- Vasemaca (10/5): First class experience - Our recent stay was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is in a terrific position and we walked around the streets enjoying the sights and atmosphere. The night market is very close. We ate in the Bell Pepper restaurant was of a very high standard. All the staff we encountered were friendly and extremely helpful. Special mention must be made of Tiffany. She looked after us and resolved any questions promptly. She is an asset to the establishment. We will not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Hanoi.

I don’t usually post a review unless I go somewhere exceptional or somewhere not great to warn other travellers. This place is worthy of the exceptional category. Right in the middle of the old quarter which is a bit daunting when you first arrive. More like a boutique hotel as the service is very personal. Antony who looked after us on arrival was fantastic and greeted you by name every time he saw us.The room was great and if you feel like treating yourself go for one of the suites with a balcony it’s a great chill out spot. Air con, WiFi all top notch and most comfortable bed I’ve slept in for years.If this place was in London it would be ten times the price and they would be able to reproduce the service levels.

Our room was at the back of the hotel and very quiet (they actually upgraded us to a larger room than we had booked). The service level is super high - very friendly, professional and helpful staff. They decorated my room for my friend birthday which was lovely. I got a foot massage at the spa which was nice and they have a nice restaurant with a happy hour deal. Overall good value for money, I’m happy with our choice to stay there.

The staff always greeted me with a smile, helped me with directions and even checked in when I got back late from exploring. Reception staff are very knowledgeable and able to help with literally anything (we asked them to call a restaurant for us and make reservation as I was having trouble with my Vietnamese Sim). This was also the only hotel where we used the in house spa during our 3 weeks in Vietnam as we normally went outside for massages however this was so worth it. Our deep gratitude to all the team

We arrived quiet early, and were greeted with tea and cakes with our luggage whisked away so we could explore until our room was ready. As would be expected within the old quarter, the rooms are not the largest Despite this, we found the room to be clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Breakfast is a buffet with a good selection but you can also order from the menu at no extra cost. We had lunch and dinner at Bell Pepper restaurant many times, we kept going back because everything was so amazing. The food was utterly delicious, We would highly recommend staying at this hotel or at least having a meal at Bell Pepper if you are in Hanoi and we will definitely be going back if we are ever lucky enough to be in Hanoi again
