• Connie (10/5): Hamilton Island is my favorite on our Round the World trip! - Great location near everything! Beautiful view of the ocean and loved the cockatoos and wallaby’s! The second bedroom was supposed to be made for a king bed not 2 twins but when we arrived just 2 twins. Actually, we tried to put them together but the only plug in the room made it not possible. Better for a family not 2 couples traveling together.

Great having the complimentary new clean buggy. / fabulously stocked with pots , pans , crockery etc as well as things for baby , toddler if needed . Spotlessly clean . Thank you so much - we really had a great stay That we had to leave it at the end of the week

• Louise (8/5): Helpful, family friendly, stunning. - We had a great stay! The view is mesmerising literally beach front. The apartment was much more spacious than I realised with plenty of room for us to spread out, well equipped kitchen. It’s at the end of the Casey’s beach strip but still so close to everything so the best of both worlds as quiet but accessible. Having a buggy included is a must with kids, super helpful airport transfer and staff when scheduling check in and extras for the kids. Would recommend. And would stay again. Unfortunately the pool was closed for cleaning during our stay which we weren’t aware of at the time of booking. Plenty of other pools around to enjoy. But liked the idea of the shade and privacy of the onsite pool. The balcony and balcony furniture could have done with a good clean.

• Amanda (6/5): Cockroaches! - The view was AMAZING COCKROACHES!! The place was not the cleanest. It has tiny ants everywhere, a hornets nest on the balcony, and we were mortified to wake up to cockroaches in our bathroom every night. We never got a good sleep just thinking about them.

• Brenda (9/5): We had a wonderful stay until we were charged for something we did not use - we were charges for a dirty bar b q, $50 and we did not even use the bar b q!! at no time was this discussed with us the money was taken from our account very annoying.
• Kiu (4/5): Nice Apt but not clean and poor guests support. - The space, the balcony and complimentary buggy 1) we arrived in 2 separate times. No pick up was arranged for 2nd arrival. No one at the airport to assist us as they all worked for other accom and could not assist. We could not even pay to get to Frangipani 103. We had to plead with 1 kind shuttle driver to drop us nearby as we had no way to get to Frangipani. 2) Apt, air cond, lamps and corners were dusty with spider webs behind doors, floor was sticky...etc. Promised to clean on the following day but did not. We were prepared to pay to have cleaning done but again no follow up action therefrom. 3) Very poor guests support. We had to make multiple calls on issues and no follow up action to resolve our issues or follow up with remedy action. 4) No check out instruction and no valet turned up to transfer luggages and us eventhough we requested valet transfer not less than 3 times before we arrived in Hamilton Island, 2 days before checking out and on the day of checking out. We called and spoke to the person answering the call but no valet turned up. Very rare for us to encounter such unresponsive guests support.

We had to wait at the airport for a while for the driver to come back from dropping off another party, but other than that, everything was easy and seamless!
