• Venturelli (6/5): Sarebbe bellissimo se..................... - Posizione fantastica, a due passi dalla stazione metro, in zona centrale. Bagno con finestre bloccate chiuse, senza ventola.....in caso di bisogno fisiologico è imbarazzante....per se stessi, e per il/la compagna di stanza, letto durissimo (ma questo è un parere soggettivo,) pulizia di livello medio/basso.

Nunca pongo reseñas pero se lo merecen, nos atendió una chica encantadora, muy educada y muy amable, llegue muy pronto y hizo lo posible por atenderme y que pudiera entrar antes, aparte de eso todo muy limpio y muy bien. Experiencia para repetir. Muchas gracias!! El unico pero para mí es que estaba la calefacción puesta y tuve que dormir con la ventana abierta

Per una banda, vam trobar formigues a la dutxa i per l'altre els llençols i l'altre llit que hi havia ,feia olor de gos, com si no s'hagués netejat adequadament i hagués quedat l'olor impregnada d'hostes anteriors

• Amanda Karine (10/5): Perfect, comfortable - Organised, clean, good location, good reception… I really recommend The building is a bit old, but it was not a problem. Everything in the property were clean and organised
• Martina (4/5): Totally not worth the money - The property is well located. The room was very small. The bathroom makes extremely loud noises every single time water is used. We had trouble sleeping due to this also coming from other adjacent rooms using water very early in the morning (6 am). The shower was covered in black mold at every corner between the sliding doors. Also very uncomfortable to use, the water would go from cold to extremely hot in a second. The ceilings lamp (made of cords) was completely covered in at least a centimetre of dust, and the AC system is located right in front of it. We made the terrible mistake of turning it on (as the room is very warm and the air’s quality quickly gets poor), which blew the dust all over the place making it a nightmare for a person allergic to dust like me to sleep in that room. You would expect a little bit better for 85 euro per night per person.

El registro del check in se hizo tan rápido que no tuve ni tiempo a consultar donde estaba el baño. Deberían especificar por separado las habitaciones que son económicas, ya que uno termina reservando con camas twin cuando la idea es cama grande aunque sea para una persona.

• Clifford (4/5): What you see is not what you get. - The location was great and the staff were friendly and attentive. The “guest house” is actually one of many rooms in a large building apartment, so a “guest room” would be a much more honest description. Moreover, the photos of the room are a bit deceiving as they make the room appear much larger than it really is, so when we found out we were paying 140+ euros a night for a little room with a half a bathroom jammed into it, we were a bit disappointed. The other half of the bathroom (sink and mirror) were placed right in front of the bed. The sink by the way was pretty clogged, despite the staff members efforts to fix it. Parece que los propietarios tienen mucha jeta y están intentando sacar cuanto más pasta del sitio posible. Hubiéramos estado mejor en un hotel de 2 o 3 estrellas. También tienen muchos carteles que amenazan multas por salir a la terraza compartida pasado las 22h o por fumar en el balcón, citando leyes que ni aplican a sus instalaciones.

• Alexandra-Darcle (10/5): A cozy stay in a perfect city centre location — comfortable and convenient. - I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place! The location is perfect, right in the city centre, which made it super easy to explore everything on foot. The apartment itself is small but very cozy, with a welcoming atmosphere. It was also a nice touch to have free coffee available, as well as boiled water whenever needed. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay. I would happily come back again! Honestly, there wasn’t anything major I didn’t like — everything was as expected.

• ΔΗΜΗΤΡΗΣ13 (8/5): - Σε απόσταση περπατηματος από την Πλατεία της Καταλωνίας, μπροστά σε πεζόδρομο. Πολύ ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο. Η ώρα του check in είναι στις 4μμ και αν έρχεσαι πρωί όπως εγώ χρειάστηκε να πάω δύο φορές για να αφήσω τα πράγματά μου και αργότερα για να μπω στο δωμάτιο.

• Julia (7/5): Preis Leistung TOP - Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Die Lage ist super und man kommt schnell überall hin. Besonders positiv fanden wir auch die Sauberkeit. Die Zimmer sind außerdem gut aufgeteilt, sodass man sich sehr wohlfühlen kann. Leider war es jedoch ziemlich laut, was den Aufenthalt etwas beeinträchtigt hat. Vor allem nachts war die Lautstärke teilweise störend. Das war der größte Minuspunkt für uns. Ansonsten war aber alles in Ordnung.

Pokoj wymagalby dosc skrupulatnego posprzatania z kurzu w zakamarkach, brakowalo nam dostepu do podstawowego wyposażenia kuchennego jak nóż, widelce, talerze. Bardzo ciezko pracujace zamki w drzwiach

Malutka lodówka w pokoju. - drzwi do pokoju, które były jak z kartonu łatwo można byłoby je wyważyć, - brak jasne informacji, że trzeba było zostawić ręczniki na podłodze, aby dostać świeże (nikt nam nie powiedzial) - dostaliśmy inny pokoju niż na zdjęciach. W ofercie mieliśmy dla dwóch osób pokój z 3 łóżkami, a otrzymaliśmy inny, - okno z pokoju, które wychodziło na wnętrze kamienicy, a przy otwarciu okna śmierdziało olejem z restauracji znajdującej się bliżej, - ta wspólna łazienka była strasznie mała i brudna mimo tego, że ktoś Chyba sprzątał tam niby codziennie - pokój też nie był za czysty. Pani, która sprzątała pokoje ścieliła łóżko ale już innych rzeczy nie sprzątała
• Majd (9/5): - Leider war das Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Man konnte die Nachbarn von nebenan deutlich hören, teilweise so, als wären sie mit im Raum. In der Nacht kam es dort offenbar zu einem lautstarken Streit, der sich bis in die frühen Morgenstunden zog, wodurch an erholsamen Schlaf kaum zu denken war einen Film hätten wir jedenfalls nicht mehr gebraucht. Ein Fernseher im Zimmer wäre zudem wünschenswert gewesen, ist für uns aber kein absolutes Muss. Insgesamt besteht hier beim Thema Schallschutz noch Verbesserungsbedarf.

• Ann-Kathrin (6/5): Insgesamt gute Lage und solides Zimmer, aber deutliche Mängel bei Lärmschutz, Sicherheit und Sanitär - Das Zimmer war nett und für einen Citytrip grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet – alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt und ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Leider gibt es auch einige deutliche Minuspunkte: Das Zimmer war extrem hellhörig. Man konnte die Nachbarn nicht nur reden hören, sondern sogar das Piepen von eingehenden Handynachrichten. Außerdem ließ sich die Tür nur mit einem kleinen Riegel verschließen, was kein besonders sicheres Gefühl vermittelt hat. Ab dem zweiten Tag hatten wir Probleme mit dem Abfluss in der Dusche, das Wasser lief nur sehr schlecht ab. Am letzten Abend waren schließlich sowohl die Dusche als auch die Toilette komplett verstopft, sodass wir beides nicht mehr nutzen konnten und auf die Toilette im Flur ausweichen mussten.
