Il segnale del WiFi debolissimo nel nostro appartamento, praticamente inutilizzabile (grosso problema visto che la linea Vodafone dei nostri telefoni prendeva a sprazzi).

Muro scrostatoin camera, cuscini bassissimi, in bagno la rubinetteria è decisamente da sostituire ed aggiustare le cose rotte (dispenser sapone lavandino e doccia)

La struttura è moderna e comoda come posizione dotata anche di parcheggio interno In cucina mancavano alcune cose come una tovaglia e almeno un coperchio per le pentole

• Stefano (9/5): Un soggiorno molto piacevole - Appartamento molto pulito, ben attrezzato e in contesto molto silenzioso alle porte di Terni Aggiungere una bottiglietta d’acqua sarebbe sicuramente cosa gradita per gli ospiti in arrivo, a livello di arredo invece servirebbe un attaccapanni all’ingresso per appoggiare le giacche soprattutto per gli ospiti che soggiornano più giorni

Appartamento per 5 posti letto, il quinto è in un soppalco un po' basso, per 4 è giusto. Bagno giusto, tutto pulito è funzionante, dotato di lavatrice, unica pecca senza chiave.

Pernottato due notti presso questa struttura appena arrivati nell'appartamento subito un odore forte di sigarette, poca attenzione e cura a risolvere il problema tipo "pulire a fondo". Ragnatele sui muri, lenzuolo macchiato, copriletto con bruciatura di sigaretta. Zanzariera della finestra in cucina completamente usurata non aveva senso nemmeno tirarla giù. Acqua della doccia che non defluiva per bene e ristagnava sul fondo. Polvere sui gradini della scala in camera da letto e non solo li anche dietro il letto. Passiamo all'ospitalità chiesta se era disponibile una macchina del caffè e la signora al check in mi risponde la Moka nel 2025 ancora. Non trovare nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua nel frigo. Riconosco che il senso di ospitalità e cordialità nei confronti degli ospiti non sono il pezzo forte di questa strittura, perché se lo fossero stati avrebbero accuratamente controllato l'intero appartamento prima del check-in. Allego foto non posso aggiungerle tutte però.Mi dispiace ma non lo consiglio. Spero che possiate fare di meglio con altri ospiti.

• Giorgio (7/5): A nice simple mini apartment with almost no internet access. - A two bedroom apartment, a room with twin beds and a room with a queen bed.. air cond on the bedrooms. A washing machine which is not usual to be found in a similar structure. Just enough space to park the car. Mattress a bit soft but ok to rest. WiFi connection too weak signal, to get connected i have to sit in front of the entrance door, and by considering that the area has a poor mobile coverage, You find yourself risking not getting online. Day now getting access to the net is fundamental for many purposes.

• Gábor (8/5): Great view, great room on the outside of the city. - Nice well equipped room with a great view. Walls could be thicker. If the other neighbours are loud, then everything can be heard. Also, the inner parking can be bad for cars with low bottoms.

The apartment was clean and spacious, even though the bathroom had cigarette smell but we opened the window and after a while it was gone. • Susan (10/5): Beautiful apartment, good value for money - Lovely apartment in the hills of the town of Terni. The hosts couldn't have been more helpful. The bed and pillows were comfy. Kitchen was well set up. Bathroom was spacious. I needed to do some washing and was offered the washing machine on site, which was so convenient. When washing was finished, host delivered it to my room. There was parking outside the door of our apartment. Loved it and would go back. Nothing - it was all great

Our apartment was well appointed and comfortable. The recommendations for dinner nearby was a perfect local restaurant. Our apartment was near the road which was a little noisy at time.

We were positioned beside the historic town of Collescipoli and a short drive from Marmore Falls. Our accommodation was just right and comfortable. Anna gave us a warm welcome and provided help with dinner suggestions and reservations. Our rooms faced the road which was a little noisy though the position also provided great views.

• Rossella (8/5): Lovely residence, perfect location to visit the town of Collescipoli - We stayed at apartment 2 on the ground floor. Very spacious, safe, new, clean, beautiful and comfortable. Air con well functioning, kitchenette well equipped. We got access to the pool in a nearby sister resort which was great. lovely staff both at reception and in charge of cleaning. No wifi/internet access, no or limited signal for the phone, check in time at 3pm. Earlier checkin can be arranged with a surcharge of EUR15

• Ran (4/5): The place has a potential and some good sides, but in reality we found it disappointing. - The apartment seems new. It was clean and well-maintained. Kitchen was supplied with reasonable utensils and kitchenware, although not with any sort of food (no coffee, milk, bread, etc.). (1) The place was advertised for 3 adults in 3 separate beds, but this turned out misleading - two of the room are the same space, one bed overlooking the bed below. We had to argue and insist until they agreed to give us a second apartment. Why mislead customers with a wrong description? (2) We intentionally booked an apartment WITH a laundry machine, but when we arrived it turned out that they transferred us to an apartment WITHOUT it. (3) Very thin walls, so you could hear people talking in other apartments.

The owner let you pay first then surprise you with the huge staircase that it was hard to climb. If we saw the staircase first we would have changed our reservation as the city has a lot of stays with the same price range and better location. Also the balconies didn’t show any view of anything the wall was too high to see anything.

Very clean. the receptionist was exceptional and helped in many ways. She had even baked a cake for us. The castle behind the apartment made for an interesting exploratory walk kitchen was not well stocked--lacked basics--no kettle or coffee maker. a little dangerous to walk on the main road as it was narrow and only had a narrow sidewalk. No grocery store within walking distance.
