• Ceciel (9/5): Schoon en ruim appartement. Top locatie! - De locatie is echt top. Kamers zijn ruim en het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook fijn is dat de slaapkamers rolluiken hebben. Het was even een gedoe met de sleutel. Deze zat niet in het kluisje waardoor de eigenaar in persoon moest komen. Wanneer je gedoucht hebt zul je als tweede persoon moeten wachten tot het water van de boiler is opgewarmd. Achter elkaar douchen zit er niet in. Dit was ons niet bekend. Wij vonden het niet zo’n probleem maar het is wel goed om vooraf te weten.

• MILENA (10/5): Perceptível o cuidado do host em todos os detalhes - Comunicação super fácil com o host, apartamento super limpo, cheiroso. Localização bem boa, tem um Mercadona maravilhoso a poucas quadras. Tem elevador, cama bem grande, o quarto com a cama de solteiro tambem bem confortável. Sala espaçosa. Claramente da para perceber a preocupação que o host tem em receber bem. A rua é estreita, mas os carros de aplicativos e táxis conseguem parar bem em frente ao predio.

• Sonia (9/5): - Javier gave us helpful information in advance of how to locate property and where to find everything. Also kept in touch during our short stay( 4 nights) Didn't use the kitchen to cook, as out all day. Beds were comfy, and plenty of hot water, and everything very clean.😃 Also just a short walk to the bus station, and handy for most tourist spots( if you don't mind a bit of walking) Lovely cafes and bars quite nearby.

Serdeczne podziękowania dla gospodarzy, którzy starali się, aby nasz pobyt przebiegał jak najlepiej. Apartament czysty, przytulny, w dobrej lokalizacji, ze sklepami i restauracjami w pobliżu. Na powitanie czekała na nas miła niespodzianka - drobny poczęstunek. Kuchnia mała, ale wyposażona we wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty. Blisko był parking, do którego dostaliśmy kartę dostępu, tak ważną w przypadku andaluzyjskich miast. Apartament i gospodarze naprawdę godni polecenia. Niczego takiego nie było

• Yaz (9/5): - Very good apartment walking distance from the city centre. Bus station 5-10 mins walk, Alcazar 20 mins walk. 2 bedrooms, a well equipped (small) kitchen and bathroom. Fast internet and bright windows. As some others have mentioned, the bathroom is a bit smelly but keep the door shut and it's ok. The air conditioning is a bit weak for heating but did the job.

Centrum goed bereikbaar, winkels, supermarkt, bakker en eetgelegenheden op loopafstand Eigenaar attent, goed bereikbaar via WhatsApp. Niets,...misschien dat de badkamer ter zijner tijd een opknapbeurt kan gebruiken, maar alles functioneert Het is een aanrader om hier naar toe te gaan voor een stedentrip
• Claudio (10/5): Vale la pena alojarse aquí - Todo muy limpio. Javier es muy atento. Tuvo la delicadeza de dejar agua y desayuno para no salir corriendo a comprar. Muy buena ubicación, rodeado de negocios para compras. Lugar tranquilo y silencioso, pese a estar en un 1er piso. Altamente recomendable En el baño, si bien estaba muy limpio, había un poco de olor a cloaca ( leve)
• Xinxin (10/5): Angenehm und entspannt - Javier ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Er hat alles schön erklärt und sauber organisiert damit wir ein reibungsloses Selbst-Check-in machen konnten. Die Lage ist zentral und ruhig. Zu Fuß ca. 8 Minuten befindet sich der Parkplatz was uns stark geholfen hat, da wir Last-Minute-Tickets für Alcazar de Sevilla hatten und für die extra Stunden nach Check-Out konnten wir unsere Koffer im Auto im Parkplatz liegen lassen. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich ein Home! Man merkt dass hier gewohnt wurde, weil die Küche für echte Bedürfnisse und Nutzer-Komfort trotz begrenzter Kapazität gedacht wurde. 2 Schlafzimmer für uns 2 Personen wäre zu viel, :) Ich glaube für 4 Personen wäre die Unterkunft etwas eng. Trotzdem der Vorstellung nach: es hat eine 3- oder 4-köpfige Familie hier glücklich gewohnt. :)) Nichts

• Peter (7/5): Gute Wohnung für einen Städtetrip nach Sevilla, bevorzugt ohne PKW, da keine Parkplätze am Haus. - Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war gut, Klimaanlage war unverzichtbar. Die Wohnung war nur wenige Gehminuten vom Plaza Armas (Busbahnhof) entfernt, wo auch der Flughafenbus abfährt. Die Innenstadt war fußläufig gut erreichbar. Wenige Gehminuten entfernt war ein großer Mercadonna-Supermarkt.

• Javier (10/5): Excelente alojamiento en pleno casco antiguo de Sevilla - Es uno de los mejores alojamientos en los que hemos estado mi mujer y yo. Excelente comunicación con Javier, su propietario, siempre atento ante cualquier pregunta o recomendación. Un 10 en limpieza, en comodidad, (el colchón y las almohadas, perfectas, cosa que es difícil de encontrar en otros alojamientos o la ducha) y en ubicación, pleno centro histórico de Sevilla. Nos ha encantado el apartamento y seguro que, en próximas visitas haremos lo posible para alojarnos en este apartamento. Absolutamente nada, todo lo referente a la estancia en el apartamento nos pareció de 10.

• Aleksandar (7/5): Not great, not terrible - The host provided clear instructions on how to collect the keys upon arrival. Communication was smooth and friendly. The apartment is spacious and in a great location—on a peaceful street in the old town center, with almost everything within walking distance. Tip: If you're arriving by car, be aware that the streets are extremely narrow—watch out for your tires and rims! The place itself is a bit worn out, and the photos on the website are overly edited and not entirely realistic. The main issue was an unpleasant odor, probably caused by high humidity. Since it is February, the apartment is quite cold, and two out of the three air conditioning units are not functioning properly—one is very old and ineffective, while the one in the bedroom makes loud, unusual noises. Additionally, the bathroom has no heating at all. Overall, the place is overpriced for what it offers.

A quiet street only 5 minute walk to the beginning of the shopping and restaurant areas. Well appointed with coffee pods, tea, etc.. Very close to some neighborhood restaurants away from the tourist. The shower door wheels or track should be replaced. It was really difficult to open and close the shower door. Two hands are required to grab the side and really put effort into moving it.
• Krisztina (2/5): If noise bothers you, this isn't the place. Also cold during winter. - The location of the property is great, within an easy walk to all major sights. The decor is perfectly fine. The host was very communicative and responded quickly. He also came to the apartment quickly when there was a problem and was helpful. The apartment was 13 degrees when I arrived (in January) and two out of three aircons (heaters) couldn't be turned on. the host came quickly and fixed one, while one still wasn’t working. it took about 5 hours to warm the place. Bathroom was so cold I couldn't take a shower while i was there. Also there is no heating in the bathroom at all. VERY NOISY from neighbours if that bothers you. I had people talking next door keeping me up for hours in the middle of the night until 6 in the morning. And since the owner is trying to discredit me in his comments while apologising privately, just to confirm the walls are paper thin so can hear everything from next door. It’s not the “lively Sevilla streets” that are the problem.

• Gabrielle (10/5): Great location, great communication, great apartment! - There was some juice crackers and water. Unfortunately, our flight was badly delayed, so we were very late arriving. Javier was very helpful in everyway. After I asked, he even sent us a link on day of departure or a lock/safe close by, to leave our luggage for a few hours. This was also very reasonable and 3 mins from apartment. An impeccable service indeed! I couldn't find cups to have some tea but used a glass instead. Its all fine! -)

Javier was very welcoming and sent us great local information via WhatsApp for anything we needed. The apartment is spotless and there was air conditioning in each room which was very welcome in the city heat. I can’t recommend it enough. We will be back. Everything was good.

Everything needed was there and the host was very friendly, accommodating early checkin and pointing out a luggage storage place round the corner for the day we left. Everything was clean and working. Nice bathroom with great shower. Wifi was working. Highly recommended The apartment is a bit noisy, but that's life in the center of a city I guess.

The apartment was large (2 bedrooms) and comfortable. Javier was an excellent host who went out of his way to make our stay more pleasant, providing information and suggestions. The building was having a recurring problem with the plumbing that caused an unpleasant odour in the bathroom. It is being addressed.

Easy contact with host, Javier by whatsapp. Lovely clean apartment with 2 bedrooms, perfect for us, 2 friends traveling together for a 3 night stay. Enjoyed the hop on hop off bus tour over 48 hours with flamenco show and boat trip included. Stops 5 minutes from the apartment. So many beautiful places to visit in Seville, couldn't fit it all in!
• Fabrizio (10/5): Great stay! - The apartment is beautiful and well located. The host is kind and communicative. He replies very fast on Whatsapp. He accepted our reservation even if we booked very late and last minute. Great place to stay!
• Pousti (4/5): Scam host! - Location is central and many places are reachable on foot. The heating system was not working and the temperature didn't go higher then 16°C and thus we had to sleep in a freezing cold room, as the windows are also not sealed and you can clear hear all the sound from the street at night. In the morning we informed the host about it. However we had only booked 1 night and were already checking-out. The host apologised and promised to return back half of the price to us and we agreed. However after he asked us to write him a positive feedback on booking.com (as a pre condition to compensate us) although clearly it was a very bad experience for us. So he deliberately asked us to lie on the feedback to deceive the possible future clients! Finally he also didn't keep his own word and didn't compensate us for the freezing cold night we had. On top off that, the price shown on the booking is without "cleaning fee" he charges for 1 night cleaning 50€ which is not shown on the price shown for the stay when compering with other flats.
• Ana (9/5): A pleasant stay for a family - The host met us at the property and give us a full tour around, the place was super clean with comfy beds. There was a cot and high chair available for our baby. The host made some good recommendations on places to visit and where to eat. He was ver attentive and offered to help us booking attractions value for money, it looks more spacious in the pictures

• Peter (9/5): Cosy apartment on quiet street - I already left a review (below), and extended our stay an extra week. I just wanted to contradict a review I saw that described the street outside as 'noisy.' The street is actually very quiet -- it's a narrow, one-way street with almost traffic. We were never disturbed by noise. Also, the air conditioners in the living room and main bedroom were quiet, and worked perfectly. We didn't use the air conditioner in the 'spare' bedroom. If you read our previous review, we were very happy with the apartment and would highly recommend it.
• Peter (9/5): First rate apartment with very attentive host! - We love this place! We've stayed at lots of apartments in Europe (in the same price range) and this is easily the best. It's modern, bright, has everything four people would need and genuinely feels like home. So many positives I'll have to list them: 1) The owner (Javier) is so kind and attentive. Funny, we never met him, but he was always in contact by WhatsApp or phone, made sure we got into the apartment OK, made sure we had everything we needed, provided us with little extras like juice on arrival, and made sure our stay was easy and enjoyable. 2) The apartment is designed for four people: Four dining chairs around a table, four seats (armchairs and a sofa), one room with a double bed, the other two singles, lots of closet space, etc. 3) Well-equipped kitchen with everything you need. We cooked at 'home' almost every night. 4) Washing machine, ironing board and iron. No need to hunt for a launderette. 5) Impeccably clean! 6) WiFi is great. 7) A lovely cafe (Pikis Labis) round the corner on Alfonso XII. El Corte Ingles supermarket and dept store is just 5mins walk up the road, and the main shopping centre beyond that. 8) Air conditioning in every room. For once an apartment lived up to the praise we see in other reviews. The TV is a bit small for the size of the living room.

• Ahmed (8/5): Overall we enjoyed our stay but the bed and AC made our sleep unconformable. - Location was great. Apartment was clean and nicely decorated. We were very impressed with the responsiveness of the owner to deal with an issue we had when we checked in. Mattress was hard and AC position and air flow was very uncomfortable and we were not able to control it.
• Christina (10/5): Great Value and Location - Fabulous location. Close to Calle Sierpes, El corte ingles. 10 minute walk to Las Setas and 15 minute walk to the Cathedral. Very clean. Javier was a pleasure to work with. It can be noisy because you are right above the corner of an alley and the street and there are others in the apartment across the hall. But it wasn't that big of an issue for us. We would stay here again.

There could be a few more things to help make it safer inside for families and a couple more useful items like oil for cooking and more bin bags etc. The street and building were quite loud but that couldn't be helped!
