• Reik (10/5): Traumaufenthalt in Grächen - Für mich ist das Gädi eines der Hotels in der Schweiz, in denen ich mich einfach nur wohl fühle. Abgesehen davon, dass Zimmer, neuer Spa-Bereich & Co wirklich super sind, ist es vor allem das Team Gädi rund um Mélanie und Martin, die den Aufenthalt aussergewöhnlich machen. Sich als Gast so "Willkommen" zu fühlen, findet man nicht so oft. Und die Küche ist einfach nur bemerkenswert... das Gädi würde auch als Gourmet-Restaurant sicherlich gut funktionieren. Es gab nichts, was ich mir irgendwie besser hätte vorstellen können.

• radia (10/5): Merveilleux - Charmant hôtel au centre de Grachen Les propriétaires sont exceptionnellement acceuillants, chaleureux et attentionnés ! Nous n'avais jamais vu un pareil acceuil parmi les nombreux établissements que nous avons fréquentés ! Les chambres sont très propres et le calme y règne ! Nous félicitons le chef cuisinier qui est également le gérant des lieux, pour sa cuisine extrêmement delicieuse digne d'un restaurant gastronomique avec leur propre potager... Le petit déjeuner est également un délice servi sous forme de buffet très complet. En prime, ils ont accepté très gentiment de garder notre voiture pendant notre randonnée qui a durée une semaine ! Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet établissement! Sans fausse note!

• Hugo (10/5): Ideaal uitgangspunt voor bezoek aan Zermatt - Wij hebben zeer genoten van ons verblijf in Hotel Gädi. Martin en Mélanie doen alles om het de gasten naar de zin te maken. Vroeg ontbijt ?: geen probleem. Aanpassing van het half-pension menu ?: wordt geregeld. Over half-pension menu gesproken: je kunt dit bijboeken voor een on-Zwitsers lage prijs (4 gangen voor CHF 39). En Martin maakt van het diner iedere avond weer iets moois ! Het hotel ligt op 20km/25 minuten rijden naar Täsch en is een ideaal uitgangspunt voor activiteiten in/boven Zermatt. De prijs/kwaliteit van Hotel Gädi zal je zeker niet aantreffen in Täsch of Zermatt.

• Daniel (10/5): Katastrophe - Finger weg... - ... müssten wir als Bewertende eigentlich schreiben, damit das Gädi auch in Zukunft noch Platz für uns hat. Natürlich entspräche dies nicht ansatzweise der Wahrheit und würde auch nicht der tollen Arbeit von M&M sowie ihrem Team gerecht werden. Daher und weil ich mich auch auf die meistens sehr zutreffenden Bewertungen verlassen kann, gibt es selbstverständlich (wie immer) eine ehrliche Rückmeldung: Das Hotel liegt ca 200m neben der Bushaltestelle und in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Talstation der Gondelstation zur Hannigalp. Der Empfang (durch die Chefin) und das Anmelden verliefen ruckzuck und sehr freundlich. Zudem wurden wir darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass wir zu einem sehr fairen Preis vom Halbpensionsangebot profitieren könnten. Im Nachhinein sind wir nun froh, dieses Angebot dazu gebucht zu haben. Das darin enthaltene 4 - Gang Menu ist definitiv einer der ganz grossen Höhepunkte im Gädi. Das Hotel selbst ist aus der Preis - Leistung Sicht sicherlich auf der sehr guten Seite. Unser Zimmer war etwas minimal was die Fläche anbelangte, jedoch gut ausgestattet und optisch sehr ansprechend. Die Nasszelle mit einer Dusche war wie alles im Gebäude in einem tadellosen Zustand. Einen Balkon hatte es ebenfalls. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt des Gädi ist aus meiner Sicht der wunderschön gestaltete Wellness Bereich. Das Frühstücksbuffet empfanden wir alle als sehr gut und das anwesende Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das bereits angesprochene Highlight war jedoch das Abendessen. Der Chef ist auch der Koch oder anders gesagt, das Kochen ist im Gädi Chefsache... Top Zubereitung, mit viel Liebe zum Detail und auf individuelle Wünsche eingehend, kann man das nur in den höchsten Tönen loben! Summa summarum darf man dies auf unseren gesamten Aufenthalt anwenden. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und bedanken uns für den tollen Aufenthalt.

The manager of the hotel helped us figure out how to have our bags delivered to our hotel in Zermatt and she provided useful tips for our hike. Would recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in Grachen.
• Wendy (10/5): Beautiful Updated Hotel With Great Customer Service!! - it is a beautiful updated hotel with all new finishes!! The beds are incredibly comfortable with luxurious duvets and pillows!! The room and balcony had a beautiful view of the Weisshorn. The Owners are extremely accommodating and customer service oriented!! The breakfast was outstanding with fresh and a large selection of items. I would highly recommend it!! Nothing, it was perfect!!

The breakfast was wonderful with a variety of options! The room was very clean! The room was pretty small with basic accommodations, the hot tubs also were not very warm and busy with swimming children.

• Yuliia (10/5): Great example of wonderful stay in the Alps - The hotel won "most friendly hotel" award in 2017 - rightfully so, still amazingly friendly in 2022! The staff is welcoming, helpful, speaking English. The lady who met us (Melani) explained us around and suggested few great things to do for our short stay. The dinner (not included in price) was exceptional and breakfast (included in price) was also good. The stay includes a pass to go up on a cable car (definitely do it even for one glimpse, it's just 30 mins cable car roundtrip). Budget allowing, book it - it's one of the best stays in the area
