• giuseppe (8/5): Valido se ritorno sicuramente sarà la scelta da fare - Posizione utile vicina all’autostrada, camere pulitissime e ben attrezzate, struttura moderna e personale di reception gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Park interno chiuso la notte. Si respira l’aria di un hotel di livello e la cortesia di questo tipo non è così scontata né frequente Direi nulla. Volendo cercare più che altro elementi da migliorare più che critiche, le stanze sono fredde di notte e la temperatura non è regolabile, e la mattina a colazione (parlo per mia moglie celiaca) é disponibile il pane e alcuni dolci ma tutto quello che puoi usare (esempio marmellate o cioccolata) è col glutine quindi alla fine mangi solo pane!!! Sono accortezze queste che fanno la differenza

Stanze grandi e pulite - buona la colazione ed ottimo anche il ristorante per cena / pranzo all'interno della struttura. Quando in zona tornerò sicuramente.

• Federico (3/5): - Niente Sono stato alloggiato in appartamento adiacente all'albergo, con ventilazione al massimo senza possibilità di regalarla e senza un telefono per chiedere cosa fare per spegnerla o ridurla. Ho dormito vestito per stare più caldo.

La stanza era in un palazzo a fianco dell'albergo e le istruzioni per arrivarci di notte non erano chiarissime. Le scale condominiali lasciavano a desiderare. Ho scoperto di aver suonato per errore il campanello ad una famiglia con lo stesso cognome dell'albergo.

Non è ammissibile che non si possa dormire perché oltre la mezzanotte c'era la musica al massimo. Queste feste se organizzate in un hotel non devono recare danno a chi ha pagato per dormire e il giorno dopo deve alzarsi presto per partire

• Costas (5/5): Passable - close to the motorway, clean when we arrived, at 19:36 the penthouse flat we booked was given to somebody else. embarassement followed and we were offered an airbnb type appartment next door, within a residential block of flats, meaning that for dinner and breakfast we had to take a walk. Not what we planned in terms of facilities initially described!

• Aneta (1/5): Close to fraud, misleading description - We chose Hotel Testani Frosinone on our journey to southern Italy to have a safe overnight stay in a clean environment while still being close to the highway. However, the stay at the “hotel,” even though it was just for one night, turned out to be more of a nightmare. It took the receptionist roughly 50 minutes to find our reservation, even though it had been made normally through booking.com. Later, she informed us that our room, which they call an “atelier apartment,” was not located in the hotel building itself but nearby, which wasn’t mentioned at all in the room description. We were supposed to be accompanied to the room by a helper from the kitchen. To our dismay, this “atelier apartment” was located in a block of flats 350 meters away from the hotel, in a building with about 50 other private apartments. The building had a partially malfunctioning, fairly dangerous elevator and was dirty. Had we not been traveling with our pets and were not exhausted after a 12-hour drive, we definitely wouldn’t have stayed in this “hotel.” If you need a safe and hassle-free place to stay overnight, definitely look for another hotel where you won’t be misled.

The eating area and breakfast were wonderful. It was a quiet spot, but still close to popular sights. Giorgio was so accommodating and made us feel very welcome. He gave us a list of restaurant suggestions, provided us with useful tips, and answered any questions we had. An awesome host! Hope to go back one day!

The sightseeing around the hotel is also fantastic. Well, the hotel location is a bit embarrassed. If you take a train to the city, you better ask hotel to help book a taxi in advance. Because it's not easy to book a taxi in the train station. Meanwhile, there is no shop around the hotel since it's close to highway.
