El mueble del baño tenia daños por la humedad. La televisión de la habitación no se ve nada bien. Y en la habitación había bastante polvo en suspensión. Por la noche Se veía el polvo en suspensión con la luz de la lámpara de la mesilla.

- Davi daniel (8/5): acomodaçao peto do campo do Real Madrid - Por escolha nossa queriamos ficar perrto do estadio Santiago Barnabeu e neste quesito a acomodação correspondeu plenamente; o bairro é tranquilo com muitas casas residenciais e lojas locais, tornando o passeio pelas ruas muito agradavel. o serviço de taxi contratado junto ao hotel, possui valor muito superior ao praticado normalmente.

- Sonia (9/5): Muy agradable estancia en Madrid - Cámas y almohadas muy cómodas, tener una jarra hervidora de agua y un kit de bienvenida con café, tés, etc disponible. Limpio. Ubicación en un barrio tranquilo, arbolado con muchas opciones cercanas para desayunar y comer, muy cerca de una estación de metro que te permite llegar desde el aeropuerto y luego moverte por todo Madrid. Buena relación calidad-precio. Sin dudas el box de ducha. Es mínimo y resulta incómodo. Podría haber una caja de seguridad y un par de tazas para preparar el café (solamente hay vasos de vidrio) pero ésto es secundario.

No se incluía desayuno pero casi al frente había una cafetería súper buena donde pudimos tomar nuestro desayuno. El baño es incómodo. Para personas gruesas puede ser difícil de utilizar ya que el espacio es muy reducido

Il silenzio, doppi vetri molto apprezzati. La pulizia e la cortesia dello staff. Camera ampia. Presenza della piscina che non abbiamo potuto sfruttare perché, giustamente, non era ancora aperta. I letti "normali" (non divano letto) erano molto comodi. Avendo chiesto una camera quadrupla, ci è stata proposta una junior suite con un divano letto che era un po' "arrangiato". I materassi non erano molto comodi. Mancanza di kit da bagno (shampoo e sapone). Presente solo del sapone con erogatore a muro.
