- Sophie (9/5): Idéal - L’accueil de Rui à l’arrivée qui prend le temps et le soin d’expliquer ce que l’on peut faire à Porto. A l’écoute durant le séjour. La situation: bus pour la mer devant la porte. Métro à deux pas, idéal pour se rendre en ville ou à l’aéroport ( environ 1/2h pour quelques euros ) On peut aussi se rendre à ville à pied 15/20 min. Endroit sécurisé. Petite supérette, boulangerie et sushis a proximité. Je recommande fortement! Un peu de bruit mais normal pour la ville

- VICTORIA (9/5): - La atención por parte de los dueños. Están muy pendientes de todo lo que puedas necesitar. Comunicación muy fluida. A la llegada nos tenían preparada toda clase de información turística que pudiéramos necesitar, mejor incluso que en la oficina de turismo. Son súper amables y cercanos, dispuestos a ayudar en todo. El apartamento es precioso, recién reformado y muy limpio. Perfecto para descansar. No se escucha un ruido a pesar de estar en una calle con tráfico intenso

A temperatura estava ótima, percebe-se que o apartamento está bem isolado. Não fica no centro, mas dá para lá chegar a pé. Também se pode ir de transportes públicos, o metro fica mesmo ao lado. Há também cafés, restaurantes e supermercados a poucos minutos. Não tenho nada a apontar de negativo.

- Myeongjin (10/5): - 숙소가 정말 예쁘고 깨끗합니다! 들어가자마자 편안하고 깔끔한 인테리어에 반했습니다. 사장님께서도 자부심을 느끼시더라구요! 그만큼 넓고 쾌적한 숙소입니다. 4일을 묵었는데 이틀째에 청소를 해주시더라구요! 보통 에어비앤비는 잘 안 해주는데 청소까지 깔끔하게 해주셔서 감사했습니다. 그리고 짐을 맡길 경우 미리 말씀드렸어야 했는데 제가 깜빡하고 미리 문의하지 못 했습니다. 그럼에도 친절하게 말씀해주시며 그날 손님이 없으니 방에 짐을 놔두라고 해주시더라구요. 덕분에 정말 편하게 저녁까지 포르투 여행하다가 왔습니다. 포르투가 좁다보니 충분히 걸어다닐 만한 거리였습니다. 버스랑 지하철도 이용 가능하구요! 중심가랑 조금 떨어져있어서 조용하지만 너무 밤늦게 다니시면 사람이 거의 없어 조금 무서울 수는 있습니다. 어쨌든 숙소가 정말 깨끗하고 예쁘고, 사장님도 친절하셔서 정말 강력 추천드리는 숙소입니다!

- Sasja (9/5): - We werden ontvangen door een heel hartelijke gastheer die ons allerlei tips meegaf voor ons verblijf bij Porto. We waren veel te vroeg ivm onze vroege vlucht, maar mochten onze tassen bij de receptie achterlaten en konden dus al van de dag genieten. We hadden het appartement op de zolder en deze was basic maar cosy ingericht. De ligging is een paar minuten lopen van het stadshart en openbaar vervoer in nabije omgeving. Top! We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Als je net als ik gevoelig bent voor geluid in de nacht, neem dan oordopjes mee want je hoort wel de weg.

Unbedingt reservieren, da es ni - Es war sehr sauber und der Inhaber war ebenfalls sehr nett und wartete auf uns. Wir kamen weit nach Mitternacht erst an. Sehr nett von ihm. Da es an einer stark befahrenen Einbahnstraße lag, war es extrem laut. Selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern. Das Bad war sehr eng und fülligere Menschen könnten Probleme haben.

Easy access from the airport, located right next to the Lapa metro station. We loved the interior design of the apartment as well as the entire building. It’s simple yet smart, with great attention to the original details of the old structure. It’s about a 30-minute walk to the old city centre, and we recommend taking Rua de Cedofeita – there are slightly shorter routes, but this one is much nicer. Communication with the host was excellent, and they kindly accommodated a very late check-in.

Upon our arrival our host gave us plenty of infos & tips for our stay (place to see, list of restaurants, etc!), he even took care of setting the TV to a French channel for us 👌. The room was very spacious & very clean (as the building in general!), it was also very quiet (we were garden side). Location is a few minutes from the historic center. It was perfect for our get away week-end!

The building had the original wooden stair case and wall panelling leading up to the top floor. Very beautiful building. The apartment itself was brilliant. Open plan style bedroom/living room with a separate kitchen and bathroom. The apartment was very clean and had a great big comfortable bed. Upon arrival I was greeted by one of the owners (Rui I believe his name was) he could not have been more friendly and welcoming, I arrived early and the room was still being cleaned and he kindly sat down with me and gave me a run down of Porto the City. He suggested really great places to eat, different foods and drinks to try, he explained the easiest and best ways to use the different public transports. And I just want to say how much i appreciated this. He really made the effort. I would with out a doubt reccomend this place to anybody looking to stay in Porto. The apartment was amazing, the location was very central and Porto is an absolutely wonderful City. I will definitely return to visit.

- Marcie (10/5): Exceptional - Rui was very welcoming and even lent us cash to pay for our taxi over to the apartment which saved us! He offered lots of tips and most importantly had a whole list of restaurants to go to try all the Portuguese delicacies. Location was really good and enabled us to reach all areas of the city easily. Fab stay, would go again! Bathroom was quite small, but did the job. Not a dealbreaker!

- Pamela (10/5): Clean and spacious, great location, and the host was kind, polite, inviting and available! - Location was great, like a 2min walk from the train/metro station going to the airport (straight line) or to the main attractions! Room was very clean and spacious, and the host was very attentive to our needs, polite, available and gave out great recommandations. When we arrived at the property, Rui greeted us with a map where he spent 20 minutes explaining the metro system, where to go, and he also had prepared two documents which we very useful: 1. a paper with all the emergency numbers (police, hospital, nearest pharmacies and their opening hours, etc.) 2. a paper with a bunch of his favorites addresses for a fish meal, grilled meats, best places for drinks, wine shops, port shops, etc. We really appreciated the care put into these papers. We would definitely stay there again and we highly recommend!
- Valentin (10/5): Thanks Rui - the location is very good. close to the metro, and in front of the house is the bus stop. The room was very clean and comfortable. the owner is very nice and gave us a lot of useful information. PS: Porto is much better than Lisbon :) you can hear noises from other rooms, but it wasn't something that bothered us too much, we slept very well
- Melody (10/5): A great place to stay to discover Porto! - The apartment was located just a block from the metro and right next to a bus line so it made things easy to get around. Rui, our host, took time to provide recommendations for food and how to get around the city (including how to buy a ticket based on the Porto zone system). He even shared a map of Porto and gave recommendations for sights! Nothing. All was great!
- Victor (9/5): Great place to stay in Porto - The owner gave us a great tips and many ideas on what to do. The room was spaceous and tastefully renovated. The bathroom was very tiny and the room not very well isolated from other guests' rooms.
- Ana (10/5): Exceptional - The host was really nice, provided us with all needed information about Porto. It was first time a host dedicated a time to explain everything to us and do a check in properly. Also, since we arrived early, it was no problem to leave the backpacks and go explore the city. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. It is really close to the metro. The location from the city centre is a bit far (around 20 mins walking). The historic centre is really far. Luckily, the metro is close.
- Katrien (7/5): Okay - Great location, nice owner of the casa, very clean, handy little kitchenette, easy access Not soundproof, you could hear the cars on the street too much, as well as the people in the corridor or the room above ours. The bed was quite small, and not very comfortable.

- Fabienne (8/5): Super friendly hosts and a great night sleep! - The room was very spacious and clean. The facilities in the kitchen were great, we cooked a couple of meals and there wasn’t anything that was missing. The area the hotel is in is really safe and is a 2 minute walk from the metro. The staff were very friendly and gave us tips of where to go in the area - would definitely recommend staying here! The garden was being worked on whilst we were there and it was a little bit noisy, but as we were out most of the day this didn’t matter.
- Uhuru (10/5): The apartment is in a great location, only about 15 minutes walk into the city centre. The decor is extremely stylish an - Location, decor and above all, Rui the owner who was incredibly friendly and helpful.
