- Aalap (7/5): - Good location, fairly priced. The in-house Little Italy restaurant has great food and a nice view. Room was spacious. The bathrooms in the corridors didn’t feel clean. The furniture in the room was chipping off. Our room window overlooked a dirty under construction part of the campus, but that could be because we selected a lower tier room. Our experience was slightly impacted further by a group of primary school students who were on a picnic with their teachers.

The menu is restricted. The wine charges of the wine produced by the winery in which the resort is located is almost twice mrp in the restaurant.

It was very good when visited three years ago but now the property doesn't have the same vibe,it wasn't well managed in terms of cleanliness.

Also the room was neat and clean. There is nothing to mention about what we didn't like except it was just stayed for one night....

Even they are charging additional service charges on food bills which is not allowed. After bring to their notice, they exclude from final amount. If anyone to missed out to check the bill, they are simply charging service taxes on food bills.

By watching the photos and videos I and my family expected a lot here,but the resort is very small and it doesn't have basic things to lift. The food is not so good and prices are very high and even if they charge a 10% service charge,it was mentioned as optional but if anyone doesn't observe it they are automatically paid with a service charge in the bill.dont expect more in wine tour,we thought they will show us over all factory.overall I can give 2.5/5.

- Akshada (4/5): Disappointing - The property is nice The staff was not good the check out was 11-12 and when I called to check if I can checkout by 12 they said no no you have to check out by 11 itself and later when checked with the manager he said please go upstairs and sit I said my mom won't be going up and down coz of your communication gap he then said because she is from North East so she didn't understand I said that is not right on his part to discriminate against gender state or nationality it was a disappointing experience . Also I had informed I am not looking to pay a service charge as it's not necessary however it was on my bill and when I checked on reception she said no ma'am it is removed but when I calculated the bill it was still there and money was taken. And the receptionist lied to me

Rooms were not up to the mark as per the price, not clean or the walls if you see were dirty. The area outside the restaurant where there were tables were very unhygiene. Dead flies were found under the table that was the level of cleanliness. We ordered sandwich and bread butter, they were not even served hot. Anywhere in the world you get hot sandwiches except at Regenta. They said it was just prepared. I dont know if it was just prepared then why was the food not hot???? Also the food was very expensive as per the quality. I was in Radisson for 2 days it was nearly same rate but worth the price
