- Malcolm (8/5): Great place to stay - Wonderful apartment close to many amenities. I was given lots of good ‘local information’ when I arrived, good local places eat, reasonably priced etc. Facilities in the flat good enough for cooking meals (if not too elaborate). Plenty of room. Bed comfortable. Could possibly do with a bit more storage area for clothes, particularly if there are a few more people staying. I was concerned about getting into the apartment because it had to be arranged. It would be good if these details could be sent via hotels.com once booked. I had to phone up and get them. Was not a problem, but would make life easier. The apartment is just off Alameda de Hércules. It was noisy on the Saturday night but you right next to some a very vibrant eating and drinking area, so that is understandable. It was a very pleasant and safe area. I would certainly book it again.

- Michelle (10/5): - Julian was very nice and accommodating. He gave us a map of the city and several suggestions on places to visit and eat. The apt was ample and clean in an excellent location. I would definately stay here again.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Party Area. Beware - Location: Great, IF you like to party like the world is ending. IMPOSSIBLE to sleep. Loud people all over. Bear in mind this is a ground floor apt also, ALL noise comes through. People hanging by the entrance, urinating ... need to say more? But great places to eat and drink right there. Better as an area to hang out than to stay, or find a hotel with noise reduction windows. No parking around, need to park away. Apt floor was not clean, rest of apt was in good condition. Management did not know the condition of apt, relies solely on cleaning. Management was very inflexible with check out time. Was unable to enjoy the city as much as we could have. Had to rush out.
