• Dante Alfredo (4/5): No recomendable - El departamento me lo entregaron 22 hs y hasta que terminamos el papeleo recien 22,30 hs. Tuvimos que esperar casi dos horas tirados en la calle con nuestras valijas hasta que nos entrgaron las llaves. Yo contrate pensando que seria un regimen hotelero no de Dpto. No se puede jugar con el tiempo de la gente
• Verified traveler (2/5): - The area where is located is full of graffiti, the impression that you get is that is not a safe area, the cleanness is not what I am accustomed to, when I saw it I decided not to stay there and loose the money, and, Orbitz lost a customer. Since I used my cell phone to call the property the administrator of the property left very disparaging comments in my phone because I didn't like the place.

• Jens (8/5): Appartement in sehr guter Lage! - Hat alles super geklappt. Julian war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Appartment liegt sehr zentral, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Gegenüber kann man in der Bar frühstücken. An der nächsten Ecke eine Bio-Bäckerei. Supermarkt 100m entfernt. Alles sehr unkompliziert. Gracias Julian!

• Michael (6/5): Zweckmäßiges Appartement in Altstadt-Randlage - Der Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend, gab gute Tipps zu Sevilla und versuchte bei Problemen immer sehr schnell zu helfen. Das Appartement war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, aber die Sanitäranlagen bedürfen einer Sanierung. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig, und da schräg gegenüber eine Bar ist, der Lärmpegel entsprechend.
• Pea (10/5): Quiet location: city and river both nearby - We had a lovely 4 day stay at Arrayán. Julian was v. helpful from the time of booking to our check in with all sorts of little details which made our stay even nicer. Apartment is spacious and well-equipped. An English TV channel might have been nice but we were out such a lot it didn’t matter. Opposite is a great bar for authentic flamenco and there is Patisserie Ana and a supermarket about 5 mins away. There is a flea market on Thursdays in the Macarena area. Take advantage of the very local market near the church to buy produce and also for tapas.
• Katja (8/5): Kann ich weiterempfehlen - Gute Lage für alle fußläufigen Ausflüge. Gute Ausstattung u.a. in der Küche. Wohnung liegt im EG. Perfekte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Haben viele gute Tipps bekommen! Danke! Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

• Monique (6/5): Geen fijn plekje - Verhuurder is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam, maar het appartement zelf is aan onderhoud toe. Het is niet schoon, er is veel kapot, je krijgt veel te weinig handdoeken en het is behoorlijk wat lawaai van zowel buren als buiten. Het straatje er naartoe ligt vol hondenpoep en na de vele mooie plekjes in Sevilla overdag was het elke avond een beetje deprimerend thuiskomen.

• Jeremy (10/5): Old Town Sevilla gem! - Julian, the host, was absolutely amazing at introducing us to our hotel tonight. He was very punctual for meeting us as well as providing amazing suggestions and instructions to maximize our time for the day in Sevilla. The flight was spotless, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the location cannot be beaten.
